All As for the Volvo Service Department in Tinley Park, Il. Took my 2019 XC40 in for its 30k service updates. As per usual, I was greeted with a smile and promptly checked in. Service personnel Mark Konior was responsive to all questions and adept in explaining the service work performed in this assessment. The waiting area was very clean, quiet and stocked with beverages and treats, thus making the wait time pleasant for reading, texting and other catch up activities. Many thanks to Volvo, Mark and all the other unseen faces behind the scene for making the time spent, well spent.
I have taken my Volvo XC90 for scheduled maintenance here a few times. The service department is the absolute best. Incredibly polite and helpful. They took great care of my vehicle and the gentleman (Mark) at the service desk far exceeded my expectations.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have had to date. My vehicle had a flat tire and having purchased tire insurance, I brought the car to the dealer. I waited over two hours for them to tell me they could not fix it nor did they have the tire in stock. They got me a rental and stated that they will let me know when the car is ready. No one ever called to update me on the status, I called several times before getting in contact with someone. The car was ready to be picked up, when I arrived the service advisor stated they never put the new tire on and he would get it handled right away. An hour later I was ready to leave and noticed two big scratches on the back bumper, most likely from when they took the tire out of the car. The advisor stated he would have the service manager get in contact with me and apologized (no one has called). I left, only to have my tire pressure light come back on after a few blocks because it was never calibrated in the first place. Turned around service advisor fixed it and the next day I again get a tire pressure low light (all the tires are filled). I am so disappointed with the service for my brand new Volvo, I will be taking my vehicle to another location for service.

My vehicle’s check engine light came on while on the way to work, so I called a few times to try and book a service appointment. No one from the call center answered and none of my messages were returned, so I decidedly to stop by the dealership. They were obviously busy and short staffed, yet they were able to get my car in the same day, diagnosed the issue and had the part needed to complete the repair all within a few hours. I was only expecting to find out if the issue was serious or if the car was still drivable until I could book an appointment. They went above and beyond to get things done the same day.

My XC90 was in for major repair. To the tune of $7,000.00 +. Mark Anthony went above and beyond to make sure this was all covered by my secondary warranty company. He went to battle for me and handled it all. The car is running great. This place has excellent customer service and they do great work. Ask for Mark Anthony . He will take care of you. They also gave me a 2021 loaner for several weeks while repairs were made. Love this place !!

Service person and the o stall service of the Orland Park team was accommodating…I had a 7:00am appointment and I was out of the place no later 7:45 am… I thought that they would have to keep my vehicle for several hours but that wasn’t the case and the service was excellent…

My husband and I were at several of the surrounding dealerships in the area and came last to the Volvo dealer. Wishing we would have just started here first. Compared to others the building was clean and not so cluttered with cars, desks and people like other places. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from Brandon B. He did a great job finding what I was looking for and didn’t try to push me past my comfort zone with my budget either. The service was outstanding. The gentleman we dealt with for financing and signing was also very polite and helpful. We traded in two vehicles and they offered us very fair trade-in values for both. Overall, we were very pleased and would come back to the Orland Park Volvo dealer in the future. And I LOVE my car!
Went to hand my car looked at because the car felt like it fishtailed every time i hit a bump. there was a fee for this. $180.50. after 2.5 hour waiting they told me they didnt know what was wrong abd i needed to pay to pay $149 to have the vehicle aligned so they could further assessed and possibly figure out the problem, as they could not figure out problem without vehicle being aligned. i felt like i was on the twilight zone.

We did the transaction remotely, so we were concerned that it might take a while to take delivery of the vehicle or that there might be unexpected glitches. We were wrong to be concerned. From the time I drove into the facility until the time I left all pure class! Mark Molloy assisted me with passion, humor (funny guy), and knowledge about the process. I immediately knew I came to the right place. This was very important to me being new to this brand and Mark eased all of that. Ive been here before but with a different vehicle and its been a few years this was the first time with my newer Volvo. Mark was great (and funny!), service was also great and I was able to get a ride back home, awesome! While the customer experience has always been good, so far, my 3/29/21 visit has been the best.

Angel (sales) and Janine (finance) took great care of us. We got a good deal without having to play hard ball, delivery was quick and professional, no drama at all. Janine got all the numbers right, and offered add-on services that would be useful for our situation (which she took the time to get to know). But wasnt pushy with things we didnt want. This place is a rip off. Find someone who can service your vehicle. I paid $700 for a basic tune up and the guy Mark played me like he gave me a discount. I still need brakes. Not worth the time or the wait . I am so sad.what a total rip off. Labor was $400 to top off fluids and run my truck through the wash. They didn’t even mention what should be service in the future. If I had a million thumbs they will all be down!

Very disappointed. Had a 10;00AM appointment for an oil change. My car was not taken back to the repair area until 10:40 and I received my car back until 12:10. 2 hours and 10 minutes for an oil change is ridiculous. I have had issues with your service department before and you continue to disappoint.

I recently visited International Autos to inquire about my current lease on my 2017 Volvo. I went in to inquire about buying the car once my lease was over. Angel was the sales consultant that help me, he gave me several options regarding being a Volvo loyal customer, and then came the test drive, me being in sales I knew exactly what was going on! My husband and I were not thinking about getting into a new lease, but a 2021 with all the bells and whistles was a different story. We were hesitant because I did not want a high car note, thats when Hani came out and spoke with us about our finance options. We didnt have to spend all day in the dealership as some due because Angel wanted to get me into the new car without breaking the bank and He and Hani did just that. These two guys were amazing, very knowledgeable even had some awards to prove they were good at their jobs, but not pushy at all! They took their time to explain warranties and features of the car. I drove off the lot with my new 2021 Volvo lease!!!! Thank you Angel and Hani for your professionalism and for not being pushy salesmen!!! I have a replaced windshield and am back to enjoying my beautiful new car.
I was able to ride along with the technician so I could point out the sound my vehicle was making. He was very knowledgeable and base on the sound my vehicle made, pin-point what need to be corrected. Sure enough, when I got into my vehicle after the work was completed, it perform like a new car even though I have other problems with it. The wait time was minimal and the area was safe from covid-19.

Haven’t even stepped foot in this place and I could already tell you I probably will never Go there. Made an appointment online to get an oil change using their system. It gave me the option to do the Volvo valet where they come and pick up your car and then return it to you when they are done. Cool. About 10 minutes later I get a phone call from them saying that they dont do same-day Volvo valet. That’s fine I can drop my car off to get an oil change. Wrong they don’t do same-day appointments either apparently or that’s what she told me. I asked her why the system let me book same day Volvo valet and service switch she responded I don’t know it’s a new system. If they don’t know how their simple booking system works how are they gonna know how to fix your car.
The service advisor was professional, personable & comical. I was very pleased with the service.

I had a great experience buying my car with Fade Salama. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and that allowed us to drive off and fully experience our vehicle with all the safety features and perks that come with driving a Volvo. I was happy that he was the guy that sold me my car because now I truly enjoy my vehicle. Some people buy and drive new cars and don’t know some really exciting features that are in the vehicle. I am glad that I went with this choice of a vehicle but the people were really kind and treat you like a valued customer. Something that you dont find everywhere. I will update my post at a later date to give a review after owning my vehicle for some time. I believe that it will be very important to be able to say that I am still very happy after owning for some time.
Customer service in the service dept. is awful. Takes forever to get someone to actually talk to you then they bounce you around from person to person to get info it seems like they should be searching for. I also scheduled the valet pickup service twice and they were a total no show both times so I called and left a message both times and got NO RESPONSE either time. Makes me not want to buy another Volvo if this is the kind of service I get when it needs attention.

They picked up my car at 11am for a routine oil change. Called at 1:30 for payment to say everything was finished and car should be to me around 2. By 4pm I had called 3 times inquiring about my car, no one answered or returned my voicemails. Finally got a hold of someone and then took another two hours to get my car still. Not only was it over 3 hours later than I was told, no one bothered to update me at all, and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone to check in on the status of the car.Follow Up: They ended up following up with me later that same evening and genuinely apologized for everything. Their vehicle pick up service is still pretty new so they are still working on it and appreciated my feedback. This follow up conversation definitely left me in a much better place with their business.

Just purchased another Volvo here this weekend (V60 Cross County), first one was back in 2008 (S40). We have dealt with all the departments here and we could not be more satisfied. I have to admit I was a bit nervous about this new car buying. Havent bought a new car in ten years! But not to worry. Marty was so nice and helpful. Replied to my email right away. Answered my questions honestly and in ways that even a grandma could understand. The trade in process, the financing process, it was all smooth and easy. And on top of it, I get a fantastic new Subaru and a dealership full of nice folks to help me going forward. What a great experience for me!
Worked w/ Bill to hold an XC90 for us in May. I gave Bill my Credit Card info to hold the vehicle, did a Credit Application and got approved and was willing to show him bank statements of cash available if needed. Credit score is 790, Multiple credit Cards and over $50k in cash available to work the deal as needed. Bill told us there was brand new floor mats and weather floor mats. We took care of some paperwork via text over the next few days. Bill was great…until we made it there.We planned to make it at noon but a family emergency slowed us up to 2pm. Upon arrival Bill drove our trade in to his Volvo area of the dealership and we walked down to meet him. He had the Volvo XC90 all ready for us. He didn’t know a lot about some of the features of the truck but we went to test drive it. Upon, test driving it, the brake system made grinding noise upon initial gauging and disengaging. I tried to drive it a bit to see if maybe the brakes were just dirty but nothing improved. I did read that the brake system is problematic in these trucks. No big deal I thought, since it is Certified and we are at a Volvo Dealership. I am sure that they can take care of this.When we made it back at the dealership, Bill waiting on us. I told him there was a brake issue. His reply was a sarcastic: “Alright, no deal”. I was taken back..”No deal?”. Everything is done to get the deal done. Lending money. Everything. What do you mean “No deal” why not check out the issue? I told him that we should test ride it together so that he could hear the noise. He said he couldn’t ride with anyone else because of Covid-19. Which would be understandable BUT he JUST drove our truck that we were in for two hours with no gloves minutes after we got out.Bill then took the XC90 for a drive and said he didn’t hear anything. From there his sarcasm and customer service skills further disappeared. It was like a switch was flipped in him when he seen us and everything changed. Because his character was not like this over the phone. I asked that they take the truck in back to check out the brakes. He said: “No, it is certified, take it or leave it”. I said well how about this “You have a XC90 Inscription which his what she really wanted anyways, we want to drive that one. Maybe we will get that one” He told us “No, we cant test drive any other car”. I asked to take out the XC90 we just drove again to see if I could figure out the noise. He told me “You cant drive any car anymore”. He said he “Knew” this would happen when he saw us and said I was “Haggling” him down for weeks. I didn’t haggle him down. I wasn’t even asking for a discount. I just wanted the brakes checked out. We asked to work with someone else and he claimed there was no one else there, although multiple sales people were walking around. He also mentioned it was day off and he “doesn’t have time for this”. He said that as a Contractor, I should understand that you cant get “Quality, good pricing and Good Customer service all rolled in one, pick 2” I said yes you can…look at the Google reviews for my company. The entire time he cut me off, was combative and seamed to just want us to “Hurry up and buy”. I finally asked him to just let me finish what I had to say and explained that him having the brakes checked out should be easy since you’re a volvo dealership or Selling us the Inscription would yield a larger profit. He leaned back in his chair looked at the ceiling, looked at his watch and ignored everything I had to say. Finally, I asked for the keys to my wifes truck as my wife tried to find another salesperson to help us. This is over the period of a hour. Finally, Bill sprints to the back and get the service manager to go out on a ride with him “To check out the breaks”. Bill wouldn’t ride with us because of “Covid” but he could ride in our trade in and ride with someone else.There is a lot more to my story but there is a character limit. I am still waiting on multiple things to get resolved. And I hope that the next time something negative happens to Bill. He thinks of the way he treated us.
My entire experience at Volvo Orland Park was excellent. From the time I walked thru the door and asked for my sales advisor (Hani H.) to the time I drove away with my new suv. When I explained to Hani what I was looking for, he knew exactly what vehicle I was speaking of. He was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the different features of the vehicle. I want to express how simple the car buying experience was working with Adam Pirman at International Autos. I was able to negotiate the purchase price with Adam prior to my visit to the dealership. Upon my arrival I was greeted at the door by Pam who was my sales associate. She was very thorough while going over every detail of the vehicle. The numbers that Adam and I had discussed were honored and nothing changed throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend International Autos to my family and friends!
Ken was very informative when I asked questions and pointed out many of the features and showed me how they functioned. I was impressed also that all of the staff were wearing shirts and ties even though we were having our hottest day in seven years in Chicago. Ken was personable and patient!
Our Volvo did not start so we first took it to a local dealer. They gave us a quick diagnosis but we had to take it to the Volvo dealer. They charged us $1300 and it was not working, again, a week later. We have to bring it in again and theyre charging us $200 to diagnose it.They over-charge for everything and issue no warranty. We tried getting rear brakes replaced and they wanted $800. We called several different local shops and got them done for $200.Use them as a last source of reference

So, all the others who gave Volvo 5 stars reviews are spam accounts.This Volvo dealer is good for oil changes and basic maintenance. My car, and other friends cars were grossly incompetent for diagnosing and fixing issues.Go to Oak Park for any service related issues.

The finance manager was very disrespectful and borderline racist. The manager had us wait a total of 3 hours at the dealership and something wasnt going to work out for our deal. He had us standing in front of his door for 15 minutes before telling our sales representative to tell us the deal wont work. He didnt bother to come out and explain why the deal wouldnt work and alternatives to make the purchase possible. Even though we were furious we still figured out an alternative solution and wanted to proceed with the deal. The same finance manager refused to process our paperwork and we ended up having to go home after wasting 5 hours at the dealership.A few days later the paperwork was processed and everything was finalized. The car was delivered to us, but the windshield was broken. Our sales rep offered free replacement of windshield along with extra accessories for our troubles. It took a full week of back and forth before the dealer finally approved the replacement for the windshield so we had to drive around a full week with a broken windshield, and the dealer went back on their word and said they will not be giving us any accessories.Lastly, the dealership is very uninformed on the promotions Volvo Finance is providing. We had a leased S60 we were turning in early with the promotion, and the dealer didnt realize the new vehicle had to be leased and not purchased. They realized this after the deal was finalized. For purchasing a $60,000 the experience was terrible, and has me questioning if I will ever purchase another Volvo. DO NOT COME HERE.
