I was at Walmart for a replacement Car Battery that was under Warranty.After I was notified that my car was ready, I went to the cashier. The cashier could not complete my transaction to close out my ticket without assistance from the Automotive Customer Service Manager. She called outside and asked Zach to assist her. Zach, the Auto CSM came inside from the shop. In front of me, Zach told the cashier that he was busy helping another customer that was outside waiting on him to assist her. (A new customer that had just pulled up)In spite of me standing there waiting to be closed out and 5 people standing in line behind me, he then told her to page the store CSM for assistance.Zach then stepped outside to the Auto Shop and starts assisting other customers, directing new cars as they pull up, issuing new tickets for new customers, and looking under the hood of a new customer, all the while Im standing inside waiting on assistance.Jerrica, a CSM comes to the register and is made aware of the situation. At the same time, Zach walks back inside and Jerrica told him that he was wrong for having her paged, walks away and told him not to bother her again!Zach then begins to assist the cashier with the transaction butwalked away 5 times to assist customers in the Auto section DURING MY TRANSACTION!During his entire assistance and interaction, Zach Did not look up, Did not acknowledge me, nor did he apologize for the wait or hold up. It took 23 minutes to complete my transaction due to the actions of Zach the Auto Customer Service Manager!

Professional and all were very helpful. Did not attempt to sale extra service to make a quota like many service centers. Just made sure I knew the difference in what I was purchasing (tires)

Horrible experience no one knew how to work the register was there almost three hours. Tires weren’t balanced after they put on my tires had to go back again and now my sensors are messed up.

Best price for an oil change, regular, synthetic or blend.

This place is an absolute mess. I ordered tires online Nov. 8th and scheduled an installation appointment for nov. 25th at 5pm. I arrived for my appointment Wednesday at 4:30pm to find them closed, I called the number on the appointment email to find out they not only closed at 4pm that day but they also are no longer taking appointments. However the person on the phone Roque, who was really rude told me my tires were there and they were open on Friday from 8am-5pm.Fast forward to the Friday, We got there at 1:30pm to get my tires installed. I gave Roque my information and he pulled up my order. After shopping around for a bit (about 40 mins) we went back to the auto shop to see if the tires were installed to find out they couldn’t even find them. So they didn’t even check on Wednesday when I had asked if my tires arrived but rather rushed to get me off the phone and said they were there.Shout out to Kim for stepping in and taking care of us, she called OGP (since it was an online order) and had them confirm they were in fact there they were just to lazy to scan them in correctly.Over the next 30 mins while Roque frantically looked for the tires, and almost gave me the incorrect, cheaper tires. Kim filled us in with what was happening and made sure everything was good while we waited.Turns out the tires had an account number on them and not my name. However this would have never been an issue had they been properly logged in the system.We eventually we did leave with the correct tires but it took up almost 3 hrs of our time while we waited. Once again I appreciated Kim for her help and truly taking care of customer needs!

Had the battery we needed

I always going this store now employee Steve did not know the product and how to behave with customer. He didnt know how to pull-up history and just arrgoment your car didnt change oil last time here because he or other old guy messed up the oil pan nut today. He is continuously making to give a service because of inability of work.

Went in for a battery on my truck, tire center was stacked floor to ceiling with TVs for tomorrows madness. Still, fellow behind the counter was helpful in and out in about 15 minutes.

Just the basic help offered. Oil changes and thats about it. They couldnt even change a light bulb or switch out an air filter. Not a auto care clinic.

Went in today. Waited in the hot sun for about 30 minutes to get someone to write me up. Guys third day and didnt really know the machine but he was trying.Finally went in. The waiting room - well its Walmart. About a half hour later a guy walked in and yelled, whos got the white Sonic? I do. We dont have the filter so I did some free stuff for you. Wait at the register and get your ticket. I went and after fifteen minutes asked a supervisor, Whats going on? My car was on the lot with the keys in it.Hey, if you ever want some free transportation just go to Walmart.Wont go back.

Arrived at 7 am for new tires and oil change. Julio was the tech and he for me in and out in an hour. Very courteous and professional employee. Very good experience.

Went in for a basic oil change, not even have my fluids topped off, on a Weds afternoon. It took two hours! When I arrived I was the next in line. And they never even called my name. I looked out the window and saw they had started working on the next car. I asked if an oil change usually took that long since it was my first time there. She said they only had a couple guys on staff when I came in. Im thinking that would have been nice to tell me that it might take longer than usual before I handed over my keys. Next time Im sticking to an oil change facility that specializes in quick changes.

Terrible phone etiquette at this store. No one answers their phone in their department. I know every store is busy but at least answer the phone and tell me. You just lost about 110.00 dollars of my business. Trying for Automotive department to see if they had a battery in stock and no one answered 3 time. Your loss not mine.

The CSR was nice enough but when I looked online for the tire I needed it said there was 5 in stock. After I sat there for over 45 min then they told me they only could find 1.... And when I asked if they could look what another Walmart, they acted like it was a big inconvenience. Disappointing

Careful... They dont honor warranties and over torque wheel nuts by a LOT

5 star for years of great service. And -4 for either not being educated in vehicle/tire safety or straight lying to us to cover your bums.

Decent service, usually have what you need.

I came over to buy new tires for my truck and I agreed to a price and the guy told me he cant put them on today because there closing! Granted it was a hour before they close O_o well I guess walmart dont need the money I will take my business elsewhere.

Please if you need a lube service go another place this pals here take forever, waited around 3 hours, really bad attitude, I just noticed a oil change place 2 minutes away from this Walmart, I’m going over there on my next visit.

Not happy had to return a battery and didn’t have receipt and some how I found it in my truck and few hours later they returned it !
