Round Rock Vision is Covid-careful, has up-to-date diagnostic equipment and kind staff. I trust Dr. Keith Dennis with my eyesight. He is everything an OD should be - competent, easy to talk to, takes time with patients.

Im quite the loyal person when it comes to finding a great doctor or just service in general. Round Rock Vision is one of those places Ive been coming back to for several years (even if I forget to come in for a routine exam). They make the process quick and easy. There may be other places with the same level of service, but why change it if its already working so well? Ordering contacts afterwards was easy too. Its all automated once the order is placed.

Round ROck Vision is a dishonest place of business. They charge for all types of procedures that they mandate be done and are not covered by insurance. They also charge per contact lense (1 eye) instead of per pair as insurance covers. This is their way of getting more money out of you.

And are in good pricing since I don’t have eye insurance but still pretty good deal! And it was quick! I went here for an eye exam and everything went well. I saw Dr. Munoz and he was very nice and answered all my questions. The only thing I noticed is I felt rushed sometimes by the staff which was a little uncomfortable for me. But overall I had a good experience and would recommend.

My glasses broke the day before and I was able to get in next day for an eye exam and they directed me somewhere I could my glasses made THAT DAY.They were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure I was taken care of!Five stars!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Dennis for years. The staff is always friendly. Its easy to get an appointment. And since I only use glasses, the exam is quick and straightforward. They have a retinal scan machine, so eye dilation is not required. (yay) And that means they can compare the scans year to year. I would recommend filling out the paperwork online beforehand though.

Got me in quickly for both a second opinion and a follow up appointment after I had been misdiagnosed with something major elsewhere. Office is on the smaller side, but the staff is super nice. Dr. Dennis took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions.

On Oct 29, 2020 I went in so I can get my RX for my Contacts and glassesI received a text msg from them telling me my contacts were ready for pick up, When I arrived there they couldnt find my contacts and said maybe the system had a glitch and accidently MSG you. A week later the MSG came though again so as before I went up to Round Rock Vision to pick up my Contacts and yet again my order was not complete they only order one side and for got to put in for the other eye I was told on 11-23-2020 that they were so sorry and they are going to put a rush on it and I should have them by the 11-25-2020 well that went and past today is 12-1-2020 I called wondering where my contacts are at over a month has past and Im still with out Contacts Hanna told me over the phone that they just arrived today and she needs to check them in . YET again they still dont have my order right !!!!! so frustrating these people need to get their stuff together !!! Now Im

I was referred to Round Rock Vision by a friend. I was very impressed by the friendly staff, and clean facility. They took extra precautions to keep patients safe by having you wait in your car until you were to be seen by the doctor. I will definitely recommend this vision center to everyone!

I havent had an eye exam in 8 years, the people that work there have changed but the customer service hasnt, thats why I keep going there. I was greeted promptly and in just 5 minutes I was in the exam room talking to the doctor who was very patient and explained everything very very well.

Very friendly staff and we got in and out as scheduled! Staff I was very good with my twin 6 year old boys! My family will definitely be doing our annual eye exams at Round Rock Vision every year.

I requested an appointment on line and received a call from them with in a day and had an appointment within 3 days of the call. They were professional and I felt like I was getting what I needed. I would recommend them.

Have been a patient for 6 years. Always paid lens fitting fee etc. I asked for sample and I was charged $40 for a free sample (it says, sample not for sale on the box).

For example, if certain tests will be covered by Medical Insurance (not the Vision plan), he will work to help schedule follow up visits. I had used this location for my eye ware for several years. This year, the tech was having a bad day and did not have very good customer service skills. I ended up purchases my glasses from a different vendor.

This is the first time I have had my vision checked in years. I was having problems seeing through my old glasses and finally went to get a new prescription. I was impressed with the staff in the entire office. They are all very courteous and professional, but when Dr. Dennis came in I was even more impressed. The staff was very helpful. I was able to get in to see Dr. Dennis the very same day I called. Dr. Dennis was very punctual by seeing my at my scheduled visit. He talked to me about my vision in a language I could understand. He was very kind, processional and patient and wanted to make sure I was fully aware of how we were going to address my contact and glasses issues. The office easily processed my insurance where I didnt need to process a claim myself. I highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Dr. Dennis as their eye care specialist.

Two years ago I had vision problems and went to a different vision center, they just sold me glasses and my problem was still there. Because I broke my glasses I went to Rock Rock Vision for new check up and they told me that my lens implants that I got 15 years ago where getting a film on them that was causing my vision problems. They then scheduled an appointment with a doctor to have this vision problem fixed.

There were no issues getting an appointment. Keith was professional and fast, but still spent a friendly amount of time with me. I left with my eyes wide open...but he gave me sunglasses. (grin)

Dr. Dennis is by far the best optometrist I’ve ever been to. He is super nice and knowledgeable. Every prescription he has given me has worked out great. His techs are soooo friendly and patient. I tried contacts for the first time and spent about half an hour getting them in on my first try and they were so patient with me. I absolutely love this place.

Appointment making was easy and quick. At the appointment the doctor that was to see me was running late due to a wreck on the highway. They swapped appointments with the Doctor that was there only delaying me a couple minutes. They were taking care of me as a patient. I would recommend this place to everyone and plan on keeping this place as mine for my eyes.

Making an appointment online was super easy. I also filled out patient forms online before arriving to my appointment. The entire office staff was extremely friendly and personable. Dr. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me great advice so I could make the best decision on which contacts would work best for me.

I have also seen Dr. Tang and I will say that she is an excellent Dr. as well and was on time for my apt. and helped give me a through eye examine and help with my eye infection as well. I have been going to Round Rock Vision for 3 years now. This year I had issue with the place that made my glasses. So to ensure that it was not their fault I went back to Dr. Dennis and Dr. Tangs office, explained what was occurring. They worked me in as quickly as they could, re-examined my eyes finding no changes. Now I had my proof that the glasses that were made were incorrect. It saved my site, and so much time and wasted energy. Its great to have Optometrists that care. These folks and their staff really do!
