I just want to say best customer service hands down! I came here for me and my daughter on two separate occasions and both times I enjoyed my visit. Very fast and efficient and might I add, great conversation and service. I’ll be back and highly recommend!!!

First time using any EyeLab location but it definitely won’t be my last! Great experience, no wait. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Having the optometrist on a screen and not physically in the room might feel a little odd at first, but once the exam starts I didn’t notice any difference.

Wonderful! Had me in and out in less then 15 minutes. My glasses have been broke for sometime but I knew my warranty expired. So I came in for a copy of my prescription to take to a cheaper place. NOPE! I got brand new frames cheap! Im so thankful for the help!

My son forgot his glasses for something that we needed and they were very quick to give us options. Took over month to receive my glasses. 1st pair werent adjusted properly and kept falling off. Complained to the main guy there kept adjusting them and blaming it on the mask. He was clearly annoyed with me like I was to blame. I kept pushing till he exchanged the pair. If you dont enjoy your job maybe you shouldnt be doing it. Eyelab was very disappointing.

After going back and forth for what seemed to be months my mother still doesn’t have the glasses she needs. The first pair wasn’t even the lenses she picked out, nor were they the RIGHT prescription. 100s of dollar later. Still can not see. After the FIRST mix up they replaced the lenses. When the glasses that she actually picked out came back they were the same WRONG prescription as the first mix up. It’s been two months since we went to get glasses! Yesterday they decided to withdraw TWO payments from her account. The first one for 213$ was correct, although somehow they managed to pull an ADDITIONAL 489$ from the account. After my mother was contacted about her “bad” review they tried to bribe her with a pair of shiny sunglasses, we never seen them. At this point all I want is for them to be responsible for how many times they tried to get it right and FAILED. Give our money back! You can have all the glasses back! I just feel what they did was real low and if they want to make it right and get a couple ‘bad’ but accurate reviews removed, then they can REFUND all the money.

I had a great experience at My Eye Lab Snellville. They helped me right away and were really accommodating to what I needed. I wasn’t hassled when I requested my prescription. This is my new contacts & glasses place! Thanks again for all y’all’s help!

I went to the store for new glasses and I signed up for ACIMA which was supposed to be and promoted as an affordable way of paying and I could pay overtime within three months there would be no taxes. That was not the case I was charged taxes and rental fees which instead of the 49 $99 I was charged $62.48 biweekly. Another thing that was never discussed was that the initial $50 that I paid went to processing the leasing fee which I was never aware of. I was totally capable of paying for the glasses in total but was convinced that this was a better option without incurring fees which was totally erroneous. Buyers beware.

I ordered buy one get one of the same frame. And purchased the warranty. The frame broke and took it in to replace under warranty. The store manager said she would check to see if the frame was in stock and call me in three days. A week went by No call. I stopped in to check on the frame. They acted as though it was a new frame until When I checked it was a used frame with stones missing on the side. The warranty calls for replacement with new or comparable new Not used. When I asked about where the new frame was at she said they were out of stock, but there was no charge. How is that honoring the warranty and when is not paying for a used frame with missing pieces make it ok?? The other pair of frames I asked to have lenses placed in old frame. Since it took them 30 minutes to pop out old lenses and put in used frame, I said I would leave them and come back. The store employee said oh no you have to pick them up the same day. I said that’s fine I’ll be right back. The store employee then said oh no you must wait on glasses being repaired you can’t leave. I’ve been having glasses repair for over 20 years and Never heard of the “no leaving glasses and coming back to pick up. No Customerservice in that store. With all the eyeglass places within 5 miles of that store I won’t be back!

My mother and l visited this place and they treated us like family but the price of glasses is very much expensive. Suhail was able to help me find the best classes and save some money. Suhail is very knowledgeable when it comes to his work and he listened very well.

The staff was very friendly. The doctor wasnt in the room and the visit was remotely done which I appreciated since the doctor didnt have to get close to my face like a normal eye doctor visit. They also did the eye pictures instead of dilation which is fantastic because I can use my eyes still to write this review! Total was higher than the initial quote given before payment by $20 but overall still a good experience

We had to go twice for them to correct the prescriptions but it was still not good. Had to go get it checked at another place today. Don’t get fooled by the ad they run. Waste of money and time!!!

BRIANNA, who greeted me and also assisted at the end of after me choosing my SWISS frames. CHAD helped me as well and recommended my frames. So today I am actually wearing my glasses and they are prefect thanks Bre....Suihan, helped me train on how I should use my glasses and how my eyes will adjust to these new glasses. I also Dont want to forget the 2 persons that assisted with the check in and also with the tests.And I am so glad that I decided to come to eye lab vs American Best. I know that I got the best value and service. Everything in the store was very well presented. Clean especially theyre procedure of ensuring cleanliness after customers used equipment.
