We purchased a Dodge Ram pick up truck . Upon inspection the truck hadn’t been washed although we had an appointment, smelled like cigarette smoke, the interior needed wiping down and under the hood was not clean as most dealerships would have presented their vehicles . I mentioned it to the sales person who I had to keep calling over to us as he was way too busy attending a BBQ the staff were throwing .The sales person claimed the truck had been through some 1 million check point inspection and that they would make sure the truck was clean .After signing all the docs, the truck was brought to us to drive home and the truck was STILL DIRTY .The sales person had a fake fit and drove the truck over to service to supposedly clean it himself .The very next day the check engine light came on . The truck had bad spark plugs and wires. REALLY ?Now about two weeks later the oil light and check engine light is on .SMHSuper disappointed in this JAGUAR dealership . Glad we got our Jag from another dealership . And to think that they brag that they own the other dealership next door to them . I’d STAY AWAY from them and any dealership they’re associated with . BAD BUSINESSOh and while reading the reviews of others I see they like to claim they don’t have record of the reviewers service, it was my fiancé’s name on the docs and I can assure you, the sales person is aware of this sale

Tom Akers was a pleasure to deal with. I was looking nationally for a very hard to get Range Rover Sport. I found only 3 in the whole country. Land Rover/Jaguar of Orland Park was the only dealership willing to sell that particular vehicle to me as an out of state customer. Tom not only made the process very easy, he also helped me with getting a deal on transport from IL to NY. Everything that he promised me over the phone, he delivered. I highly recommend Tom as an honest sales person.

On Saturday I had my car towed in due to something being placed in the gas tank. The car was never started upon noticing the gas cap had been tampered with because we all know once it’s started you’ll have a bigger problem. OK! Arrived at the dealership and once my very rude service technician Samantha couldn’t figure out how to get the truck in neutral she and the service manager decided to say “well just start it up”. I was in complete shock because this could mean the difference in a 1000.00 job becoming a several thousand dollar job all because you don’t want to take the time to assess how to put it in neutral. Fast forward to Monday, I called at least 11 times with no answer at all. Finally I get ahold of Robert(who was very helpful) he got me over to Samanthas voicemail in which I left a message just wanting an update on the vehicle. She didn’t call me back but instead send a text “vehicle hasn’t been serviced yet”....which she said it would be looked at Monday by the end of business. On Tuesday I go in to have my vehicle towed out to a new dealer only to be confronted by Sam with the worst attitude ever. It’s unbelievable how much she lacks interpersonal, entry level customer service skills! I’m not sure what standard the employees of this establishment are held to but it seems to be very low. Extremely disappointing experience. I would like to be contacted by someone of higher authority.

Went to pick up two parts, informed that they just sold one of them and our before my arrival. No courtesy call to notify that the part was sold prior to my arrival. Offered me another dealer in Hinsdale however didnt go the extra step in first calling to confirm the part was there or finding out that stores hours, or even requesting the part be placed on hold.
We came to purchase a vehicle and our rep was kind at first and then tried to tell me my credit isnt good enough before even running or knowing me. (I have very good credit worked for.) We purchased from Naperville Land Rover no problems at all.
They will not address any concerns of customers so if you choose this establishment just hope that you’re in and out. Steer clear of Sam as she has 0 customer service skills and smells of cigarette smoke

Very friendly service staff (Raul), and willing to help.From there, not so great.Took 2 weeks to get in for service, and another two weeks + to get my F-Pace back.Within 40 miles (!!!!!) the Engine Service light was back on. Ugh.Called back for another appointment, and told itll be ANOTHER 3 WEEKS to get back in... REALLY???!!!! After you just fixed my car....?Only good news is its under warranty, so i get a loaner...but what if it wasnt?? would I be out of a car for weeks????

This is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from! I first contacted them via e-mail and received an almost immediate response. Subsequent e-mails were responded to as quickly. They then followed up with a courtesy call and we took it from there. By the time I went in to test drive my new XE a few days later, the deal was already done. Lew Russo was my sales rep and he was great: very knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly to work with it. Everything I asked for he delivered on. I LOVE doing business this way. If youre in the market for a Jag or Land Rover, definitely give this dealership a chance. You wont regret it!

Another great experience at Land Rover of Orland Park! The service department is great and makes it hassle free each time. I had my LR4 towed there for a battery issue & they replaced it after checking everything. Best part is, zero cost to me as they handled it under the warranty! I couldnt be more pleased.
The Service department is on point and the Sales department knows their stuff. And the facility is new. Youd be crazy to go anywhere else.

Beware of this scam of a luxury dealership. I needed key fobs made I had to constantly call over & over to get a price quote I was constantly told I would get a call back but never received one so I had to Hound them down to get a quote. I was told my keys would be 1400 if my alarm wasn’t triggered and 3300 if it was triggered.I said ok I knew my alarm hadn’t been triggered so they said ok 1400. I get my car towed in. I pay the money as instructed by the parts department. Come Monday the service department has no idea what I’m talking about when I mentioned I paid already. Complete headache completely unorganized. Then I was told they ordered fobs & they didn’t work. So they had to order more parts. I was told my car would be ready on a Friday when the new parts arrived then Friday comes I’m waiting & waiting & nothing is said finally Friday at 630 at night saying they got busy so my car will be ready for sure on Monday so Monday comes & Monday night comes & guess what another excuse promising the next day yet again. Mind you I’m paying for a rental car out of pocket while these unprofessional ppl constantly push me off. So Tuesday comes & again Tuesday night comes and I receive a message at 6:38pm saying my car is ready for pick up with the total being 3300. Why is my total all of a sudden 3300 when I was quoted 1400. Is it because they triggered my alarm & had to order another module to unlock my car? I asked why was I being charged a price I was not quoted. They had no explanation. So I picked up my car on Wednesday I asked to see the service manager his name is Ken and his is pretty ridiculous himself. He just started 3 days ago & told me he couldn’t help me because my car has been at the shop longer then he’s in the position. What a joke. So the porter go to get my car & bring it around & there is a scrape on my car that is brand new you can tell it was just done. So I go see Ken the newbie again & guess what there is nothing he can do once again. My car was towed in I was with my car they tried to blame it on the tow company until I said no I was with the tow guy the entire time I even rode with him. Then they got quote& just apologized & walked back to his office. I have called corporate twice I want everyone to be aware of the scammers at this location Robert & Ken ! I will be writing the BBB about this bait and switch and telling every review outlet ! Please don’t be robbed like I was. On top of that they took it upon themselves to go threw things in my trunk and rearrange things including putting things in bags and some things in my back seat. I’m sure none of that was require to program my remote. & they left the trash from all the wrapper& papers they used to program my car in the passenger seat.Update !This dealership has caused the left side of my car to shake and I was told by corporate to bring my car in for service. I scheduled with Robert for today for 2pm I leave work early & drive a hour and 45 minutes here for Subka James to tell me I have to take my review down or they will not service my car. I told him why my review was put up and he was told liessss by Robert and I had receipts showing lies so he stood there looking dumb & said oh well you have to hale the review down in order for us to service you.So I proved my review to be accurate and told i still have to take it down. So I recorded this on my phone via voice record so if anything happens to me while I was denied service I’ll own jaguar !Again do not come to this location !I was literally harassed to take this down and I’m not taking anything down this won’t be the last they hear from me! Frauds!This fraud constantly lying even his own worker informed him I was quoted one price and then they switched it once I got my car towed into them. These ppl are money hungry and it looks like I’m not the only victim as read the reviews !I’m contacting the better business bureau no one should be robbed it’s against the law period !I also have on recording the agent quoting me the prices with my vin! Came in today to BUY an Ml350 that i had test drove last week. When i entered the Land Rover side i was not greeted or acknowledged though there were two gentleman standing at the front entrance. I had cash in hand to buy this SUV but i will be buying my SUV tomorrow at a better company with better employees. Do Not Come Here!!! Take your business and money else where!!$

Recently my 2005 X-type Jaguar needed repair. Ernie Sandoval was extremely professional in diagnosing the problem, and completing the repairs in a very timely manner. I appreciate the experienced staff at Jaquar in Tinley Park, and I am always greeted with courtesy and a smile.

I was ultimately pleased with my last experience at Jaguar of Orland. Rick, my service advisor, went out of his way to ensure that my vehicle got exactly what it needed. He kept me apprised of the status and made sure that every issue got resolved.
This place is a disaster their commitment times are a joke !! If you need something as simple as a oil change please prepare to be without your car for at least 3 years and no they do not give you a loaner they are always “out” smh

Tom was my sales rep, James Subka is the Sales Manager there and John was the person who processed on the financial before releasing my car. I went and test driven a few cars there, Im also new to the country without any credit history. Orland Park Jaguar used to provide exceptional service, but lost all of their service staff during the last 16 months. We have left 8 voice mails for the service department since the beginning of the year (2021) and not one of the vm have been returned. The service department does not pick up and it always goes to vm. We continue to see a decline in their service and recommend another service department before you waste your time.
The service tech, Sara J. could not have been better. She listened to my problem, reminded me of other issues that I overlooked, called me the next day with updates and repair options. Later that day she called again with the final update and reported on several options that were not critical and could be considered at a later date. She asked me to drive the car for a few weeks and let her know if it was performing satisfactorily. I never felt she was pushing me to buy service I didnt want or need. In fact she suggested I delay some non critical options. I felt she was interested in what was best for me and my car. Her honest and helpful manner is a true testament to her integrity and to her company. Robert W.

Jaguar Orland Park...I rate them 5stars for excellent service..I was well pleased..I also rate Raul Pesina the service manager with 5 stars...I must say he was very friendly informative about my vehicle...He made sure everything was done right before giving my Jaguar F pace back...And they also give your vehicle ah carwash when providing maintenance to your vehicle...I would most definitely recommend them to family and friends for business ....
Worst experience with any car dealer ever. Their service department tried to get $2400 for a minor replacement of a fuel pump, a job I had done by an auto service center that specializes in Jaquan for $900! How do they justify this? How many others do they routinely fleece? No good answers from them. Beware.
