Everyone was very efficient & kind, the doctor and all of the staff that helped me were wonderful. I was worried about being able to get my glasses same day, and concerned about finding frames that I liked.Ahmed was very kind, and helpful in finding frames and getting me the glasses I needed today. He explained everything very concisely about the process.

Reecha and Dr.Patel were AMAZING! They were so fun educative and we really had a blast. My daughter is soooo indecisive and they both helped her choose the frames and sunglasses.

It was by chance I ended up at LensCrafters for my eye exam due to my previous location no longer taking my insurance. Service was great. I am happy to see disinfectant used between patients. Staff was on time for my appointment. Reecha was extremely helpful in assisting me to pick frames that looked good and fit my budget. I really appreciated her time.

Been going here for a couple years now. I’ve had experiences with both the male and female doctor, both have been friendly and professional. The other associates have also been great to work with. It’s also a plus that they are located in the mall & by the dining pavilion! Can’t go wrong here!

I took my mom to Dr Karina Nikogosian because I heard good things from family members. She was able to compete the exam in Spanish, Which made my mom very comfortable and was helpful. She is efficient and very knowledgeable. She has become our family eye doctor.

The doctor was great and the service was good also. Very pleased. EDIT: Lost stars when I returned to have my glasses adjusted. They would not let me in the store without a mask. I went down stairs to Macys Lenscrafters and had them adjusted with no hassle. No mask required there.

Best eye care experience! I had a few concerns with my eye health when I went in and the doctor took extra care to provide education and ensure I have the right prescription. The staff helping with my new glasses also to extra care to ensure I had the best frames and lenses for my needs.

Very happy again with eye exam, for my now 18yo.We have had periodic exams for both kids at this location of LensCrafters at Woodfield Mall since they were small. While today, my son does not need glasses, the exam was super helpful for redness irritation - scratches. Very comprehensive exam, very clear solution prescribed. Jacob was fantastic. He took all the time needed to adjust my glasses for me so that they are comfortable and most importantly wrap around my face symmetrically.

I am going to this lens crafters for 4 years now. Never failed me with their service commitment . It was late in the day today, but Dr. Karina took care to examine me and recommended what’a best for my need. Ahmed was cool to chat with and he changed my eye pads at a snap. Kat has a lovely personality and she was fun and helpful. Also, they have a wide range of collection for frames.

Pretty standard corporate eye-care experience. Got asked the same questions by each staff member (not sure what they’re typing in that iPad or where the information goes). Quiet Tuesday morning, I was in the store over an hour for just contacts. Not good.

She offers excellent service and provides professional advice that helps a new customer such as me. I have recommended this location only because of Dr. Hasan and her amazing service. Overall great service, great quality glasses and lens and an easy and detailed eye exam. 10/10 in excellent service, and 10/10 is overall clean and friendly staff. I took my mother and my wife to get there eye exam and new glasses everyone there was very helpful and answered all of there questions all there equipment they have is very state of the art and took there time and made sure there new prescriptions were exactly right. Very detailed work I was impressed and even thought they say it will take about two weeks for them to get there glasses but it’s only been 5 days and they have them ready for pickup very happy with overall everything they did I will recommend them to all my family and friends. Alex was the one that helped them and he was very patient and understanding with my mother which I really appreciated and there manager was also very helpful

I had an eye exam appointment today at the Woodfield location and wanted to let them know Dr Karina Nikogosian is a tremendous asset in their team! She was extremely professional in what she does best and also a very caring and humble person! I had a great experience! She made sure I understand what each exam does/means, how to take care of my vision and gave me a pamphlet she put together for her patients! I’m always content with my visits at Lens Crafters!

A few years ago I moved about 30 minutes away from this particular Lens Crafters but I still continue to make the drive. Everyone at this location is always sooo nice! All of the front staff employees are always so helpful and friendly. This last visit I had a new Dr....Dr.Karina. She was great! She took a lot of time to go over the pictures I had taken of my eyes and to explain everything going on with my vision. She was very personable. I will definitely keep returning to this particular Lens Crafters.

Booked appointment 10 days ahead, and on the day of appointment, I received a call and I was told they no more have tie up with my Unitedhealthcare insurance. Why cant they let the customer know while taking the appointment, insurance details are collected while taking online appointment. Very Disappointed!!!! It is soo difficult to get appointments in this pandemic and also during yearend. Please improve your services.

Make sure your voice is heard. I feel as though they purposely turn off your emails and delete your emails out there system so you dont give them a bad review. I know more people had a bad experience then whats on here. Dont be fooled.

I still think they are great at LensCrafters at Woodfield. One of the nose pads ran away from home recently. If you wear glasses and ever lost a nose pad, you know it can be quite painful and irritating to have those sharp metal prongs hooking into you. If you wear glasses and have not experienced it, dont.Right after the lunch rush, I stopped by hoping they would help. I was not too sure when I arrived. There were two people behind the counter talking business to themselves but didnt acknowledge me right away. But after a few moments, they did. I explained why I was there and they said they would take care of it. It would take about 15 minutes.I cant see without my glasses. Well, I can see shapes and generally know what things are. I paced the floor. Picked up a few of the glasses they sell and tried some on. It was probably very funny to see me squinting and putting my face almost on the mirror to see them.15 minutes later, they were cleaning a pair of glasses and calling me over to try them on. They were clean and the nose pad replaced. Best part? No charge.Great service.

I get my eyes examined. All questions answered. I am able to get my bifocals cut to make them better adapted to the work which I do. The friendly staff is always willing to help me find frames and work on a good fit. Been using Lenscrafters in Woodfield for decades.

Ill spare the details for now. Basically Ive been waiting four weeks for my glasses from a place that advertises one hour wait time. After many phone calls and a talk with the manager I still dont have my glasses. I filed a complaint with their corporate customer service line and they said it could take up to five business days to get back to me and nothing can be done to expedite the process. So Im waiting another week after already waiting four weeks for my one hour glasses. As of now, I wouldnt recommend anyone do business with LensCrafters, not only at this location, but anywhere. Depending on how they handle this situation I could change my opinion, but it is unlikely.

I REGRET going here for my eye exam. They are not in network with VSP (Of course, they never explain this to you), but I still went because my wifes insurance is in network with them.At the end of the contact lens exam, they told me they will call me back once the samples arrive and then I would try them on and pick up my prescription.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Its been almost ONE MONTH, and Ive made THREE CALLS so far, but still dont have samples nor prescription.FIRST CALL I MADE: Sorry, only one of the two samples has arrivedSECOND CALL I MADE: Sorry, I cant find your information in our system and will have to talk to the manager tomorrow and call you backTHIRD CALL I MADE: Sorry, I completely forgot about this----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If you dont want to go through this pain of chasing after your prescription after the exam, DO NOT GO HERE.
