From the first call to till the final paperwork was completed it was a 100% pleasant experience. Everyone we worked with paid attention to the details, were very professional. And made sure I completely understood without rushing me. Our team was Alfred, Andrew and Roy. They were very professional and exhibited teamwork in all of their actions. From parking the truck to making a plan how to maneuver the large pieces. They treated all our belongings with care. They were polite all day even in the heat and humidity. Also good communicators. I was very impressed with them and will highly recommend them in the future.

I had a crew of 6 guys with 2 trucks. All of the guys were very polite, respectful, and helpful. They took their time and were careful when moving items to insure there would be no damage. They worked hard all day, starting at 8:30 am and not finishing until almost 6 pm. Jason, the team leader, was very good at answering any questions I had and keeping me informed through out the day. The entire crew worked well together as a team and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They maintained a positive upbeat attitude, even towards the end of the day, when you would think they might have been tired and cranky. It was a pleasure to be around them on an otherwise stressful day.

If you are looking for professional movers that you can trust, look no farther. We called Little Guys Movers San Marcos to help load up our daughters apartment. They were great with communication and called us several times to confirm dates and times. On the day of the move, they even called to see if we needed them earlier than scheduled. They arrived with 3 guys and had that entire apartment loaded onto our trailer in less than an hour. Everything was handled carefully and packed professionally. Due to the Pandemic, they wore masks and sanitized frequently. After 6 years she had accumulated so much. This was the easiest move EVER. I used this company for my move out into a storage pod. They showed up promptly at 8am as discussed, called prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way, and were very friendly. The two man team moved very quickly. They require an hour and a half minimum, they had my entire apartment packed and secured into the pod in one hour. I feel they had no hidden fees, they quoted me a price for the hour and a half and I spent only that (195, it’s cheaper to pay with cash so I did). I told the movers I do not want to go past 1.5 hrs so as long as the big stuff is in, I’ll do the rest, that was not necessary. I would use Little Guy Movers again!

Initial contact with company was excellent to setup the move and receive a quote. The phone representative was so nice. I believe his name was Matt. I received a quote via e-mail, which outlined everything we discussed, including the price. Little Guys said I could have some used boxes from the warehouse if they had any, which was a big help because we were on a budget! The boxes were excellent, and just what my sister needed to pack up the remainder of her things. The movers that showed up at our house were super attentive and showed up on time. I cant remember their names, but it was two guys. Very polite and fast. They handled our items with care and were careful about not knocking into the walls/doors. The movers that showed up were excellent. They took the items to our new place on the second floor with ease. All items were transferred in the same condition, and setup for us, like our bed and elliptical. Thank you again so much, we could not have done this move without the help of Little Guys. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future! One last note, I called several moving companies, and the quote from Little Guys was very competitive, which is another reason why we changed to them. The other reason was their great reviews and reputation.

I am a three-time repeat customer. Sacha led the team of personable staff, very willing to help, very professional! Matt also went to great lengths to set up the move by phone. They protect furniture well, and kept the pace despite very hot weather. These guys go the extra mile and I recommend them very highly! I would rate 9 out of 10 because they require a room by room inventory before getting a confirmed move date, and I had precious little time to do it. Suggestion: let REPEAT customers reserve a move date with a non-refundable deposit, and do the inventory on move day.
