Ive had great experiences at Hard Headed! Weve bought ski the past two years and bike helmets earlier this summer. Every time we go in, we have excellent service allowing my kids to try on every single helmet until they found the right fit. The employee didnt try to upsell me just focused on the fit and comfort for my kids and he was extremely knowledgeable about the technology and safety. Brently to the rescue - AGAIN!!!! We trust our brains to hard- headed exclusively. Their merchandise and knowledge is the best in the valley but - good God - their customer service is unparalleled.I had the wrong chin guard for my son. He had a race the next day - brently quickly got the correct chin guard installed it - gave me a tutorial - and even cleaned my sons goggles!!!

Brentley at Hard Headed helped me with a warranty issue on a pair of POC goggles that I had been having trouble with. He worked with the manufacturer and was really responsive to fix my issue! I will shop here again.

Great service, and outstanding selection of helmets. Nowhere else in town compares to their selection of helmets. Theres something for everyone, whether it be every-level or top of the line. Its all there.

The staff and the store are awesome! They have a huge selection and the staff are amazing. I probably took longer than any customer and James was the most patient and helpful salesperson I have ever had. He went out of his way to let me try every helmet that I thought might work! After all of the time spent, I ended up with just the right helmet and goggles. I highly recommend this store. Best customer service ever!

The guys at this shop helped me out big time with a mishap I had with some new goggles. The store manager and employee were some very nice guys, and they really want you to enjoy your experience at and outside the store. Salesperson told me my goggle lens was ruined because it fogged between the two lens layers one day, then immediately tried to sell me a new pair. I declined to buy the new pair, took mine home, dried them out by the fire for the night and they worked fine the next day. Go somewhere else if you want legitimate advice instead of just a salesperson trying to take your money.

Cool looking shop. Absolutely terrible customer service. We arrived right at opening time and tried the door but it was locked. We sat outside for 20 minutes while several employees inside the store looked at us and proceeded to turn their backs and ignore us. We tried the door a second time and the same thing happened. I realize technical difficulties and/or training a new employee occur, but a simple acknowledgement by taking the time to walk the 5 steps to open the door and tell us what was happening would have been appreciated. Will be telling our Utah friends to go elsewhere.
