The staff greeted me as soon as I came in the door. Even though they were very busy they showed me where to pick out frames while I waited for the employee to finish up on the lady ahead of me. I was able to pick up my glasses on a little over an hour. My lenses are prism and it takes longer for them to be made. Teresa was the staff member who helped me. She is a valuable asset to your organization!! Five stars.

Employees a little preoccupied. Glasses I feel could be a bit better priced. I found my prescription online and with free shipping got a pair for $13. I paid $100 for mine in store. Same quality. But overall was happy with the ease of choice and purchase.

The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. My glasses were ready in two hours. They are open during evening hours so I was able to get in a full day of work before going to their office. They offer helpful suggestions for frame fitting and other things they thought I might need. My insurance was excepted and they offer excellent prices, much lower than other places in Parkersburg and Vienna. When my lenses were scratched they replace them free of charge!

I went into eyemart in Vienna to purchase glasses for my kids. When I walked in I was greeted and ask if I had a prescription and insurance. When I handed them to the woman she immediately said we are out of network with your insurance. They would have to call the insurance. Then she said they could not take the insurance until they talked to someone and it was Saturday. So I would have to wait until Monday. I preceded to tell her my daughters glasses had broken and I drove an hour to get her a pair of glasses. Then she said well one of our machines is down, so we wouldnt be able to have them ready today anyway. I took my kids prescriptions and insurance back and drove to South Charleston Eyemart. It was extra driving but my daughter needed her glasses. When I got there I walked in and was greeted at the door. I told the Tori that I needed glasses for my kids. She ask if I had a prescription and insurance. When I handed them to her. She immediately said we are out of network with your insurance. They will cover 70% on frames and 40% on lenses. I said okay and my kids picked out their glasses. Thank you Tori at South Charleston Eyemart because now my kids have two pairs of glasses each. Now I know where to go from now on. I will be going to South Charleston Eyemart. Vienna has lost my business.

I had went to Wallmart because I thought they would be cheaper, but could not even get in to look at the frames. so came to your store and you were very courtious and helpful. Help me pick out a frame without being pushy, let me take my time to decide which one I wanted then explained all about the lens and options. Had my glasses ready before we were done eating lunch. As a single mother I needed glasses at an affordable price. They were able to help me pick the best way to do that! I told a lady that I work with how much I paid for 2 pair. She said I thought I was getting a great deal on 2 pair. She said you paid half of what I pay. My glasses were ready in 39 minutes!! My sunglasses will be here in a few days. But that is fine with me. Thank you all so much!!!

Going into the store they are always willing to help in any way that they can. Their service is awesome. I will definitely continue to get my glasses from there.

Even though they were not networked with my type of insurance, they still made sure my son at least made it out of there with a temporary pair of glasses for a ridiculously low price with a year warranty on the frames while we waited until the beginning of the week for a primary pair of glasses even though they were from another store. There was no discrimination from seeing to it that my son was taken care of in less than an hour to get him through the weekend even though we were not buying his primary glasses from Eyemart. Customer service was top notch and very caring.

Absolutely amazing!! Extremely inexpensive, fast and excellent customer service! I’ve never been so pleased and wish I would’ve known about them sooner.. One of our twins broke my glasses and I’m absolutely almost blind.. I almost cried when another place told me it would take 7-10 days to get my glasses and another 3-7. I have to say ive been going to Dr. Matt Weaver and eyemart Express for over 5 years now. They are on point the staff is very kind and tremendously helpful, I have a thin face line and I needed a pair of new glasses, needless to say i had to look at glasses in the youth section 🤣, but the young lady helped me by finding a pair in the adult section that dont look too big on my face, the style was my kinda of style go. I was back and forth with two different pairs, so I bought both of them. I went in with a script for glasses with bifocals and received excellent advice and service and 64 minutes later I had two sets of glasses. I love the yellow tinted glasses, made a great difference in details while hunting that same afternoon. All for $126.82 with the extras. I want to say again what excellent advice the lady provided.

My sales associate, Natalie, was helpful and knowledgable. She went the extra mile when I picked up my glasses. I am handicapped and it was raining, so my husband went inside. Natalie brought my glasses to the car to be sure that they fit well and that my vision was clear.That being said, I found their prices quite a bit higher than I had expected, based on online advertising. I ended up spending 389 dollars for one pair, but they were ready in 41 minutes!

I had a much better experience at this location then at your Zanesville location.Also, I had my glasses within 45 minutes where as the last time I went to the Zanesville office and their lab was not in working condition. I will return to the Vienna West Virginia office before going back to Zanesville .
