In the PAST their Frontline store personnel were poor to mediocre. They are currently GREAT! I delt with 3 of the 4 ladies here on one recent trip. All were helpful. In particular, Jessica impresses as someone who knows her job well. She works to insure her customers get the maximum bang for their buck. Ashley also went above and beyond to provide excellent customer care. The Doctors have always been on point.

The staff at this eye center was very professional and the staff ensured that I received the best patient care during my eye exam visit. Dr. Kennedy is very nice and helpful with answering patient questions. I would most certainly recommend this eye center to other people visiting this location!

I have worn contacts since 8th grade ( Im 45). I must say that Dr. White was very impressive and thorough with her exam this date (9-25-2020). Vision changes, prescription changes, discussing for glasses were not rushed. Her mannerisms and professionalism was absolutely top notch. She did not rush me at all, I see better now with the correct prescription of contact lenses then I ever have. I would return to this facility for sure, my son is due for a prescription update. I will be bringing him here for sure, if she is there. Thanks.

Ive seen Dr. Kennedy for 20 years. Always very kind and very professional. Takes her time during each exam and answers all your questions! Her team is awesome and professional.

I have always had a great experience at this Vision Center, the optometrist (Dr. Kennedy) cares about you, and youre just not a number... the opticians are friendly and knowledgeable and take your time in sizing. Always make an appointment, walkins may wait awhile...

An awesome experience at the Snellville Vision Center. I highly recommend this location for all your family vision needs! Edith was great with selecting my frames and managing my insurance coverage! Dr. Christie and Katrina were very professional with my eye exam and knowledgeable about insurance benefits too! All my family will now go to is location! They do understand customer service!

Aaliyah has been an absolute godsend. Absolutely nothing has gone right today and I came here to have my dad’s glasses fixed, hoping against hope that at least one thing would work in my favor today. Not only did she fix where the screw had some out she tightened the other screws, cleaned them, and even replaced the nose pads on them. And without missing a beat she fixed my own pair of glasses so that they would stop sliding down and off my nose each time I looked down, all with a smile. Even while sitting here waiting, the other technicians have been courteous and friendly with other customers, asking if they need any assistance and answering any and all questions.

I have been going to Dr. Kennedy for years. Great service and she is a thorough and great Dr. Every Dr. Ive seen there has done a great job. I have never had to wait long. It depends on when you make the appointment.

Dr Kennedy is excellent! I have been seeing her since high school and she is the best. Highly recommend.

Very unhappy with the way they performed my sons eye exam. They did not give a complete eye exam and would only finalize it if we bought glasses from them. Completely disappointed in a place that I once would have recommended to many.

Always call first since they wont update their hours online like the rest of the walmart vision centers.

This place has become a SCAM. My family has gone here for at LEAST 10 years. We have never had an issue. Now it’s completely obvious all they care about is money. Being able to buy glasses with a EYE GLASS EXAM is contingent on buying glasses from them. Don’t let the reasonable price fool you. I even went to LensCrafters and explained my story and they told me that is was clearly an inappropriate “policy” on Walmart Visions end. On top of that when I was considering buying glasses from them for my six year old they didn’t even look at the glasses on my child. They immediately went into “add ons.” SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Terrible experience at this Vision Center. I had to stop in here just to look for a strap fro my daughters glasses. She has a sensory processing disorder and is very sensitive to textures and has troubles processing things. She was putting glasses that were displayed inside of glasses cases and really not being bad. She was just not listening to what I was asking her to do which is typical for her, because of her processing disorder. The distasteful, boundary crossing SCUM that was checking me out asked: Is she your daughter? (Yes) Is she your only one? (Yes) How old is she? (4 years old) He then went on to state the following I have kids myself and let me just tell you, you need to step it up. You need to use tones with her so she will listen. If you use tones with her that will work. I went on to explain to him in that she has a sensory processing disorder and she is not your average kid. I was so frustrated and caught off guard that I really did not know how to respond without just losing it. I called Vision Center after I left and asked to speak with the manager. I reached the assistant manager and explained to her that he should not be giving parenting advice while on clock and that it was inappropriate. I explained that he has no idea what it is like to raise a kid with SPD and reiterated that he should not be telling me how to parent. The assistant managers response I understand and I agree with you, but in his defense he does have kids and you dont know whether or not they have that. I ended the phone call as quickly as I could at that point while keeping the professional upper hand. The ASSistant manager should have better conflict resolution skills. In his defense....Nothing. You should not defend an employee in any way, shape, or manner who has clearly overstepped professional boundaries. You should only apologize profusely and say that you will speak with him. Even better, you could ask What can I do to make you feel better about the situation? In which I would have replied just talk to him about it so no one else has to have the same experience I did. Just the fact that she was defending his behavior just means that she is not taking the matter seriously and he will have the same curt & unprofessional demeanor with others. I hope for everyones sake that the representative that checked me out, teaches his kids that it is not acceptable to give other people parenting advice unless they ask for it. SHAME ON YOU! DISGUSTING! DISGRACEFUL!
