Have had a storage unit with them since 2015. Theyve recently changed billing companies without informing us at all and old contact information showed back up on our account. This has cost us our pods unit that they at one time partnered with and nearly cost us our unit at Ranch Road. The worst part is the people at the front desk had no knowledge of who their billing company is. They couldnt provide the name for them. The manager told us the unit was paid for, and it was closed due to fumigation, but when we called back three days later we were told it was closed due to non payment. We nearly lost our second unit.The billing company you use, partnered with other storage places for the pods. And whoever was handling the phone the week prior at the Ranch Road location lied about a unit being paid for when it was actually locked due to an error caused by your billing company and I was never notified. You will not find this specific name in your records for it is an alias.We are working with your billing company and the review will remain till they get stuff fixed.

Customer service was amazing here. We rented a Uhaul from this location, and Justin went out of his way to confirm that the truck arrived the day before. He also helped us delay our check in time, and walked us out to the truck. In many ways, the customer service here was better than the typical Uhaul location. Would definitely recommend.

Customer Service was great very polite and helpful when we arrived. The storage unit areas were priced great for me and my husbands items. Vinnie and Dylian referred us to this storage and the moving company moved us as well. Overall the experience was great, if you need storage I highly recommend them and their team!!

Over charged me about $120.00 for a truck rental! And I even called uhaul and they lied to me too! (I have the recording) Do NOT Rent from these guys!...

Ive had things in storage here for over 5years. This is an excellent Storage Company with good security. I have two huge spaces back to back in the Climate controlled. They keep it very clean and I have never worried about anything. They care.

I heard about this storage from a moving company in San Marcos, DV Movers helped me move into here and I couldnt be happier, its well lit with lighting and very secured. If you need storage come talk to these guys I plan on being here for awhile, the last storage company I used was very rude after management was changed, thx again guys :)

The staff here is great! They are very professional and willing to work with you on things like changing units. They have some of the best rates on climate controlled units, but their vehicle parking is overpriced.Other wise, this place is awesome. Also the manager lives on site so its safe as can be.

This place is amazing! Im a young girl who attends Texas state and the people who run this facility are awesome. Its got all the benefits of being a big company but feels like a mom and pop store. I felt like the man couple who runs the place treated me like I was their own daughter. I will definitely be going to them for all my Uhaul needs!

We dropped off a one-way rental of a 15ft truck with auto transport. Parking lot was a fair size to park in. The man inside was very kind and helped us complete our equipment check-in.

Great guy! Straight up, honest business man. Something you dont get a lot of these days. High and dry should be a SERIOUS consideration around these parts when storing your valuables. Well worth a few extra bucks, considering the others had been flooded out twice this year alone!

Ive had my stuff in there lot for a couple of years now. They have always been nice to me, and very accommodating. I have a locker with a camera located just over the door -and the lock mechanism they use is simple - but hard to defeat. I feel very good about their service and the security of my stuff.

The ladies in the office were nice and helpful, but the older gentleman who maintains the trucks, should not be allowed to talk to customers. He is rude, and unapologetic. He is gruff, and short. He rushed us to sign the walkaround slip without even looking at the truck. The fuel was lower than marked, and many of the vehicle dings were not previously marked. He then threatened not to rent to us, because of my attitude. If you use this location, talk to Christie, and avoid the crass old man.

This has been one of the greatest and easiest experiences I have ever been through. The process was fast, the staff was sweet, helpful and more than patient especially when my toddler acted like a toddler. Hahaha. I will be coming back for my next move!
