My eye exam was quick and easy. I even picked out a cute pair of glasses. Salima was very helpful with ordering my glasses.

She is detail oriented and patiently went through and explained my insurance options too. Will definitely return to this location.

Best eye experience we have ever had!! Dr. Purvis and Trisha were amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to help my picky little boy find glasses that he loves!! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by everyone. We have 4 appointments and were in and out in no time! We will definitely drive an hour back every year to see this wonderful staff for all of our eye care needs.

Ive been going to this location for years and the customer service is great. Its wonderful going into a place of business and being acknowledged right away. Even if they are working with other customers, they will still acknowledge that you are there and tell you that someone will be able to assist you soon. I wish more businesses practiced this type of customer service. Their staff is very knowledgeable and can stir you in the right direction when choosing frames that will fit you face shape and you prescription needs. Trisha help me and explained the difference in the new type of lens available compared to what I currently have. I appreciate her sharing this information with me, but not pressuring me in any way to purchase it, she just stated the facts and let me come to the decision on whether or not purchase it.

Everytime I try to reach them through the phone I always get put on hold for a unnecessary amount of time or they don’t pick up. I would understand if you’re busy all the time but phone calls are a requirement for a company like this. i’ve been very disappointed with my past few experiences with them.

Dr. Park was wonderful! He listened to me, and even explained why my last prescription bothered me. I’ve never had an doctor explain my astigmatism to me. My last doctor just told me to deal with the dizziness my prescription was giving me. Dr. Park actually helped me. And Selima was wonderful! Super helpful and kind in helping me pick out my new frames, and get the cheapest price possible. Also, Chantelle is awesome! I had never successfully worn contacts before my class with her. My last attempt at a different store a few years prior did not work out at all, and even after an hour of trying, with what I know now was very little guidance, I did not even get a single lense in. I tried again the next day for another hour and I still never got them in. This time was completely different. Chantelle was super encouraging and helpful. I ended up getting them both in and out in 35 minutes. If it wasn’t for her I’d probably never have gotten them in and I would’ve given up and never tried again. I’m so thankful for her, she is amazing! I did have trouble finding the right brand for me, but she encouraged me to not settle for something uncomfortable, even if it took a few tries to find the right brand. She’s everything you’d want in an instructor! I love wearing my contacts, and I’m so thankful for her guidance. I’ve been here years ago and regret even going anywhere else. I 100% recommend Pearle!

Ive been coming here for a few years now and the staff has always been extremely helpful when it comes to the exams, renewing contacts and picking out new glasses. I especially want to shout out Chantelle! Shes been working at the shop for about 4 yrs now and each time I see her its a delight. We have great conversation, her energy is positive and inviting and on my most recent visit 03/31/2021 she was extremely helpful and kind to both me and my mom making sure we left the store satisfied with everything we needed accounted for.

I was nervous because I havent had glasses in over 13 years, but my nerves were squelched immediately because of Chantelle. She helped me get through the process easily, and even helped me pick the best frames. I picked up my glasses today and could not be more happy. The whole staff is fantastic!

Went here for eye exam and glasses and contact lenses because of the high ratings. But the people at reception were unwelcoming . They seemed to want to rush me through the exam and make me pay up. I was standing there browsing for new frame but every staff in the store made me feel so invisible. Their frames were extremely pricey too. So I quietly left with the prescription and brought it to a lenscrafters where I had not one but two associates to help. Bad experience. Never come back. Not one star because the exam was accurate I guess.
