The customer service I received through this company has been excellent! There were some manufacturer issues with the pump I purchased, but the Hala team was quick and helpful with all of their responses, and got me a replacement item that works great. 100% would buy from them again.

The boards speak for themselves, versatile, portable, easy to inflate/deflate and fantastic on the water. What is special is the way they stand behind the product. We purchased two identical HOSS boards a few years back and enjoyed them a great deal. One of the boards split a seam which was not repairable and after a few photos and phone calls, HALA replaced the board. The following year the second board experienced the same failure and it was instantly replaced by HALA even though I’m fairly certain it was not under warranty. Two boards, same manufacturing lot, probably a common seam issue and these things happen. However, it is more than rare today to have a company own the problem and take care of the customer. Hats off to HALA and all the folks there, first class organization, you have a customer for life.

Jake and the crew at Hala were awesome, I gifted a Rival Straight Up to my girlfriend for her birthday and Hala made the process effortless. Great to work with locals here in Steamboat, you can tell they really care about their product and your satisfaction. Jake took the time to understand what type of performance I was looking for and made a great suggestion to match, and Josh made the board pickup and billing flawless.The kit came with everything she needs to get out on the water and travel (board, bag, pump, paddle, repair kit). When unboxing you can immediately tell Halas quality is second to none, easy to see why these guys take great pride in their products! I think she (and the dogs) are gonna dig it - See you on the water this summer.
