This companys customer service is even better than their premium quality ski poles! I had a minor issue on a new purchase and they guaranteed me satisfaction, going as far as to say that they would completely replace the pole if need be (wow!). The poles themselves are flexible and flashy but lightweight and durable. I ski trees constantly and these things stand up to the test. I will be a life long Grass Sticks customer and cannot recommend this brand enough!
