I recently had an appointment here and got my new prescription about two weeks later. I found I was having a difficult time adjusting and was getting headaches so called back a week after and they scheduled me the next day for a re-evaluation. Tweaked a few things on my new lenses at no cost and while I was there I was able to pick out different frames as well as I wasnt a huge fan of the ones Id originally chosen. Great customer service and very accommodating to help me get my glasses right. Thank you!

Good experience with the eye exam however Id suggest ordering your glasses elsewhere if you want them in a reasonable time (less than 2 weeks) and get what you ordered. I received my frames in a different color, then was offered a cosmetic change but it would come at an undetermined additional cost. Then you spend all this money on glasses they give me a Guess eyeglass case (frames were not Guess brand) that didnt even fit my glasses.

Really positive things to say. I had a great exam with Dr. Ullmann. Fantastic bedside manner and very compassionate and informative. I plan on bringing the rest of my family to see him. thumbs up!

This place is fabulous! I called for an apt and got in the next day! I found the perfect pair of glasses that I wear almost everyday! My contacts were ready in 3 days and my glasses were ready within 10 days! The doctor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable the front desk girls were also super Sweet and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience! I will be a returning patient.

The people were so nice and helpful. Shannon is friendly and helped me find the perfect frames to fit me. I have a difficult time finding good frames and she got the perfect pair in a very short time. She helped me save money and make the best decision. I love the glasses and I love the place. I am coming back here for all of my eye care needs in the future.

Great customer service!

Had my annual eye exam here as a first time customer and was pleased with the process and service. This place was clean and orderly upon entering. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive.

The optometrist fully explained each procedure and the appointment did not feel rushed. I will return for the good care and overlook that the office staff scheduled a courtesy appointment without my knowledge to try to get us back each year. Also need to be politely clear and firm if you dont intend to purchase glasses from them.

The doctor visit was a good experience. However, I am giving only one star because the lady who helped us with insurance and eye glasses added over $100 worth of up-sell items without asking me first. I had to ask her to explain the costs line by line before we understood what she had done. Once I got a price without the unwanted additions, I went somewhere else and cut that $ number in half.

Everyone at Rosin was professional, responsive, and attentive. Patient and thorough eye doctors. Plus beautiful, well kept showroom with fashionable eyewear.

Dr. Ullmann was very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. He truly took the time which is nice. I was seen right away at my appointment start time. The new office is very nice inside. I had a hard time picking out my new frames since such a variety to choose from but luckily the office manager Shannon helped me out to narrow my search. I would definitely recommend this location due to the staff and state of the art facility.

Dr Ullmann is a excellent doctor. Very nice, intelligent, takes time to address all your concerns. Office is very updated, not like many other old and dingy doctors offices. Staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Ullman is the best optometrist Ive ever had-- it seems he gets my prescription spot-on unlike doctors at a few other practices Ive tried. When I had trouble with the frames Id chosen, it was easy to work with Rosin to change them. The whole office is great to work with.

Drove all the way here from the Bloomingdale location to see if I qualified for lasik surgery. The doctor seem not too interested and didnt even bother to do the proper test to see if I qualified. he basicly told me he needed my previous prescriptions and he will determine if I was a candidate and said he will call me. it has been a month yet have not received a single phone call. Waste of my time really!

Came in the location to price a prescription on my contacts. The front desk clerk directed me to the girl sitting at another desk in front of her. This girl looked at me like I was beneath her while she helped me and as I prepared to leave. When I left she expressed a shady, Good luck. Their contacts were highly priced, and I found something much cheaper at Americas Best Eyewear. How ya like dem apples? I will never EVER consider this location for anything ever again. Rude and bored looking staff. Customer service is apparently something this staff didnt learn in preparation for being hired. Do not go here!!!

Not sure, how it is being rated as 5 star by others. May be I got the wrong set of staff working on the day, I visited. Front office staff have a very uncaring and rude attitude. Even though there was only one other family at the store, no one bothered to attend us when we were browsing. When I finally asked to see something in a locked shelf, the front desk rudely told me This is not covered under insurance. I would have no issue being told the same thing in a nicer way. They certainly lost my business

Very poor experience from eye check up and frame purchase. 1) I was sold a rayban sun glass over MSRP price. $2192) I left to parking lot and checked price on same product with UPC code it was $128.3) I called the Schaumburg office, I was told that I can’t return the sunglass because it was used. All happened in 30 minutes.4) The frame we got was from the shelf. Talking about usage and from the shelf.5) I was told no return policy the moment we walk about the place.I’m reaching out to to Rayban and filing consumer compliant on how an outlet can charge more than MSRP or list price. I cannot believe how retail price can be almost twice the price of MSRP suggested by the brand.I’m reaching out to Rosin corporate on how they can be zero return policy.

I was very please with the level of care I received on my visit, the staff was friendly and professional. The office was tidy I was looking for a new eye doctor and I am happy to say I found one.

I was new to US when suddenly I had a medical situation in my eye. When no other eyecare or other medical centers did not give any appointment date and even some said if I am not an existing patient then I wont get any date before new year (2018); then I got an appointment with Dr. Scott Ullman at Rosin eyecare, schaumburg. He suggested to consult with eye specialist. SO after that I came to conatct with Rosin eye care Northbrook. And today I am healed. Dr, Jonathan Rosin is a great man and it was very kind of him to visit me despite of his busy schedule. After the first visit Dr. Jihan Akhtar treated me and finally now I am completely healed. This is a great place, they treat you like family. Thank you so much.

The office is very modern, clean, and inviting, and the front desk staff is super friendly! Dr. Scott Ullmann was extremely thorough during my appointment. He made sure that I had the best options for my vision and spent a lot of time with me. He was super friendly, very professional, and extremely helpful!!
