Dr. Anna was great, staff was OK and friendly. At the end of my visit, I sat down with Adrian and I asked him couple questions but he forgot to address it. Because he was too busy texting or capable to multitask fr collecting payment first before answering my question and concern first. He handed me my receipt and never address my questions. So, I got up and left.
Had a nice and fast experience! Was in and out in no time and I got my prescription. Staff was friendly and they were very hygienic. We will be back!
Office staff is friendly and Ive had a great experience in the past.This last visit has been a nightmare though. I went in for an eye exam and contact fitting. I went back for the eye exam and all was fine. They didnt have my prescription in the trial contacts, but said theyd call me back when they did. No big deal. So, I went and looked at glasses while they waited for my eyes to dilate. After waiting over an hour, I finally had to ask someone why I hadnt been called back. They admitted they forgot about me, I went back and finished the exam.Fast forward 3-4 weeks. I had not heard anything about my trial contacts coming in so I called up there. They said one of them was on backorder but had arrived. So, they forgot to call me to let me know it had come in.When I went in for the contact fitting I was given two different brands of contacts to try. One worked great and the other felt terrible. I called to see what was in my right eye and asked them if I could move forward with that brand. They had no notes in regards to what brand was in each eye, just that they had fitted me for one brand (not true as I opened the packages myself). I know it was two different brands, just couldnt remember what went in each eye.Taking my business elsewhere, if you care about being cared for I suggest you do the same.Response to owner: I emailed customer service last Thursday afternoon. It is now 11am on Tuesday and Ive yet to have a response. Very disappointed in your customer service in all aspects. Not just the local store.
I go here because of my insurance and they are pretty good, but I also know what I want. When I took my 12 year old here we didnt get much help picking out the right size glasses for his head, I didnt know if he needed mens or kids, we went with mens, however there apparently are different sizes of mens and he picked 3 sizes too big when we went and got them fitted no one said anything they just kept trying to adjust them to fit his face. We ended up taking them back two days later and a very lovely woman named hope m. Helped us with everything no questions asked! Explained the sizes and answered all our questions! THANKS HOPE M!
Very unprofessional. I am not sure why appointments are offered so close to closing when they be in such a hurry to close. My appointment was at 6:30. I stood at the front desk for over 5 mins just to be told that the doctor had already covered up the machines. Please find another location. This one needs a better doctor and a new staff.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Me and my husband had our 1 year old with us and they were so sweet and kind to her as we waited our turn. The process was smooth and fast and we were in and out in about an hour. Excellent customer service ! We will continue to come to this location!
Had a great experience at this location!! Staff members were very pleasant and helpful. They took temperature reading at the entrance and made sure frames touched by customers were cleaned before putting back on display. I needed to speak with a supervisor for issue related to previously ordered pair of glasses. The supervisor Esau was very cordial and patient. Issue required consent of the General Manager who also was very good with customers and able to quickly provide the necessary assistance. Would definitely come back and highly recommend this location and service to others.
I simply came in for a quick revaluation of my eye exam because my first one was botched. I had an appointment and still have been waiting for over 45 minutes while the doctor takes other patients that came in after me . Staff will just leave you in rooms to wait with no communication. If you care about your time, don’t come here because they obviously don’t .

I had several glasses made at this store over the years. I went back to get estimate on replacement of of an old glasses. The lady who later said is a supervisor was so rude, I had to walk out without saying a word. She is so condescending and rude I had to walk out without saying a word.I wouldn’t let my middle school child talk to anyone the way she was communicating to me. It does not cost anything to just be polite.
I am highly disappointed in Visionworks as a company. The locations are not connected so since we went to the Snellville location for my daughters exam the Stonecrest cannot access her prescription. I have asked for it to be faxed but Stonecrest said they dont have it and it cannot be faxed to me. It expires soon and we wanted to get her a new pair of glasses before the prescription expires since making an appointment has also proven to be extremely difficult.
My friend went to this place today to get contacts for herself. She has sensitive eyes and the ones she got before weren’t the right prescription, so she went to go fix them. When the doctors gave her the new contacts she had a little bit of trouble putting them in because she is a beginner in wearing contacts and one of the doctors (hispanic maybe?) was taunting her. She was saying things like “Are you scared to put in contacts now?” And my friend felt more comfortable putting the contact on her whites and letting them slide onto the iris but the same doctor kept saying “put it on the pupil” and “just put it in”. But there was another doctor who was being extremely nice and understanding so much respect to her, but the first doctor really should not be having this job if she is going to be treating patients rudely.
The staff here is good but this one in particular is amazing. Adrian was so helpful to me and my father. He was patient, clear with everything he explained, carries himself well, very friendly and I noticed that he could adjust his personality to anyone he talks to and that’s great customer service. It seems like he puts in a lot of hard work in what he does. He definitely deserves a raise. Thanks to him, I’ll be coming back here for sure
I walked in today to be greeted by a table with masks and a thermometer. No greeting nor any acknowledgement. I waited for a moment and still nothing. (I entered wearing a mask). After taking about 5 steps toward the frames on the wall a women rudely and loudly said Excuse me sir, you need to have your temperature taken. Seriously, the vaccine has been out for months. And if this was so important to them, then why was there no one at the table. Needless to say I may never purchase another pair of glasses from Visionworks and definitely not from this location.
My mother and I had an eye exam. Most of staff members were kind and helpful. Simon answered all the questions my mother had and Was very helpful throughout the visit. Only reason I’m giving 5 stars. We did feel uncomfortable with one specific staff member (Janeesha) as she was giving us a look as we were sitting down. Not sure what was her problem.
I am very impressed with the quality of service and glasses I got from VisionWorks. The visit was seamless. I was seen pretty much as soon as I walked in the door and I was done with the appointment within the hour. My glasses were very reasonable in price and they arrived within two weeks. Thanks for a great first time visit. I will be bringing my family here for their glasses.

Doctor was so rude I had to leave in the middle of the exam. Over talked me didn’t let me finish a sentence. Was my first time ever with vision works. Waited 2 weeks for the appointment was super stoked about the cool glasses I picked out while I was waiting for the doctor. No one on the floor even bothered to help me pick out glasses I had to do it my self. I was like well maybe that’s how they do it here. Needless to say was a waste of my time. I had always gone to America’s best before but vision works was in my network of insurance so I thought well give them a shot. Boy was I wrong with America’s best I had to pay out of pocket more cause there out of network but maybe that with it not to be treated rude and made to feel like they want my business.
Pretty much just left the store and couldnt wait to compliment Adrian for his assistance and the store overall.. My original store location was the Mall of Ga but felt better received here and easier access.. Adrian keep up the good work!!!! :-) YES, this will be my location going forward...
Brought my son for a checkup and after the exams they were like oh we forgot to tell you but contact lens fitting is an extra charge. Why charge for that? And also if that is to be charged why didnt you tell me ahead of time. After all this they still ordered the wrong lens or the right lens but it was no good. Waste of my time 🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️🙆🏾♀️

Left work early and battled traffic only to be told that my appointment had canceled do to an internet outage. I was not notified of cancelation and was told next open appointment would be atleast two weeks. Two things really both me about this. First being there was no sorry about the inconvenience and let us fix it as fast as possible. Second is, what does the internet have to do with performing an eye exam?
Possibly one of the best experiences I have had at a vision works. The people are very nice and warm and they followed the covid-19 guidelines that CDC has put in place. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends which I have already done.In regards to my eye exam, Dr.Nyuyen was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. Mesha was very helpful as well! Thank you all for your great service! 👍

I was a little anxious about going here after reading some of the negative reviews, especially since this was only my second time seeing an optometrist and getting glasses; but everyone has been lovely! The employees have been so patient and sweet, even when they have every reason not to be, like when the place is closing or when I ask a litany of questions. Between the exam, picking out my glasses, and picking them up, Ive interacted with several different employees and have only had good experiences. Every conversation Ive had has left me smiling. Special shout out to the technician whos always smiling and laughing, and the person who fielded my MANY questions over the phone as I was adjusting to new glasses.
I have been coming to this location for years. The entire staff is friendly. Victoria goes above and beyond for her customers and is very knowledgeable. My glasses are there on time and I’m always satisfied with the quality.

I have on TWO separate occasions come in for my annual eye appointment & have had an awful experience both times. The doctors performing the exam are extremely professional, my problem is with the front staff. Each time I’ve gotten contacts they order my prescription & i received the wrong prescription BOTH times. So inconvenient. Didn’t know it was rocket science ordering contacts. Would not recommend!! Save your time & the hassle and go somewhere else.
This place doesnt have a clue! When I had my eye exam for glasses and contacts the first trial pair they tried to give me were the complete wrong prescription. Then they gave me another to try on and told me the left contact was the closest they had to my correct prescription to use these until my correct trial came in 7-10 days later. Its been a month and still no trial pair, and everytime I call up there I get a different answer. This is ridiculous. I should have been notified before purchasing that it would have taken this long and I would have been more understanding. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my eye glasses came back very quickly and the lady Victoria is now offering a temporary solution for my trials until mine come in.
The doctor is great, but the staff is not competent. It took 3 weeks to get my glasses that were in the store the entire time. I called to order contacts and I explained prior to being placed on hold exactly what I needed to do. I held for over 10 minutes for the associate to come back and tell me I had already used my insurance benefits for the year and I would have to pay out of pocket, which I knew when I called them. You are placed on hold for long periods of time until you just hang up.
My experience was a good one. The staff were kind and friendly. Even patient with me when I flinched excessively through the exam. However, the optometrist was not the most pleasant. She was constantly snapping at the staff and she had a “don’t talk to me demeanor.” When I asked questions about my sight and exam she kept her back to me not engaging in the conversation at all. She and she alone is the reason I may never return.
Before going to Visionworks I was worried about how they would conduct themselves with the virus but after visiting on a scale from 1 to 10 I would give them 10 + everyone was very polite coronavirus precautions very seriously everyone had masks snd social distance I felt very comfortable for my family and myself you dont have to worry about getting sick here they wear gloves and continuously wipe things off highly recommend Visionworks👍👍
Set up appointment, was greeted at the door, had completed paperwork online (highly recommended) and had a seamless visit that went well. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable, Dr. Nguyen explained every step clearly and concisely.
They were quick, very helpful in selecting exactly what I needed, & all of the employees I interacted with were very kind.
Staff was pleasant. Good selection of frames.But my “appointment” for eye exam took 2 hours. All but 25 minutes of that was waiting.Waited 45 mins after scheduled appointment to be seen by doctor.Actual time spent with doctor was literally 5 mins. It felt rushed but feel the results were still good.Waited another 45 mins after that to see someone about ordering new glasses.Order process took 20 minsI will give them another chance. Friends and family that go here say my experience was not normal. But 2 hours is way too long for something that actually took 25 mins. The staff were pleasant and helpful which redeems this office. Just appeared they had issues managing a schedule on the day I visited.
Very nice staff and doctor. Everyone I dealt with was highly accommodating, especially the technician who patiently coached my seven year old who just couldn’t seem to keep her eyes open. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves an award. The doctor (Dr. Dorian???) was professional, unrushed, and actually took the time to discuss with my daughter how to take care of her eyes and keep them healthy. I was very pleased with their selection of frames, their social distancing efforts, and overall professionalism. I would highly recommend this location.
We were in and out. The process was very smooth. They took precautions as far as taking temperatures on customers coming in. The only problem we had was that they allowed too many people in the store at once. There was really not much social distancing. They should have allowed only people that had appointments in and others that were just shopping or browsing to stay in their vehicles and enter as people exited. Other than that, it was a good visit for us for being first timers.
Its that time again ... NEW YEAR, YEARLY EXAMS!!! First time at this location as I would always go to the location in Johns Creek. Didnt realize that their systems doint talk to each other but Dr Ngyugen [Win (sp)] was great to the point and onto the next customer. My appointment time was met and satisfied. I became a little frustrated in not finding a pair of glasses & just picked ANYTHING because they had a BOGO [half off] just so I could just get something and get out of there. I was given Chloe as my salesperson and she changed the game for me. She asked me what my style was, I shared i w it and whaaaaaaaaaalah, she came back w (2) FUNKY CAAAAAAAAAAA-UTE pairs. Im so happy with the end result and cant wait till my glasses come back to sport the new look! YAY ME!
This by far has to be the worst place to buy glasses from. The workers are rude right off the bat. You can tell they don’t want to be there. Either way the eye exam was fine but when it came to getting my glasses the is zero organization. My glasses were promised 5 days after the visit .. 7 days later they still were not made. When seeking an explanation it was because there was someone sick and they forgot to do my order. They could not even give me a timeline as to when my glasses would be ready. I ended up canceling my order. It is not worth the time or headache visiting this location.
I was seen for an eye exam and given a RX and trial pair of contacts. On the drive home, I noticed there wasn’t an improvement with my vision. I called to request my eyes re-examined and the receptionist insisted I was wrong and said my eyes needed to adjust. I scheduled the appointment a week later just to follow protocol. Well vision never got any better. Arrived to the office for re-examination and saw Dr. Linda (Cindy) Masopust. Her chair side manner was SO RUDE from the MINUTE I walked into the room! I honestly feel it was racially motivated. She insisted on telling me there was nothing wrong with the RX and she doesn’t understand why I can’t see...How I don’t need contacts and doesn’t understand why I want them in the first place...If I wasn’t satisfied with what she was telling me, I could come back and see the doctor who wrote the RX. I mean, I could go on and on! I was trying to explain what I was experiencing and what I was told at my last visit. She was being short and very nasty in her responses to my questions and/or concerns. I could think of sooo many ways, she as the “professional ”, could have handled this. For starters...re-exam my eyes to confirm whether or not the RX prescribed by the previous doctor was correct! I will never go to another Visionworks and especially not this one!

Amazing service. I walked in with my prescription, after a short wait I was assisted. Visionworks is out of network for my plan. However, the representative gave me an out of network form and even completed for me. She was patient and very helpful in assisting me to choose frames that work for my unique needs. Well done!

New prescription lens so shopped around at 3 stores. The one I ended up with was Visionworks @ Presidential Mkt. Had prescription from long time Dr so interested in Lens only for 4 pairs of existing frames. This store/staff beat the local competition by $400 plus. They were attentive, professional, and considerate (good combination). My hat goes off to two of the staff- Nesha & Esau. Couldnt ask for more knowledgeable & likeable people. A refreshing experience in todays time. Thx guys!!
AWFUL & DECEPTIVE! I called the day before to get an appt & the lady told me I didnt require one because walkins were allowed until 8/24/20. However, I arrived the next morning at 9:06 with 3 people already waiting with appts. The guy gives me a form & tells me someone will be with me yet hes the only one there with the doctor. At 10:00, 2 additional employees arrive & there are other people going in to see the Dr but Im still not addressed. 10:20 I ask how long will it be to be seen & the guy quietly looks at the forms & tells me there are 3 people ahead of me. When I asked why the lady didnt just give me an appt instead of being greedy & advising me incorrect information, he apologizes & tells me to have a blessed day as I walk out the door? REALLY DURING A PANDEMIC VISION WORKS ARE PACKING PEOPLE IN TO RAISE SALES? THE 2.5 STAR RATING IS REAL ITS TIME TO CONTACT CORPORATE👀
This location is AMAZING. Adrian and another young lady who worked the evening shift on 9/3/19 helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses! I was a bit indecisive and unsure about what exactly I was looking for, but knew what I didn’t want lol. They were patient, kind, and offered insight that helped me make a very satisfying purchase. I will be back in a week for a few upgrades. Amazing job guys, keep it up!
Doc was thorough and atmosphere was awesome. They also have a great eyeglass selection. Happy they started accepting my insurance.
Great place did not really have to wait long. The Eye Dr and staff was nice I have been coming for a while and will continue to do so!
Scheduling my appointment was easy, both the staff and optometrist were welcoming and friendly.
This place is so unorganized and portly managed. I made an appointment a day before and they still said that they did not receive one. When we did go they made us wait one and half hour and another hour after the first step for the doctor. The staff does not know what they are doing and work extremely slow. I can easily say that we are never making an appointment to this place again. I do not want anyone going through the trouble and wait that I had to.
Nice selection of frames and the staff is friendly. However, my appointment was rescheduled 3 times because no doctor was on duty. When I went in I was 10 minutes early and spent the time finding frames to try. At my appointment time, 3:45 I presented at the desk to find out how to check in. I was told to have a seat. The three technicians were busy with customers. I got checked in after a while and I resumed sitting in the front. I got a preliminary exam and then sat again to wait for the optometrist. I heard him come out and complain that a patient who had a 4:00 appointment was late as was the other woman. Surely he didn’t mean me? When I went back to see him I casually mentioned I’d been 10 minutes early for my appointment. I told him everyone was busy when I arrived. He snaps, ‘It took them a half hour to check you in?!’ I told him I had no idea, I only know what I did and when I came in. He says, ‘I even called you and you didn’t respond...’ in a way that cast doubt on my truthfulness. I told him I was seated in the front of the store because there were little kids sitting in the back where you go in to be examined. ‘I didn’t want to engage. You all don’t have a clear system that tells customers where to check in for what. You need more help out front.’ I told him my appointment had been canceled 3 times and he cuts me off with, ‘I don’t usually deal with that. I have a flight I have to catch.’ This whole exchange while civil totally chafed me. He should have apologized for their lack of personnel and my inconvenience or said nothing! He didn’t dilate my eyes even though he should have (I guess it was because he was in a hurry). The attitude and service was sub par. No one should be made to feel like they’re being rushed.

Worst eyeglass place ever ! I came here the other day for a pair of glasses just one . my appointment was at 4:15 after sitting there half an hour I still had not seen the doctor yet, you would think that if you set an appointment you would be seen in time due to the other things you have to do right? wrong! I was on my lunch break so I had to leave and come back another day . I specified to kesha over the phn if I have an appointment I need to be seen at that time not an hour later, she agreed and assured me I would not wait in line and be seen at the time which I was scheduled . So here we are a new day my appointment was set at 11 am. Because I had already picked out my frames all I needed to do was see the doctor .When I arrived nobody said anything to me and the line was beginning to move it’s way outside the door . After being there 30 minutes AGAIN I still not been seen . I just left and went somewhere else I would not recommend this place to anybody save your money and time and go somewhere else this is the worst place and customer service ever!
I called on the phone and they told me that the wait would be an hour if I came in immediately. I got there 3 minutes later and was told it would be 3 hours. Went right to Walmart vision and came right to be seen.
Zarea was extremely helpful. She broke everything down thoroughly at a pace I can fully embrace what she was explaining and not miss a beat. I recommend this Visionworks location to anyone.
I went to get my annual check-up and got a new prescription on 8-28-19, I left my old glasses so they can use my old frames ( Oakley brand $250) to add the new lenses and I ordered a new cheaper frame for backup glasses later on. 45 days later after calling several times they lost my Oakley glasses and added the lenses on the cheap frames. They told me that I was going to get an Oakley replacement frames, 2 weeks later and nobody knows what I am talking about... Ive only use visionworks for my eye Care needs but this particular facility is totally incompetent, nobody takes responsibility and the only answer is well it wasnt me, I dont know who you spoke to. ..going to 60 days and this issue hasnt been resolved...go get your glasses somewhere else.

In this day and age you can get a deal on a pair of glasses or contacts just about anywhere however, what keeps you coming back is great customer service and personality. I have dealt with vision works for years and have always had a great experience when dealing with Esau. He is always in good spirits and, is great with children. He has keeps me coming back . ITS THE SAME ROBOTIC RESPONSE TO ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS. IF THEY CARED THEY WOULD TAILOR A RESPONSE TO OFFSET THE PERCEPTION THAT THEY DONT CARE. THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ME EVEN ON THIS REVIEW.The two associates that assisted me were friendly and helpful. However, the company as well as this location gets 1 star because of the zero follow up resulting in poor customer service. The company itself gets a ZERO due to deceptive practices. I was not satisfied with my glasses and due to run around and no followup its past the money back guarantee. The manager was working on a possible solution and was supposed to get back with me but have not received any correspondence since from her. I contacted corporate customer service and no response. The company forces packages on you by allocating special features/upgrades whether or not you want them. Even if your insurance pays for most options, Vision Works has mandatory upgrades so you pay out of pocket. In addition, the claims they make in certain features are fraudulent. SHOP AROUND. If you have insurance and they pay for options, dont let VW mislead and manipulate you into purchasing something you dont want. I also want to add that in the past wherever I got my glasses, a case, cleaning cloth, and cleaner were provided without asking. I was given case and cloth when requested. No cleaner and the cloth was NOT the thick microfiber you get everywhere else. Other companies have samples of photochromatic, tinted, and AR lenses. This Visionworks did not. In eyeglass sales, these samples are a must!
The eye doctor was very nice. The downside was the male sale associate gave me a price for the glasses. So when it came down to pay,everything he told me was false, the manager told me she would call the home office about a issue with the insurance but never did. They never called me for any update. Very sad.Update- a manager called me and fixed one of the issues.
Id give zero stars if I could. You have to put in at least one to post. I recommend Carlin Vision and not Visionworks.How unprofessional and what a waste of time. They are actually open and I still can not pick up contact lenses I have paid for, or glasses I have paid for. I work and try to get there as soon as I can with my kids, but if the doctor is not there, then they can do nothing but say sorry you wasted your time and gas to get here Such a bate and switch to make you think if they are open they can actually help you. I called customer service and they said the doctors come and go as they please setting their own hours. They said the doctor can even cancel a whole day or leave early when ever they want. I think that makes the store nothing but a fake business because you cant get anything done that vision businesses are supposed to do. Like a restaurant being open but saying they cant serve any one. So stupidMy family (5 people) go to Visionworks and I go to Carlin Vision. I recommend Carlin Vision, its very close by, and if they are open, you can actually be helped with whatever you need.
Extremely slow. Made a appointment for 1pm and wasnt seen until 2:45 pm. Without any explanation. They seen others that walked in after me that wasnt suppose to be seen. However the doctor is amazing!! She took her time with my daughter and I. She was through with everything.
Tamara and Candi are the greatest OD techs I have ever had a pleasure to come get glasses from. I recommend everyone come down and see these two even if its just to say hi! Tamara will make sure you leave with a smile just like I did!

I came in on Saturday. I asked if they could check on how much my copay would be. I was told yes, just a moment. 30 minutes later, everyone in the entire store has been helped, including MULTIPLE people walking in. I was completely ignored, even though the initial man that spoke to me kept making eye contact. Eventually, I just walked out. No one tried to stop me. I had NO attitude, nothing. Just wanted information, an eye exam and some glasses.
Kandi and Adrian are very sweet. Adrian was my sales associate and he gave me some great options for glasses. He was honest about what fit and doesn’t fit my facial structure. I would highly recommend Visionworks to anyone.
Candi was very bubbly and had a great personality. She was so helpful and her and her team went above and beyond to help me make sure i was taken care of. If you go to the snellville location ask for Candi and she will take awesome care of you!

I absolutely enjoyed my visit at the Visionworks located on Scenic Highway in Snellville. Dr. Lena was fast and she asked the main question I look for when visiting any doctors office. She asked, do you have any questions? This is very important to me, because it shows that the doctor cares and she/he listens to the patient. Also, Zarea and Akeia showed awesome customer service. They both answered questions and were very pleasant in their demeanor. Great atmosphere even with all the traffic of people coming in and out and the phone ringing. Awesome staff. Excellent job!
The staff was nice they were running a little late so they were kind of backed up but everybody was friendly and professional the doctor was exceptionally good very professional very thorough very light and friendly I would come back to get more glasses the only thing I didnt like when you came to my glasses I did not get them in an hour but I had to call to get on no one ever called me and told me my glasses are ready so I had to call
Cardi was very helpful. She was such a funny and easy person to talk to. If I could I’d rate her 10 stars. She’s excellent at what she does and she takes her work seriously.

I took my son here yesterday and this is the most pleasant staff ever....this was my 1st time at Vision Works in Snellville I usually go to Duluth....i was a little taken aback by the contact price with the insurance my son has but that has nothing to do with the staff the young lady actually thoroughly explained everything and my options it was great....LOVE THIS LOCATION

Adrian was great yesterday as my sales associate however after receiving my prescription, it did not have the pupilary distance listed. Called today and was told they dont provide the information unless you specifically ask for it and if I wanted the information, Id have to come back to get it measured. Even though I was just in yesterday? Very discouraging in not wanting to do business with visionworks again
Short wait time. Tons of glasses to choose from. The staff is excellent. Very at attentative and friendly. The optometrist is very nice and professional. Highly recommend coming here for an eye exam.
Wait was ridiculous. Didn’t have an appointment, but was told that it would take about an hour. Took about an hour and half just to get back to see the doctor... If they had been honest with the wait time I would have left. Definitely don’t recommend, especially if you don’t have an appointment.

Go somewhere else!! This place is a total joke. There is NO customer service at all at this location. They ignore you and then rush through your order and make tons of mistakes. When we were trying to order glasses, the sales person we finally got after waiting over 45 minutes left in the middle of our order to go get HER OWN glasses fixed with the dr that was there without any explanation. This place only cares about their own employees who do not work half of the time. Totally ridiculous!!!!
My visit to get prescription filled was exceptional, but when I brought my frames in to have lenses put in, I was told the lab personnel doesnt work on Sundays. Theres nothing on the hours of operation on store or from personnel indicating there are limited services available on Sunday. Instead of depending on personnel to inform the public of limited available services on Sunday, maybe yall should indicate this on your hours of operation info. Not happy I wasted a trip.
I found staff to be professional, responsive and knowledgeable. Will definitely return again for my eye care needs. Great experience!!
So I had originally done a one star review on this location because of what I call shady business practices. Long story short, there are stipulations in the Affordable Care Act that allow businesses, such as this one, to charge a fee for contact evaluations on top of the regular eye exam fee. The fee can be as high as the eye exam which, if charged, effectively doubles your total at the register.After posting my original review I was contacted by store management and I was told that the practice was not shady (I was given info on the law during a this convo. I also did my own research).So, as far as the store being shady, THAT IS 100% NOT true. They operated well within the bounds of the law and their rights.The next part is about how they handled my situation as a customer, that felt at a minimum deceived by the undisclosed fee. Another long story short, i was contacted by the manager a second time and I was told that the contact evaluation fee would be put towards the purchase of contacts, as a store credit.With all that being said, this store and team, didnt have to reach out to rectify the situation, they could have chalked this one up and went about their lives muttering curses under their breath. I was treated kindly and no attitude was given when I went to redeem my credit. The staff was friendly and attentive and this visit was 100% better than the last. The store manager wasnt there at the time, but another manager, Candy, was wonderful to deal with. I appreciate what they did very much
