Scheduling was easy. Before our appointment, I received a phone call with an explanation of benefits. Upon arrival Bob welcomed us and began to help us get our services under way. Dr. Medema was thorough and polite. After the exam Bob was again at our side helping us decide on frames and the most cost effective way to get contacts and frames. Bob was authentic, not pushy, humorous and very helpful. I appreciated this especially at a time when the industry seems almost automatic. I look forward to receiving our glasses/contact and will definitely be returning next year for our annual.

I had my eye exam here on a Friday and I was checked in quickly and efficiently. The doctor was patient with me and answered all my questions. After, I spent a LONG time deciding which frames to get! Michel was particularly helpful with this and understands how great it feels to get a pair of glasses you can feel good about. He took his time with me, made suggestions, searched for potential frames with me, and gave his honest opinions. Leah also helped and gave advice too. Bob was helpful as well. Really great team!! Thankful for all the help and patience I received. I havent gotten my frames yet but should within the next week or so.

My wife made an appointment because she really really really needed contact lenses.However who ever set her appointment did not confirm her contact information with her. My wife was under the assumption that her appointment was at 530pm. But in reality it was at 5p. Vision works called her oldPhone and left a voicemail. As a consequence my wife wasted her time, her day, didn’t get the lenses she really needed and the lady the supervisor who was there was very very very rude. What’s up with people that their job is toInteract with people and yet they don’t care and act unprofessional and rude with an attitude. We won’t be coming back

The nicest staff Ive ever met! I used to get my vision exam at expensive places but then I found this place and its so affordable and easy. You really should do the same: get your eye exam here and check out their frames, theres no pressure to buy so take your time. If you only need the eye exam, no worries, theyll do it and wont pressure you to buy glasses like other places can do. Their selection of frames and contacts is big but as you already know, there is a company out there controlling the major brands of Frames from being sold at all stores. DO NOT BOTHER with going to Lenscrafters/Pearle Vision, they are owned by the same parent company. Support smaller companies like VIsionworks. Friendly people who will help with any question you may have.

The overall time it took for me to go through my scheduled eye exam, eye fitting for contacts, trying on contacts for the first time, and purchasing new glasses took around an hour. A huge thank you to Michael for helping me out. A very quick and simple process. Everything was disinfected and everyone wore a mask throughout my time there.I did the paperwork online through an email which they send when you create an appointment so I saved a lot of time there. The doctor was patient with me and answered every question I had. Michael was also patient and understanding when I was putting on contacts for the first time ever. Someone else gave me a deep cleaning kit for my contacts and taught me how to use it. As a first time customer, I really appreciate the kind and helpful staff and see myself coming again.

In the past I’ve stuck to ordering glasses online, issue with that is sometimes the frame doesn’t suit my face even after I measure it. I’m always hesitant about shopping in stores because it feels like the people are just trying to sell me a product and will say whatever they think I want to hear. This was not my experience at this Visionworks at all! I was helped out by Michael who listened to all of my concerns and opinions being that I’m super picky. He didn’t mind telling me which frames didn’t complement me as well as others which I was very appreciative of. I wanted to make sure my frames made me feel bold and confident.. and they really did, thanks to him I came out with some glasses that look like they were made just for me and my aesthetic. What I also noticed and really liked is that while he was attentive to me, he took the time to greet and help navigate others this allowed me some time to really think about my decision without feeling pressured to buy anything. All in all I can’t recommend this place enough, great selection, staff, and experience!

Got a pair of broken frame glasses. Called this store and was told they can try to repair it. Great! Drove to the store. A teenager part-time like staff shown up and told me they dont have repair service. Wait.. what? I just called and some one here said you do repair glasses. Oh, OK. Let me see... Erk, your glasses is out of style. These days people dont wear something like this any more. So still, no fix. You can try somewhere else but they will tell you the same. Byebye. Alright little expert. My bad to come this place. Let me try somewhere else and see. Went to the Accuvision eye care on Wise Rd. The owner came out with a technician and spent mins to take a look at my glasses. Ended up with repairing the glasses as a courtesy. Yes. I didnt buy this glasses from Accuvision but they still decided to repair it for me for free. See the difference? Maybe big chain store or teenager part time expert wont understand why Accuvision do this. But Accuvision will have my next pair of glasses as well as my wife, my son, all my familys future glasses. And I will also guarantee that my family will never step in your store in any case. And let me tell you this: No matter how time changes, the true meaning of customer service will never go out of style.

Very impressed! Not only were the staff super friendly & helpful, but the eyeglass frames selection was the largest I’ve seen in one store! I had taken my daughter first to a competitor who had very few kid frames to choose from and when we went to Vision Works next, I was blown away! They had at least 3 times the selection just for kids! We found the perfect pair & she can’t wait until they are ready for pickup! Where to begin. I had to go in for FOUR exams, FOUR separate times and I still dont have the correct prescription. The doctor who checked the first THREE times was completely off. First he gave me a single vision that wasnt right. Then he gave me a progressive, which was even worse. Finally, he gave me another single vision and reading/ computer glasses; which was wrong. So, i demanded another doctor. This prescription is supposed to be the right one... I was forced into coming to try contacts I didnt want and the charged me $50! I had already spent $400 extra at this place. $100 extra for the frames, fine. But an extra $300 for the lenses.Now another $50 for the contacts? DO NOT GO HERE. Completely incompetent. Its been over a month and I still dont have the right prescription.

Yesterday was my first time being a customer at Visionworks. I only discovered it because it was in my network for my new eye insurance. I am so pleased by my experience here and I am so glad I chose this company and location! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Dr. Dan was extremely helpful and pleasant during my eye appointment for new contacts. Because I purchased contacts, I was offered 60% any pair of glasses! This really helped me save money. Michael was the name of the associate who helped me pick frames. He chose a pair for me that I would have never picked out myself. I love them so much! He was also really helpful with pricing and getting me what I needed at a low cost. I feel like most eye doctor companies are very pushy with buying extra things you dont need, but this was not the case. I was not forced to purchase the contacts or the glasses at this location, but I did because of the great deals they were offering. Michael was so amazing with helping me throughout the entire buying process and he was very kind and personable! I will definitely be coming here for all future appointments.

Worse experience in my whole life at this location. I found 2 great pairs of glasses and was told they would be ready in 7-10 days. Sounds easy right.. WRONG. 14 days later I called for a status. Not ready. 19 days into the order they were ready. Within one week, I realized both pairs had been processed incorrectly. Significantly incorrect. I therefore returned both so they can be corrected as they instructed me to do. Thats when the games began. Jessica has absolutely no idea what she is saying or doing. FIVE WEEKS AFTER ORDERING I had no glasses, no sunglasses, no refund which was the only thing JESSICA OFFERED but could not do. And inability to use my insurance because again Jessica promised would be reinstated but it was another fabrication . Finally, NINE WEEKS LATER I now have 2 new pairs of glasses...thank you LENS CRAFTERS.

I was ok with the people and their service.However I noticed that they were selling branded frames that were made in China for the price of the originals made in Italy almost mark up of 200%.And all they could say was different companies have different markups when I asked about the price of those frames.

The environment was clean and well organized compared to some other glasses shops I have encountered in my lifetime of getting exams. This may be the worst location i have ever dealt with. I called last week to simply fill my prescription for contacts. Sounds simple? NOT HERE. I had the other location fax my prescription to them and they said to come pick it up. I work 5 minutes away so I went on my lunch to pick them up. The man behind the counter told me that they were swamped and I would have to call it in because they didnt have them. Called in later and was put on hold for 30 minutes by a young lady who couldnt hold a professional conversation to save her life over the phone. Had to hang up and call back. I think i was put on the line with the same kid who told me they didnt have time to help me when i was there in person, he didnt seem competent enough to look up my information by looking at the fax and had to re verify my information 12 times, only to tell me that my insurance wont cover my contacts. This is very strange considering the other two locations that I called were able to complete this simple request in less than 5 minutes. THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS ASTOUNDINGLY INCOMPETENT.

Zero stars if possible. Be aware !!!! They double book app, they will reject you even showing them confirmation with my name, drs name, location and time .They not interested in making things right, wont honor a rain check for promotional price they gave me for future appointment. They need to fix their Tunnel Vision first!!!
