Bait and switch tactics!!! I Was lied to by an employee of America the Beautiful Dreamer. When I inquired about an ad posted on Facebook market place which clearly stated the sale price, I was told yes it is still available. I drove over the very same day to purchase the item. The lady at the front desk admitted that it was her ad that I responded to but decided she did not want honor the sale price in the ad. I guess integrity is not a part of their business Philosophy. Thank you for wasting my valuable time Sarah Duhamel! Stay away from this joke of a company! By the way, a day later and the ad is still up. Proof that this company has zero integrity!

So I havent bought anything from here YET but come next paycheck, oh yes! The place is amazing, everything is reasonably priced! You can get a 4 piece bed set (which included 1 side table, dresser, mirror and bed frame) for less than $900!!The staff is very friendly and know their stuff when I had questions they were happy to help. The statues are phenomenal! If I had the space and money I would buy everything!

A short note to express our pleasure with your store, your service and our experience with ATBD. It was refreshing to find a furniture store with items actually in stock! Id also like to give special kudos to two specific people:1) Lincoln - he was the salesperson who helped us purchase the Dynasty sleigh bed and coordinated the delivery. What a super nice guy. He had the perfect approach of being helpful and available but not in our face or pushy (like many salespeople tend to do) . I was totally impressed with his style.2) The delivery crew - Oscar and the team at EZ Freight Ln delivered and assembled the bed. They were quick, courteous and didnt leave any mess behind. I realize they are a third party, but they are representing you well.We are absolutely 100% satisfied. Thank you for this great experience.Andy Lewis

This place is amazing! Screaming deals, different selection the all other places we looked at buying from and the customer service was top notch. We will buying from them in the future and referring all friends and family here as well. If you havnt been by to check this place out, do yourself a favor and stop in. You wont be sorry

An absolutely horrible experience. Ordered the captains bed from here in mid November. They lost the order before finally finding it almost 2 weeks later. When it was delivered it was the wrong color which we didnt notice until after the delivery truck left. Decided to set it up anyways and the quality was awful. I have had stuff from Ikea come in better condition. Some of the wood was warped or splitting apart, there were dirty foot prints on the boards, and the drawer portion wasnt put together well so we had to reposition the roller drawer part so it was flush. Probably better saving your money and going somewhere else.

We had a very up and down experience with this company. The short of it is, we finally got the rest of our couch, over a month later.(The long of it: ordered couch, were told wed get the last one they had in stock and wed hear from the delivery driver in 2-4 days. On day 5 (business days later,) we called to find out what was going on. Company seemed confused and needed to call us back. Called back and found out that another person had purchased the same couch at roughly the same time and no one marked it sold in the warehouse. Would they have called us if they never realized???So they gave us one they had w/o the chaise. When figuring all this out, (the sales rep actually gave us the delivery drivers number to set it up with him after he had contacted him twice to call us and we never got a call...) we made sure the store understood we werent paying a delivery fee twice, because it was obviously a mix-up on their part. Delivery driver was on-time the next day, nice, and helpful. We paid the delivery fee with him for the majority of the couch. When inquiring with the store about when we could expect the chaise, we were told wed hear back from them in about 20 days when their next shipment came in. Twenty days later, no call. We called for an update and they said they were expecting their shipment in a week and they would call as soon as it came in, as well as the delivery driver to get it set up for delivery.Week went by and, again, didnt hear from anyone, so we called again. After more back and forth with them, they got a company to come deliver it this morning. They showed up within the time frame we were given and were nice, but for whatever reason had THE ENTIRE couch with them. We only took the chaise, because thats what weve been waiting for.)I will say, we love the couch, its perfect for our family and home size. The price was perfect. Our experience IN STORE was awesome, the sales staff were helpful and friendly, even with our kids in tow. (If you have little ones, keep them close! The main floor is chock full of beautiful wood pieces.) The selection was nice, and prices, again, are great. We just wish our in store experience reflected after to getting the remainder of our purchase.Please, PLEASE make it mandatory for your staff to WRITE NOTES in customer files, because we had to explain the situation too many times to too many people, for ONE missing item that shouldnt have been missing in the first place. I do not believe a customer should have to work this hard to receive goods paid for in full, ahead of time. This couch may not be a big-ticket item for your company, but for our family was a lot of money to spend.

I really wanted to like this place. I bought a teak cabinet and when it was delivered later that day, the delivery person and I immediately noticed that it had a crack in the side. I called on the spot, and spoke with my salesperson who asked me to send them a photo of the damage, which I promptly did. They sent me an immediate confirmation and said that they would arrange for someone to come out and fix it. After a couple of days and no response, I went by and was told that the repair person actually free-lances for ATBD and they didnt know his schedule. A couple of days later--same response. 2 weeks later, I went to the store and spoke with a manager who said that each piece is hand made, and at that price I shouldnt expect much. It has now been over a month and I have yet to get the courtesy of a response from them. This organization will take your money gladly then promptly forget about you. Extremely poor customer service.

Sarah was a wonderful associate who helped us find the perfect bedframe. ATBD has a gorgeous selection of wooden statues and other creations as well.

Super friendly staff and didnt pressure us what do ever. Got a great furniture set and a good price! Its only been a few weeks but seems to be holding up.( Ill update if it changes). Down side was the furniture took a few weeks longer then expected and they did not call to tell us about the delay but my wife called then once a week so they probably knew she would call. We plan to go back to buy our son a new bedroom set tho!

Awesome furniture and great prices. Where they lack is delivery. After paying for multiple pieces, they took the money $$$$& but seemed to forget to bring to me. I called after many many days. They seemed to forget what I had bought but promised delivery. When the driver came he had to ask for glue. The drawer front had fallen off during the ride here. Driver glued it on. While taking that piece upstairs the drawer fell out, bounced down the steps and had to be completely repaired. The very large bookcase is missing a peg holding it together. Driver noticed it was missing. I called the store, was told to measure the diameter. They were supposed to mail it. Still missing the peg. We have since bought more, promised by Jordan a 2/3 day delivery. Not happening. No notice given as when to expect items.

Super professional service and did not take long at all. Very upfront with costs to see what makes more sense for delivery vs. pickup. The sales associate that helped me on the phone was Jordan and he had exceptional customer service skills and very polite. Will absolutely but from this shop again. Super excited to get our Natural Fiber Sectional delivered!

All have super exceeded our expectations!We have shopped around and always return here, and that says something!

Pretty cool. The regular show room has a solid selection, not huge, but some good choices at great prices. But the one-of-a-kind section was my favorite, apparently you never know what your gonna find. I found a one-of-a-kind dining table that I absolutely love! See pic.Bottom line, I was surprised at how good the prices were for brand new stuff. Ill make the trip again just to see whats in that one-of-a-kind section again.

I am so disappointed. I have heard nothing but positive reviews of this company and my partner has purchased from them in the past. The furniture is solid. Not unlike other reviews here: I called to check on delivery for something we ordered well over a month before our move date. We will send the delivery person a message to remind them. So I am thinking ok, cool we are good. Then they call my partner, not me, to tell them the set we purchased got confused in their inventory (wanted to provide a detailed recounting of the whys and hows) and was now en route to Hawaii. I called since I was the one who actually made the purchase and there was the standard we are sorry, we are embarassed blah, blah, blah.... So, I was left with the choice of exchanging for a set I did not want or not having bedroom furniture for a month while they get back in stock or returning, not having furniture and having to go somewhere else. I choose the latter and will never shop here again. What is the point of having quality furniture if it may or may not actually show up when you are told it will? I am still kind of in shock over this whole thing and more so very disappointed they screwed up so bad with someone who wanted to be a lifelong customer. Bye Felicia.

I talked to 2 different guys on the phone and both we S O incredibly NICE AND HELPFUL!!!!!! I had to switch my order twice and they were so accommodating and understanding. I even had the couch delivered the same day!! I ordered the nicest sectional and comfiest couch ever!!!! Thank you guys SO much! You all are the best. You have a customer for life :-)

They have a decent selection of furniture for your entire house and some one of a kind items Ive not seen anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I ordered my bedroom set from them - not only is it GORGEOUS and cost literally thousands less than anywhere else, but the salesman I worked with, Rich, was absolutely so wonderful and helpful! Beautiful selection of hand crafted wooden pieces. They sell lots of awesome bedroom furniture, art (standing and hanging), and a variety of smaller items that are truly one of a kind. Its really a delightful store, and the people there are super friendly. The staff is very helpful, attentive, without being too forward or pushy. Jordan and Lincoln especially were excellent salesmen. I bought a solid pine lamp (that smells wonderful) and I will definitely be returning for the Christmas season to buy some pieces for the relatives.

I absolutely love this store! I had never been furniture shopping and was a little nervous. When I walked in I was welcomed with warm greetings. I didnt feel pressured and I felt like I was able to take my time. Lincoln was extremely helpful and friendly through the entire process and all of my questions were answered. I will not go anywhere else for furniture from now on!

Do not expect any positive attitude at this store. They take your money and lie about everything . Waited twelve weeks was told my order was in and I had to pay the balance then was told my order was given to someone else and I would have to wait another 5 weeks.

Very helpful staff & great price on the retro tv stand I purchased! The side door on the stand was hanging loose a bit when I came in to purchase, and the staff offered to fix it for me.

We bought a few pieces of furniture in the past couple of years. We absolutely love those! Great selection, great quality and absolutely amazing customer service! The delivery of the furniture sucks a bit, and this why I deducted 1 star. The store doesnt have a delivery service and instead, using a 3rd party for this job. Therefore, when you purchase a furniture they cant tell you when it will be delivered for sure or much its actually going to cost. The delivery company doesnt call you untill the day before the delivery and they just state your delivery day without even asking if you are available..The furniture itself is very good though.

Ordered a bed. Delivered damaged and incorrect size BUT they (especially James) is making it right and shipping out a new bed that theyll assembly. Thank you for making it right! James was very calm and so incredibly helpful over the phone in making sure we were satisfied.

Got the most gorgeous, unique, high quality dining table and stools at this place. Great price and they also have financing options which is great during these times. The location is absolutely stunning and the displays are great because there are so many styles and options. Although it took quite some time to get my dining room furniture together, one piece had to be customer ordered. I love my new unique dining room set at an extremely good price. You will not find comparable furniture anywhere else for the same price.

I bought furniture to furnish our home in Sunriver and when we unpacked the bedroom sets for 2 of the bedrooms it didnt look good with our hardwood floors. We called Rich and he was gracious enough to return this stuff for a refund (less the restocking fee because it was assembled). We were so happy that he was able to work with us. We bought other items from them to replace the ones we returned that look much better in our home! Appreciate their policies

They helped us load and didnt push delivery on us when we could haul ourselves. Very friendly, very clean. The bed was relatively easy to put together and very sturdy! This is by far the best customer service Ive ever gotten with a furniture store. I had payed for a California king bed frame and when I got home and put it together, I realized that I actually had just a normal King, I called the store and explained what happened and asked if I could exchange it for a king frame and they said come back down and we will exchange it for you and I didnt have to dismantle it all the way. Although I cant remember everyones name who helped me. I just want to thank everyone!

Well made product, in stock and can take home right away. This is my second bedroom set purchase here and the first is still in good shape from over 15 years ago.............. not cheaply made that is for sure. Check this place out before you buy from an overpriced furniture dealer.

Nice enough in the store but sent me home with the wrong item. I called to ask what they could do and they told me they dont have the item I ordered so all they could do would be to exchange them. Can we order the product I actually wanted? Nope. I asked if I could get compensated for the inconvenience. The time and gas that I had to spend for their screw up. No such luck. Very disappointing. Will not be returning to this store. Would recommend anyone who does to check the content of the box before you leave.

Bought a matress today at a Great price. They had a good selection will be back for bed and headboard next week.

Although Rich was a great sale man, we went in and bought a bedroom set 12/6 /16 and was told would be in 12/12/16 everytime I call it will be 3 weeks, it will be 3 weeks. Now just called again (I called 3 weeks ago) and now they are saying the same thing it has been shipped as of today from the makers and will be at least another 3+ weeks before it gets here. I will never ever recommend the store again, unless it is in Stock and ready to be delivered next day or so. To bad as there were a few items that I really wanted to go back and get. Moving on to some place else.

Amazing service all the way around! I called America the Beautiful Dreamer this last Saturday morning after seeing an ad online about king size bed frames that they had on sale for an amazing price. I spoke to Don when I initially called. He was super friendly and was able to give me some solid information about the bed frame I was calling to inquire about and answered some basic questions about what they had in stock. He quoted me a price for the bed frame, box spring I needed and delivery to my apartment in Tigard.I then drove out to the store later that afternoon where I was greeted by Connor, super friendly guy who works in the office and handles the marketing for the store. Connor set me up with one of the sales guys Rich who was super helpful and nice. He showed me two bed frames that they had on sale and he was easily able to help me pick out the perfect one. I was able to get in and out and purchase my bed within 15 minutes max. He rang me up and let me know that the bed should be delivered at the latest Monday which I was SO surprised and delighted to hear since it was already late Saturday afternoon and it was a holiday weekend. I thought I would have to wait at least a week.After I left and got back home about two hours later I received a call from Connor who let me know that he would be at my apartment at 6:45 to delivery my bed. I was so happy to hear that I was going to get my bed delivered that day.Connor and his brother Luke, who he had to assist him, showed up right on time. Connor let me know that he works in the office and handles delivery to customers when the normal delivery team is busy which really shocked me since most furniture stores I feel dont go above and beyond to make sure that their customers get their purchases so quickly.After asking Connor questions about the assembly of the bed and if it would be hard for me to put together myself he said he would just set it up for me real quick so I wouldnt have to mess with it and spend all night putting it together, which it would have taken me for sure since there were so many parts and I have never had to put a bed together before.While Connor started setting up my bed his brother Luke was nice enough to help me take all of the pieces of my old platform bed out to the recycling bin at my apartment which I was so thankful for because some of the pieces were a bit heavy and I live three floors up.Connor had my bed set up in about 30 minutes and was out the door and I was beyond happy!I highly recommend the team at American the Beautiful Dreamer if you are shopping for furniture. You cannot beat their prices and their customer service is so fantastic. It was completely worth the drive from Tigard to Vancouver and I could not be happier with my new bed.Thanks guys! Keep up the great work and great service.

They had an incredible selection, and by the time we had been searching for bunk beds for our kids we found a set made brand new in Arizona which was a very reasonable 350, no duty for Oregon citizens too.

I enjoy their products and prices. No pressure sales makes for easy decision making.

Dont bother with this place they do not honor their warranty even after we spent thousands of dollars with them they will not do a thing to help us.
