By far the best Penske I’ve been to and I’ve been to over a dozen around LA and IE area. The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. Especially Jose. He fueled up my truck, cleaned all my windows(including the side windows) and side mirrors. Checked my oil and topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Much respect for Jose. He’s super nice and very funny. First time there and he treated me like I was his friend.

My family and I along with my first granddaughter made a decision to move into our new house over the Thanksgiving weekend on that Tuesday evening before Thanksgiving Day. We called Wednesday and we received quick, friendly and professional customer service. What made it a deal breaker was e we were able drop off the truck even if their office was open or not. That was very convenient for us, highly recommended. A++

I cant express how much I appreciated Jason and Justin from Penske Truck Rental in San Marcos, CA. We were in a pinch trying to move our belongings out of our house, because the moving company we had hired only took 1/2 of our items. Once Jason and Justin heard our story, they emphasized and helped us to rent two 24 foot trucks with lift gates . The process was so quick and easy. Their warmth and helpful spirit was like a healing balm to our wounded souls.

Good service and very helpful staff. Rented 26 box trucks from them many times over the years and always received vehicles that were well maintained and safe. They generally have a good selection of trucks. Typical pick up and drop off time is about 20 minutes so plan accordingly. On occasion I have had conflicting accounts when trying to call ahead and reserve a specific vehicle type so it seems best to just show up and go from there. Great, reliable truck rental service. Will not hesitate to use them again.

Great people great service

The service is amazing here. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Moving and everything associated with it is annoying but this team makes moving day a little more pleasurable. I have been dreading cleaning out my late husbands storage, had I know this office existed I would of done it much sooner. Great team. For sure will be using them again.

Not a reliable staff so far. Called multiple times for long term price quotes over the course of the past week, and they have yet to follow up through email or phone.

Came here to return a lease as my employer had paid off the lease but everyone here claimed they had no idea what I was there for...a lady finally came out and did the paperwork and we were on our way - you think they know when they get paid....i also tried calling before arriving but their phone system just goes through a dial up menu...for trucks they are good but to return ....ehhh....

The supervisor in premises are very rude with the exception of one name Berry, but the other two treat you like dirt.

Super helpful staff and nice clean reliable trucks! When I arrived they had a better deal than what I had reserved online and I saved about $100 on my rental! For the best service call and book directly with them rather than using the web site.

What a great experience. Rich and the other people were great. Wosh I knew all of their names. This must be a grrat company to work for because they were all happy. I rented a 26 or 27 foot truck. It was huge, but turned out to be very easy to drive. The driver’s seat has a pneumatic set of springs. I cannot recommend this business enough.Skip Coomber.

Be careful, the D-bag tried to guide me off the ramp while reversing my car of the car carrier while laughing with his partner. I figure it out while reversing the D-bag was pointing left and right as I started to reverse. I inched backwards a few times. As I inched backwards, I began not moving at all by just tapping on the break light and his direction in pointing change but the car did not move at all. So I tried it a few times and his pointing direction kept changing while the car didnt move and the car felt like it was crooked. I then put on the parking break and placed in park and stepped out to take a look and the car tire was sitting on the edge and pointing to go off the ramp. Thank goodness there was one good guy who notice what was going on and said he would help me from the other guys trying to screw me over. I wouldnt be surprise that they had done this before to innocent people. There was a total of more then 3 people doing absolutely nothing acting lazy!
