Ms Victoria,What can I say but she was fabulous!!!!! I am 55 years old and the treatment of this employee to me and my mom was professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable as very respectful! Her ability to engage us with the knowledge of her profession was outstanding! This was our first visit and your always apprehensive coming to a new place. She greeted us from the start and extended help immediately. WOW. It was first thing in the morning- this tells you that she comes in prepared to help her clients. If I had a business I would steal her from you guys! Please let her know again how much my Mom and I appreciate her professional knowledge and the care she showed my mom. I was pleased with Dr. Chidi. She was very thorough and helpful with my kids. I also scheduled an appt with her for that reason and was pleased with her front office staff. The optical side can make some improvements with their customer service (when ordering glasses the rep should know and be more aware of their offers) but over all positive experience.

Dont know where they send the glasses to be done but the results are terrible. The bifocals are not aligned correctly and the lenses scratch very easily.
My wife and I each had an eye exam and purchased new polarized prescription sunglasses (frames and lenses) on May 21, 2021 - or at least we thought we did. The employee took a long time entering our information into the computer. The glasses took a long time. When we went to pick them up, they were not sunglasses. The same employee told us that they should be sunglasses and he would send them back. The weeks went by, and we received two calls from the same employee apologizing for the delay. We decided to stop at the store on July 17. A new employee named Lisa told us yeah, those guys are gone. The messed up allot of stuff. She said she would try to find out where the glasses were and would let us know. Lisa called me on July 30 and said that we hadnt actually paid for polarized lenses, it would cost us another $90 for each pair to add that. I told her that after 10 years of being a customer at this store I would have thought they would comp the difference given the situation. She didnt agree and did not offer to do anything else despite my complaint. We will never have eye exams or purchase glasses from this or any For Eyes again.
I bought the protection plan from them was told if I drop crack or break them or totally destroy they will be replacedβ¦ go to replace them manger tells me that i have to pay a copay (I was not told that) and that the people who sold me my glasses are goneβ¦ she also explained many other customers have said the same thing in turn makes my story even stronger as a consumer we shouldnβt have to bite the bullet of an employee!!! PERIOD!! Itβs the stores fault we didnβt hire your employees!!!
The Dr. was very professional and well informed on my situation with my right eye. She insisted that I see a specialist about my eye issue. I have known about this issue since 2015. This is the third eye Dr. to give me an exam in five years, but the first to refer me to a specialist about my issue! Thank you again!

Horrible experience. The manger apparently does not know how to operate and service a customer without the systems guidance. Coming here was a big waste of time which in turn is a big waste of money.
I visited For Eyes as a walk in the Dr. was great and answered any question I had. The red flags begin when the representatives that was reviewing my insurance didnβt know how to pull it up, didnβt have my correct allocations, and all there lens coverings were automatically added to the bill. When asked to explain why I needed so many lens options 2 additional sales people came to the table. As I explained I want more clarity on the charges not just charge me for something I donβt know what it is for the became more pushy car salesmanβs. When I finally got someone to show the breakdown of cost they started you NEED polycarbonate because itβs shatter resistant and it can stop a bullet and deflects UV (if a bullet is coming to my eye I need something more than a pair of prescription eyewear), blue light is another NEED because it reflects lights and UV. As I explained my last pair of eyewear has blue light and I can see the blue tint when driving and that is counter productive for me if I canβt see. All 3 gave a guarantee that their blue light is of the highest quality. Now after being irritated and paying almost $200 for eye ware from pushy salespeople they will be mailed to me and if anything is wrong return back. Mailed? Is this because of Covid? No it was not several customers weβre picking up their eyewear. I have no turn around time for the eyewear and no tracking number. I have NEVER experienced an optometrist appointment like that before their salesperson are unhelpful and will add as many lens coatings until you question their actions then their shyster ways are revealed. I have a family of 5 that had appointments before this. I will definitely be going somewhere else.
Some guy just answered and said βyou wanna buy contactsβ I said I wanted to set up an eye exam. He transferred me and I was sent to voicemail lmaoooooooooooo. Is this a joke
I made an online appointment for 7/31/2020 at 10 am. I get to the parking lot at 9:45 and I wait. I caught Lyft because I was having issues seeing. 10:00 rolls around and no body in sight. I get a passerby to read the sign on the front door. They donβt open til 11am!! BUT my online appointment and email confirmation states 10 am for my appointment. Businesses should update ALL there pages and appointment sites. It clearly states on 3 different links that they open at 10. Terrible.
I bought my glasses over 2 weeks ago, was told that it could take 10 days to receive them but that it probably wouldnt take that long. I called Tuesday to get tracking information, was told to call back Friday. On Friday morning, I talked to Jeff who said he would text me the information within 40 min. After lunch, I called back thinking he had just forgotten. He told me the system was down and would be back up at 430 and he would text me then. At 545 I still hadnt heard anything so I called back and he assured me he would text me first thing Saturday morning. Never heard anything so started called at 1 or so and now no one will answer my calls at all. What was a great in store experience when buying glasses has turned into a nightmare.
I have been going to this location for the past 3 years and have always received great customer service. Every appointment started on time. The doctor was very nice and thorough. Never a long wait.Keith did an awesome job helping to repair my sons glasses and fast. Jeff is always courteous, and quick to greet when we enter the store and prompt to get us in and out. We are customers for life!
I had been using this location for many years., 15 plus. Have had excellent to good service. I have seen the personnel change over time. at least four optometrist. But uneventful. My most recent experience convinced me to use another location. I will not explain the complete incident, it would take too long. Except to say that the customer service has gone from a hundred to zero at this time. I will not spend my money at a store where the customer cannot discuss why they called. Dont know the womans name, but I had never had a more rude and uncooperative exchange at foreyes.

I have bought glasses from here twice. The staff are very polite and the process is very simple. However, walk ins take a while. When I did a walk in a month ago, I was there for four hours. The service is overall very good
Been going to this location for a few years as others have mentioned service and professionalism has gone down considerably. The doctor there is non chalant and uncaring. She has told me for the last couple of years that I have to use readers with my contacts to see close up items and has prescribed the same strength in both of my eyes saying either I would lose distance or nearness and had to choose which was most important. I put up with readers to read menus, see food in front of me, read temperature gauges on thermostats...etc til this year I said enough this is insane I should not have to put on readers with contacts in my eyes! So googled and found an awesome dr. in lawrenceville using the latest technology for testing eye strengths that I have never seen used at For Eyes and he prescribed multifocal contacts with one eye for close up and the other for distance. I see perfectly now without having to use readers!! I had done it so long til out of habit I reach for my readers at times. So glad to not have to deal with For Eyes! And my charge was $20 less than what I had been paying at For Eyes for my exam with my insurance hmmmm
Went here years ago, staff very rude, office is filthy, glasses were over priced and garbage. Major rip off never will refer or return.
No complaints. The staff is great the doctor is great. I would recommend this place.
Has been in a steady decline for years. Gave wrong prescription, didnt seem to think it was a big deal. Employees seem lazy or could care less. New Drs rotating in. Costco provides better service in the few times Ive used them.

Excellent services I have my appointment on saturday at 12:20PM my prescription for my glasses, I select the frame and Tuesdays morning I received a phone call to pickup my glasses very fast and efficiency!!
If I could leave no stars I would....I had an incredibly easy time when I was there for my appointment and everyone was nice but today when I called to ask a question about my contacts the lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. It almost seemed like she didnt speak English because at the start she was not understanding what I was even asking and kept talking about something different. I had a 102 fever and a migraine after wearing my contacts but my eyes were never red or itchy so I was trying to figure out if it was the contacts that gave me the headache and fever or if it was something different and instead of being helpful the lady told me there was conflicting information and she couldnt discuss it over the phone and that she was not sure I was the real customer??? There are so many ways she could have verified I was the customer over the phone (like my medical record number or my SSN) but instead she told me if I wanted my questions answered I would have to go see her at the office so she could verify it was actually me which I would be happy to do except I work a full time job and cant just drop everything to go there when the questions I need answered can easily be done over the phone. I usually never leave negative reviews or reviews in general but this really upset me. I will not be going back to this location.

I would like to start out by saying, some parts of my visit was good. Getting feedback on which glasses to pick and the ordering process went smooth. Being a long term customer I have to say my recent visit was noticeably different. I have two concerns. First, I felt Dr. Chidinma Nwuba-Onyejeana was knowledgeable, but I lost confidence in her due to her mumbling. Speaking with confidence and having a little energy goes a long way. After having my eyes examined I wanted to know her name, she told me her name and pointed to her business cards, instead of giving me a card. I prefer someone knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. Secondly, it is important to take pride in how you look. The employees need to remember, dressing nice and having your hair neat is important when working with the public. Please, represent us well!
Terrible service. No one answers the phone. When you get there the staff is friendly, the doctor was very aloof. The room you go in had a suit case in it I had to reach and work around as I attempt to insert my contact lens. I even put my hand in some water that was already on the counter before I got there. This grossed me out and just made things worse. The doctor was trying to try some new contacts on me instead of the ones I told her and by the end of the appointment my bill was $80 for just the fitting! I ended up hating the new contacts, switching back to the ones Im accustomed to and still didnt have my order bc I refused to get contacts from a Dr who is only concerned with her partnership with some new company. It cost me a grip and I still didnt even have my trial lens. They said they would call me when they were ready. I ended up going back 3 weeks later to pick them up after they didnt call me. They werent even ready. They nice guy had to go prepare them for me. Just terrible service by the doctor. Awful! Dont go!

The optometrist was amazing but just received not so great service from a staff member that misquoted my insurance coverage and was about to charge me and EXTRA $100. Very dry and not looking to be helpful what so ever. Good thing I called my insurance company for clarity because this young lady Gio did not want to assist me. Not sure Ill be back unfortunately.UPDATE: A year later and i have had a consistent eye concern for about 6 months, the optometrist here Dr. Nwachukwu was pretty helpful most times I came in. One day before asking to switch to another brand of lenses I came in for a follow up appointment. She had a HORRIBLE attitude and she was extremely rude. I hadnt even opened my mouth to speak and she came in being mean and nasty for no apparent reason. Maybe she had had a long day, either way it is NO way to treat a patient/customer. I will continue to make sure that this review is heard across many different platforms because her treatment was not okay I hope that she does not ever behave this way again to any one else!
Got help picking out my glasses. They were ready on time and the staff was helpful and patient when it came to me needing my glasses adjusted. I would go again for sure.
Establishment needs to invest in clear sinage to direct walk-in customers on process to be seen. Be sure to ask where to sign-in as soon as you come in.
