This was my first experience getting an eye exam and getting fit for glasses., and the experience was great! Dr Mulder was very thorough and professional during the exam. And Jamie was also great! She was very helpful & patient when it was time to pick out frames. I highly recommend Visionworks!

Emily picked out different pair for me that she thought would complement my face and eyes and I ended up going with a frame that had just came in the day before. I loved them! Erin and Sean were crazy helpful and found an amazing amount of discounts I was able to get 2 pairs of glasses for way cheaper than I could online for even 1 pair with my high prescription strength, blue blockers and scratch coat. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed we were greeted and taken care of promptly. The young lady who helped me saw my insurance card and proceeded without any prompting to print off the benefits I was entitled to. She then went over the benefits and what they covered. She asked me why I wanted and I said I would like a pair of regular glasses everyday glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. Then she talked to me about transition lenses and the pros and the cons that she has heard about them I decided against them. Then my friend and I went around the store looking at frames for myself and then another employee a gentleman named Sean started helping us and he came over with a maybe tray I told him what I was looking for sunglasses and just regular frames for lenses. He was very helpful and not pushy at all He made some suggestions and when we were done he calculated it out with my insurance and made sure I got the best deal. I will definitely be using them again.

My mom always got her glasses her when I was kid and luckily they were preferred by my insurance. This is my first time getting a pair on glasses and it was a very easy process and Erin was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional helping me. When I picked up my glasses Sean was awesome and changed out the nose pads to something softer for me and made sure they fit appropriately.

I came in to Visionworks for a routine eye exam to see if I needed a new prescription, which I did and also found another Astigmatism. I wasnt necessarily going to buy new frames at the same time and possibly shop around, however, Sean was able to speak my language. I had already done my research, and knew that getting new frames, which was my biggest concern, would be minimal. I had to replace my current frames because the metal was making my skin breakout, and knew that I needed titanium/hypoallergenic material. But insurance only covers so many products within their benefit. He was able to find not only what I needed, but what was also a better benefit discount versus other choices. Not only did I get the right frames with the right material, but a product that actually has a flex feature, so they dont squeeze my head into a headache. These were perfect for me, and I recommend stopping in there to check out their product line!

My experience with Visionworks at the Northtown Mall was exceptional. Erin was able to help me narrow down which frames from their large selection would interest me, and was very patient and helpful as I decided which ones that I wanted. She was very informative and was able to answer all of the questions that I had about various lens coatings and such. My glasses came very quickly as well, arriving only about a week after my initial visit. I look forward to continuing to use Visionworks for my eyeglass needs.

Erin, the associate that I worked with, was attentive & patient while helping me to find just the right glasses for me. While not as inexpensive as Costco, the cost for my glasses was reasonable.Overall, I had a great experience & would go back again for my future eye exam & glasses needs.

Wanted to get a second pair of glasses with SunSync for my 3 year old and Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. My experience at visionworks was really easygoing. Sean, the customer service associate, took me around and showed me all the frames that I might be interested in. It didn’t take long at all, and I found the frames that I wanted. The rest of the process was fast and smooth and painless. Sean said it would take about 2-3 weeks and they would be ready, but it took less than 1 week and now I get to go and get the glasses. :)
