The only reason this review wasn’t 1 star was because the moving team was friendly and easygoing. However, this was a terrible experience for my first time using a moving company. I had to help them carry my own queen bed base because they could not as they dragged it all across the floor and did not even bother wrapping/protecting it. A 3 hour job turned into 5+ hours which means a lot more money had to be paid from my end. The base got torn up and I filed a claim which hardly covered anything. The customer care manager seemed to constantly refer to the lackluster insurance I signed and didn’t care about anything that happened frankly. Would not use or recommend this company.

The most unprofessional, rude, arrogant and chauvinistic people I have ever encountered. If you are a woman stay away from this company. The driver spoke to a senior citizen woman with a level of disrespect that is impossible to put into words. This is 2021. If you want people to do business with you then do not treat women or the elderly like garbage. This driver was a complete animal with a total lack of respect for this poor old woman. I was appalled to see that this behavior was not only accepted but tolerated by the leadership at this company. Just because you have a giant truck does not mean you can do whatever you want in the city of San Marcos. It is mind blowing that anyone would hire someone who would treat a senior citizen woman this bad. Anyone considering using this company should pursue other options.Your employees need a lesson on how to treat people. Especially the senior citizens & women!

Showed up on time and ready to work. They were very polite and professional. They wrapped and covered everything, working room by room and loaded everything quickly and carefully. I will definitely use them again if we move again.

I am 79 yrs old this was the best moving job in all my moves !!! the men who did the work were just awesome no bickering no messing around just went to work

This place is the absolute worst.They showed up early to pick up our furniture and flipped the truck on the 4 mile trek to a storage unit. They are no good with paperwork either, as they didnt reach the destination, yet they arent held liable for destroying property and letting it sit in the rain. $10,000 worth of furniture is only worth $1,200 to them.Dont use them.

Our movers-Keon, Alfonso, and Caleb were amazing. They were responsive to our concerns and needs. This is the second time we’ve used Two Men and a Truck and we have been very pleased with the superb customer service provided by the team. Hard working, professional and reliable team. Will definitely use them again!

Donte is the best! He was always professional and very friendly. He made the move easy and effortless on my part. Hands down the best movers Ive ever used! I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck. They were polite, professional, worked hard and could answer any questions that we had. It began to rain as they moved us into our new place and they were careful about the floors and carpeting. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst movers. They lost a bunch of my stuff and did not want to even consider talking about it. Christina, the claims person, basically told me she is leaving her job and does not feel like there is any damage or lost item in my move. Just do not use them.

Our team was Paul, Brandon, and Logan. From the first moment, we realized that they were very fine young men. They took extra care in wrapping furniture to protect the corners and finish. They carried larger items in teams to prevent walls from being damaged. We had a few tricky pieces and they managed them carefully. Having moved many times with the military, I can honestly say they were the best team I’ve ever had. They were highly professional and courteous. If you live in the San Marcos or Austin area and want a team that will take care of you, call and request Paul!

Our move went very well. The three young men were all so polite and professional. David, Keon and Eliga were very respectful and worked very hard to make sure all the delicate furnitures were moved with extra care. We will definitely use this moving company again and request for the same guys again. We contacted several moving company before while planning our move. While other companies went straight into voice mail, Two Men and a Truck was the only company that answered their phone and was able to give me an instant quote and made the arrangement for our move the next day.

Wonderful service from the front office and movers! The movers were careful with my belongings which I appreciated. The operations manager called to check-in with me throughout the process to make sure everything was going well which was also nice. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to others!

The two gentlemen that helped us move were professional and took great care of our belongings. They packed everything in the best way to make sure we only needed one trip.

They were 25 min late. They had me sign all the paper work. All they had to do is move my clothes and dishes, no furniture! They came in and said they couldnt do it because of the mold on the walls,( I got flooded). Loser kids! DO NOT HIRE!!!!

We used them for our recent move and they were great. On time and handled everything with absolute care. Our elevator stopped working in the middle of the move and the guys had to carry all the big furniture from third floor. But they never complained and still finished everything on time.

The Two Men and a Truck were out of San Marcus. Outstanding group. Chris, Sammy, and Kargonde worked fast, took great care in preparing funiture and the best care bringing and placing in home. I would use them again if i ever move again, The office personnel was very good to call ahead and check to see if we had problems. They are just awesome. The Price was great!!!!!

Limited work completed over 5 hours, had to purchase my own boxes, price doubled upon arrival. Movers backed the truck into the roof at the storage facility and damaged the roof. Inexperienced . Left with hiring another moving company due to incompletion and lack of efficiency.

They showed up on time and moved everything we asked and more. Very nice young men.
