Good clean and secure location. 1 block from the 78 freeway. Non invasive staff. The drawback is you cant turn left into the facility or u-turn on Mission ave to get in. You have to turn into the shopping center parking lot and drive thru said parking lot then pop into traffic just to put your brakes on to make the immediate right turn. Which seems way less safe then making a you turn or better yet opening up the median like it is for the supermarket plaza.

Nice quiet and private. Just whay you would expect from a good storage place. The only down side is that there is no electricity outlets. Other than that is clean and very well maintained.

Storage solutions has sizes to fit virtually any need; their prices are very reasonable, and their staff are friendly and accomodating. The facility is secure and clean. It is almost like having your items stored by family!

I reserved and rented a Uhaul truck from Storage Solutions; everything was fast, easy, and couldnt have gone better. The Management was pleasant and overall a great experience.

The manager Kim is soooo ridiculously nice! I have been with this storage for 2 years and never had a problem. ...I recently had some unfortunate events happen that caused me to become behind in my monthly payments,but Kim was so understanding and patient with us made us feel so comfortable and unashamed she managed to help us figure something out that worked for both of us. I have never in my life had such awesome customer service, she really made an impression on me.

Quick and friendly service. Complete understanding of situation, and willing to bend over backwards for a Marine in need. Highly recommend to anyone PCSing to 29 Palms. Clean facilities and good security are an added bonus.

Great staff. Place is friendly and always clean. Theres a cart and elevator if you have large items to take to an upstairs unit, definitely makes things easier.

Nice well kept property and professional staff. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Simple, easy, nicest owners in the world.

Please keep in mind if you are doing short-term storage that they dont prorate the units for the month that you leave. If you move out early in the month they charge you for the full month making their pricing not very competitive.
