Sarah Ocic the optical manager at JCPenney at Woodfield was absolutely the best at what she did, do you help me pick out my frames and the extras that came along with this, which definitely helped my vision and my appearance hats off to her shes the best

I thought I was being frugal by going to a department store optometrist. It turns out I was just being cheap. I’m about to go back to the store for the sixth time trying to get my glasses right. Bad prescription the first time. Lenses that came scratched and keep falling out before I even leave the store. Lenses that are too thick for the frames. You name it. Save yourself a bunch of trips and avoid JC Penney Optical at all costs.

Both of the people that I have worked with so far at this location have been patient and knowledgeable, very helpful. Excellent prices.

I came in with broken frames and the staff was very helpful in trying to fix them, but my frames were too damaged (I accidentally sat on it). But the manager did help me find a new frame that was within my budget, and she was able to get it shipped the next day. Excellent customer service, and would definitely go back again.

They are always very busy but they had offered my family good service in the past to us? EXCEPT with our LAST AND MOST RECENT VISIT!My daughter went into pick up her glasses she recently ordered for school, and as soon as she got them she realized it was NOT THE FRAME SHE PICKED OUT!?! But instead of listening to her, the associate argued with her that they were! I WAS THERE TOO AND THAT IS NOT THE FRAME SHE PICKED OUT! INSTEAD OF ARGUING WITH YOUR CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD MAYBE LISTEN AND DOUBLE CHECK IF IN FACT A HUMAN ERROR WAS MADE?!! Maybe you entered the wrong number? Or you labeled your floor sample with the wrong number on it!? Not happy and if this is not rectified, me and my family of 5 eyeglass buyers will be taking our business else where!

This place is the pits. Watch you bill. They automatically put charges on it without asking. I accidentally caught it and she argued with me that it was for my own good

Came here looking for new frames and the manager Emily was super helpful. Top notch customer service!!

While adjustibg my frames, they broke the stem and are refusing to replace them. Awful!!! Not to mention, while talking to my wife, they ask her if she speaks English...after they have been talking to her for over 5 minutes.
