Very pleasant experience! Was greeted promptly by friendly staff members, Darell. After completion on required new patient paperwork, there was no wait to take eye exam & testing. Dr. Burnett was friendly & professional, taking time to explain any questions I had. Selecting & ordering eyeglasses was made easy with the assistance of Ms. Curleta, whose 20+ years of experience made suggestions on what type of frames & features would work best. Overall, extremely pleased with the customer service, cost and nearby location to my home!

My experience here was the worst. My first appt was on September 28,2021 the gentleman at the desk was extremely nice, personable, and informative. Dr. Burnette was great as well. However, after that my experience with purchasing was complete trash. I had to call several times to inquire about my glasses kept being told someone would call me back no one ever did. I went and got a refund on my glasses because I dont support horrible customer service!!!

Thank you Fred! My glass lens popped out a few weeks ago and I was going to throw them away because of the delicate wire that held the lens in. I brought them back to my Snellville store and in minutes, Fred repaired my glasses and cleaned them up beautifully! Again, thank you Fred! I love Lenscrafters!

Ive never been to an eye place where they refused to give me my pupillary distance. You can probably google it and do it just as well as we could was what the lady told me. The optometrist told me this. Should have read the reviews prior to going here. Complete dump.🤔

This review is for the eye Dr4 visits later and I still don’t have a contact lens subscription.The office staff billed me incorrectly.The optometrist gave push back on getting me contacts (I’ve been wearing contacts for 15+ years)They didn’t have the contacts needed for my prescription.They didn’t notify me when the contacts arrived - I had to keep calling and was left on hold multiple times.They didn’t even check the fit on the contacts!

The LensCrafters at Stone Mountain Freeway in Snellville I high recommend. The people could not have been more nicer and very professional. I had a young guy helping me and he was so kind and respectful. Lets me know that there are some young people out there very respectful, with manners and know how to treat a customer. I had the best experience at this LensCrafters location. I was greeted by a very friendly young lady at the customer service counter and was invited to look at frames until the doctor was ready. Dr. Alisa Burnett was awesome and did a thorough eye exam. A very nice young man, Amir, assisted me through the final step of measuring me for my new glasses and walked me through how much my insurance paid for all of the options that I selected. I was TOTALLY satisfied!!!!

The absolute worse Customer Service! On 3 separate occasions I was told to pick up contacts and when I arrived at the location the contacts were not in stock. I placed an order for colored contacts - 2 weeks later, I called to check the status of my order and the contacts were still NOT AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP! I cancelled the order and was given a refund. I placed an order on Saturday (3/13/21) over the phone . I was advised my trial pair will be waiting at the front for pick up - when I arrived NO ONE could find my order. However my regular order will be available for pick up on Friday - (3/19/21) I had no choice but to purchase my contacts elsewhere. When I called back for a refund - the Sale Associate said she would call me back because her system was down... as of 6:00pm - NO CALL! I called and was advised the Contact Dept. is CLOSED! I became very irate and demanded to speak to the Office Manager. I relayed all information to Mr. Fred and he was most helpful & professional. The Contact Department is separate from the Vision Department. The ladies in the Contact Department is the ABSOLUTE WORSE!!! I will NEVER do business at this location AGAIN!

By far the best experience getting an eye exam and eyewear! The exam tech was very friendly and explained everything she was doing during each test. Also, very considerate. Dr.Burnett was awesome. She was very detailed and took extra time to make sure I understood what the outcome of the exams meant and answered the many questions I had gladly. It’s always a good thing to me to have a doctor that is patient and listens to their patients. She’s the bomb! The lady who helped with selecting my glasses was down to earth and friendly as well. I selected 2 pair in which one had to be ordered and I was ok with that. The other pair was ready in store in about 15 minutes! The eyewear selection was great. The store was very clean and neat. Staff followed all covid precautions and protocols. I am very impressed! I will be returning for future exams and eyewear. Thanks for the wonderful service.

About a week ago, I scheduled an eye exam appointment for 11/7. On the day before, around 5:30 p.m., I received a call from the office telling me that my Insurance company was not going to pay any money for my exam, and that they needed to know how I was going to pay. I explain to the lady on the phone, that my company had just switched over to UHC and that I am fully eligible for my exam, purchase of glasses, etc. She said the system was showing something different. Why we were on the phone I logged into UHC to confirm that my account was active and showing that I was eligible for my full benefits. It was. I asked her if she could call the Insurance company to figure out what the issue was, and she said NO, THEY WORK FOR YOU. Apparently this location does not need new patients. In addition, the lady was extremely rude. For the life of me I cant figure out why people would have customer service jobs but fail at providing customer service. My father taught me as a child, you dont beg and spend your money too. Obviously they dont need or want the money. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere where clients area appreciated and the staff have common sense.

The eye doctor was pleasent, keep in mind they are not part of lenscrafters. The Eyewear employees were helpful. A had a few questions that involved the manager becoming involved. He answered my concerns and I happily purchased new glasses. If the salesperson would have smiled, the score might have been highet.

I wish I could give negative stars. Im so disappointed in this place. I was excited to finally go to black eye doctor. Dr Barnett has to be the most miserable person on the planet. I arrived early for my appointment and still had to wait forever only to be met with nothing but attitude from Dr Barnett. Needless to say I will never go back. I dont understand why I have to go across town in order to have a pleasant experience. I do not recommend at all.

I visited for the first time about six weeks ago. This is the third LensCrafters location that I have visited within eight years or less because I cannot find one that offers respectable customer service. When I initially called, I could tell the girl on the phone was young and new because she messed up a lot while relaying information. I could hear the person training her in the background, correcting her. I found that to be slightly unprofessional, but also understandable.Furthermore, the appointment went okay. Everyone was courteous and professional. However, the doctor rushed through the appointment. I have no idea what my prescription is or if it is even right. She didn’t even walk me through the process or give me much to choose from.Roughly a week or two after my appointment, I was notified that my tester contacts were ready for me to try them on, all I had to do was call ahead of time. I called, asked to come in to try my contacts on, and they say yes, then I arrive, and they left home early! I was shocked and upset. But oh well. I called again on Monday, two weeks later, so four weeks after my appointment, and I go in only to find that they have one eye and the other has yet to arrive. I called for some clarity, and they were on lunch, so I left a message. They never called me back, I called and left messages two more times before calling for the fourth time and finding out that my contacts had arrived a week ago, on the 15th of August. I was never notified nor informed when I called the other three times. The girl on the phone acted as if this kind of service was typical and cut me off whenever I tried to voice my opinion. All she wanted to know was when I would be in to try them on.I scheduled an appointment to try the testers on, and I still have no idea what my prescription is, but it wasnt right. I again was not walked through the process nor given much of an explanation or any information. This time everything was hectic and unorganized. The front desk woman is the only one that is professional and courteous. I was given a different doctor, who was even less friendly than the first doctor. I had to sit in a very uncomfortable and odd position because she did not adjust the equipment to my height. The doctor tried to find a better prescription, while I was wearing the contacts. Though I never saw clearly, she somehow magically knew what prescription my contacts had to be tweaked to. She then told me to take out only my left contact and assigned the front desk woman to do some test on me, the lady was so confused and asking me for help even though I had no insight as to what was going on. She also complained that they have no clear communication there. She finally gave up in trying to ask the doctor and just guessed. I have a feeling this next pair still wont be the correct fit.

When I was out of town and had an emergency they told me there was nothing they could do. I have been a customer for years and they told me to pound sand, I had local locations that were willing to help me out and even recommend checking a closer location, I checked a closer location and they too were willing to help me out. I just needed my prescription that was 3 days out of date to get one trial pair to get through the week and they refused to send it. The other eye doctors said they would except that expired script for a trial but I could not get it from my eye doctor, they werent even going to charge me knowing full well that I was from out of town and would not be returning. When I called them back and said I could not get the prescription because it was 3 days out of date, there words were wow thats just mean. This was not my first bad experience by far but I can happily say it will be my last, I will be switching, do not go here!

My partners glasses turn up missing this morning. We have a lot of work to do, and she cannot see without them. So I call as soon as the location opens, and ask if they still offer the one hour service and can we get exams and glasses today. I am assured that yes, that is no problem.We get there, and its one thing after another.They dilate my eyes -- even though I specifically checked the no box and told three different people I didnt want it done, they lied and said the drops they were putting in my eyes were for something else. They examine my partner, write her a scrip, then 15 minutes later call her back in to the back and tear up the scrip and say no, she needs bifocals, then write her ANOTHER scrip and say that will be $600. What changed in the last 15 minutes? Did they see the cash in my purse when I was at the desk paying for the exams and think we had lots of spare money?They push and push and push for extra upsells, and then - AFTER they collect the money - tell us their machine is broken and they will call us whenever they manage to make our glasses. So the whole point of going there is for nothing. FAIL.

Lost screw for glasses so I went to get it repaired here. Was met with a warm welcome and one worker immediately started working on it right away, offered to get my nosepads replaced as well. After 5 minutes or so he came back and gave me back my glasses. Making sure they fit properly and readjusting them to make them straight. After I went to go reach into my pcoket for my wallet for payment he told that it was free and not to worry about the costs. Very thankful for this and would gladly come again when I need a new pair of glasses!

I walked into this location today and I regret I ever did . I was looking to purchase some new frames and I had 3 pairs of glasses in my hands and no one offered me a tray but I noticed everyone else that was much older than me had trays offered to them .A lady who worked there walked passed me and I had to ask her for a tray and she then gave me one.That should’ve been my 1st red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.I called Walmart to get my prescription transferred to this office . I was there for hours and another family was there also waiting for a prescription to get transferred as well. The staff kept telling me they hadn’t received my prescription and was giving me the shoulder as if I should leave and come back and I insisted on staying because I called 4x and they assured me they would be sending my script over and I didn’t want to leave and waited all that time for nothing. A gentleman who worked there went to the family that had been waiting and he told another employee to stop what she was doing and help this family right away and that they have been waiting and for her to at least start the process of putting the glasses the families kids had in the system so when they receive their script they can have everything in place for them tomorrow. Mind you I was there before this family. Again, employees walking passed me while I’m sitting down, not once did they or that same gentleman ever offer me that option. He even went out his way to come and tell me that they were still waiting for my script to be faxed and not once offered me the same option as he did that family. It’s like I was invisible and my business wasn’t important as everyone else. The employees cared so much more about other people who either had children with them or were older in their 40’s.The tone in their voices was very different with me versus other customers. I waited another 20 minutes and I asked the woman working if she could offer me that same assistance they offered the family that came after me.She then sits down and tries to look me up in the system. I most recently went into the WebGinn location and the employee let me know she updated my information on the system so when the lady today couldn’t find me today I was confused and asking questions as if why is it so hard to find me or if not then please create me a new profile. As we went on she pulled up my benefits and informed me that my plan wouldn’t allow me to use insurance until April of 2020. Shocked because I was told otherwise I started asking questions based on the other information I was told from the WebGinn location, it seems like she switched over and had that same gentleman help assist me and he further explained in detail the specifics of my plan but it was for sure they both seemed to be abrasive towards me and I also told the lady I apologized if I seem to be questioning her I just need some clarification because this was new information to my ears. I then left because my script still wasn’t sent over and LensCrafters staff told me if they receive it they will keep it on file for me.I go back up there around 5ish and I walk in and I could already see the black man who previously helped me had an attitude . He didn’t greet me at all. I looked at him and he told the other colleague Amir to hand him the script for “Edwards “ which is my last name . He goes and gets the glasses off the shelf and I walk to the glasses wall to look at another pair and when I am done I then come to his table and he says “have a seat “. The whole time I felt like I should’ve left because I didn’t like how I was being treated because I have seen how polite and non abrasive they were to everyone else but clearly I had a very different experience. I then asked him to go over the prices and discounts and he was very annoyed, huffing and holding his breathe and at one moment he had to correct himself because he realized he wasn’t listening to me when I told him I only wanted 1 pair versus 2 pairs. LensCrafters needs to focus on non discrimination policy.

Jeremiah did a great job helping us pick out our glasses and was very nice and patient with me and my wife.And should be commended for his excellent customer service skills.As for the General manager and older African-American lady with a very heavy accent .They were very rude and also alluded that we were stealing eyewear. I have been an employee for Lenscrafters for twenty years and have never treated customers in that manner . They should really consider revamping their management team. The General manager was very rude to us and his own employees. Please consider going to another Lenscrafters location if you are looking for exceptional service.
