I seldom experience a poorer level of customer service! This should have been simple. I need new glasses, but I misplaced my prescription. No problem, I am told. I will call them tomorrow and ask them to fax it over. If theres a problem, I will call you, so you can ask your Optometrists office to send it, otherwise, Ill let you know we have it so you can come in and pick out glasses.Four days later, I havent heard anything. I finally call For Eyes, only to leave a message for my salesperson.Now, 8 days after my initial visit, I call again. My salesperson is with a patient, but the man who answered the phone, the Manager, I believe, recognized my name from their caller ID and starts telling me that their fax machine is not working and theyve been trying to get through to my Optometrist, but they wont call For Eyes back. Both of these poor excuses are very obvious lies.I called my Optometrists office, got through quite easily, and they emailed me a copy of my prescription within minutes.Why the games, For Eyes? Just admit you made a mistake and then correct it. This isnt difficult, I truly dont get it.
I will not give any stars as the service is way below quality. It has taken one month for them to prepare my glasses, I was told that the glasses were ready but they broke in transit and hence they had to re-order it and ever since I have called them 4 times the only assurance I get from them is someone will call me as soon as my prescription glasses are ready.The person who took my order never called me to tell me or apologize for the delay, i found out after 3 calls the status of my glasses that they have not arrived in their lab. I think they need to improve their service to be in the business
Place was fantastic. The place turned around manager associates. The salesperson Filippa was fantastic. Knowledgeable and fast.

Stay away. If your looking for glasses, steer clear from this place. Friendly folks, but bad customer service. They don’t take care of their customers.The glasses just fell apart and dropped off my face while sitting at my desk. Glasses that I rarely use.... I’m no expert, but glasses are not supposed to do this. They wouldn’t do the right thing and fix them. No questions should even have to be asked...They lost my future business and they should loose yours as well. Buy your glasses from a reputable company that cares about your business.
Been going here for years...the doctor is great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I ordered 2 pair of glasses when the 1st pair came in they were the wrong frames. I did decide to keep them since they were similar to what I ordered when the 2nd pair came in it was supposed to be sunglasses but they had regular lenses. It has now been 10 days and they have not been delivered as yet. So I spent $700 on two pair glasses both were wrong, and one has yet to be delivered. The people are friendly but the service of For Eyes is lousy. If you need something in a hurry or even in a timely manner go somewhere else.
The staff and manager worked hard to replace lenses on an older pair of my favorite sunglasses. I couldnt find them anywhere but they got them and Im so glad I can wear them again.

The worst. Have gone here my whole life and things have changed recently. Horrible customer service. So frustrating working with this location. Finding a new eye doctor.
Been waiting for partial refund for almost 2 weeks, the store manager keeps saying he will get it done but never does. I wish I could give less than a star.
I would not give even one star for this business. Unacceptable service provider, if you are late for more than 5 mi, they ask me to reschedule or wait for next 2 hours because they have next patient coming in 15 min, unacceptable and doesnt have well plan on their schedule. Would not recommend to go again at this shop again.
My glasses was broke and they fixed it in few minutes without any charge!! I recommend this company very highly!!
