Lovely place. All staff were friendly and professional. I did have to wait 10 minutes, but I felt the welcoming environment made up for that, so Im still giving 5 stars. Doctor Snively was especially personable and kind.

We are so grateful we found Vienna Eyecare Center. The doctors and all the staff are excellent -- the best weve ever seen! Weve been to this practice multiple times this past year for various eye issues, and we always felt listened to, cared for, and confident in the vast knowledge of the doctors and staff. We recently took our 6-year old for an eye check-up. Dr. Ardura expertly handled our childs exam and made it fun! And, she patiently listened to our childs stories about toads and frogs assuring me she had the time. Wow! We already liked Vienna Eyecare Center, but seeing how well they handled a childs visit makes me like them even more. Vienna Eyecare Center is AWESOME!!

I was tired of going to eye appointments and waiting another 30 minutes past my appointment because they were backed up so I tried Vienna Eyecare for the first time and will never go anywhere else. I had an appointment at 1:30 during the work day, I got there at 1:25, filled paperwork out online before, and was sitting in exam room by 1:35. Couldnt believe it.The eye technicians were swift and efficient, and I was sitting with Dr. Ardura by 1:45p. Dr. Ardura was incredible, she asked a bunch of questions and I felt she truly cared and not just trying to get to next patient. She was thoughtful and was able to identify the issues I was having quickly - after a handful of subsequent tests I had my solution and was in my car by 2:10.Cant say enough about the patient experience - if youre reading this, look no further and book an appointment.

My family and I have gotten our eye exams performed at Vienna Eyecare Center for over 20 years. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional, they also helped me get the most out of my vision insurance! I’ll only get my eyes checked somewhere else if I move too far away from Vienna.

Great experience! Our whole family now goes here and they are great at handling kids. More importantly, appointments are easy to schedule, aren’t months out, and the appointments are efficient. My son’s last doctor used to require 2+ hour visits and you couldn’t schedule anything less than a month out. This has been a major improvement in every aspect of the experience.

The docs at Vienna Eyecare Center are awesome! I recently had an eye exam and needed an adjusted prescription for my glasses and sunglasses. The exam was on time, I was given a full explanation of my eye health, and the tech helped me pick out new frames that were in budget and the style and shape I wanted. More recently, I developed some concerning issues. They squeezed me in for a same day appointment, addressed the issues and my concerns and scheduled a follow-up that went well. I appreciate the fact that they are on time, thorough, and friendly and helpful. I wish I had started using them for my eye care much sooner!

A superb eye care Centre in Vienna! In general, I was impressed with the staff, the Centre and location. Equipped with distancing and all, I did not have to wait. Very modern tools and spotless clean exam rooms. There is a good selection of regular and designer frames. I like this place and would recommend it for anyone! I had my first visit here last week. Although I’ve had people tell me about the location for years. Always with good things. My Experience was excellent, it was clean everyone had masks I felt very safe in terms of Covid risks. I had a thorough exam. They were able to repair my old glasses which I had broken, while helping me pick out New glasses. A great experience from start to finish.

Had a great experience here. All the staff and the ophthalmologist were nice. I felt listened to. I came in for just a contact prescription after having a bad experience at a different ophthalmologists office and they even took the care to double check my glasses prescription for accuracy. Ill be coming back here for my next regular check-up.

This is by far the worst doctor you can visit!!! I was a patient of Dr. Snively and he is INCOMPETENT and RUDE, to say the least. I got prescribed glasses and his clinic made those. My glasses were uncomfortable so I went back to see him. He told me this was as good as I was going to see and that if I couldnt see clearly something was wrong with my glasses. And he was not willing to take any responsibility for the low-quality glasses his clinic made me. I also had a contacts check, I told him that my vision was blurry and that I couldnt see comfortably and guess what he said it was my perception. He rudely said that that was what my contacts are going to feel like and implied that I just had to put up with it. I then had to go to another doctor to get new glasses and contacts that I am happy with.

I went in last week as a new patient and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Snively and the staff went out of their way to get me the best available pricing on frames and lenses, even looking up specials available with my insurance. Thank you for the great care!

The staff was friendly and helpful; especially the front desk lady. The doctor was very personable and great with my daughter. During the eye exam things were wiped down right after my daughter used them and I noticed that the glasses were kept at the table to clean after my daughter tried them on. There was only one other person there while we were so it didn’t feel crowded and we easily socially distanced.

This office was great with my kids! I have three kids (ages 8, 6, and 6) and when my son found out he didnt need glasses he was DEVASTATED. Like, heaving, sobbing, bawling, crying. The staff was so nice, helping the other two kids pick out their new frames and explaining all the insurance and costs to me. And when we left they offered my son free Lacoste kids sunglasses to make him feel better about not needing new regular glasses himself. Top notch people!

I called with the sudden appearance of a ring of floaters in my right eye and was asked to come in right away. The examination found a possible retina tear beginning and was scheduled an appointment 30 minutes later at the Retina Group of Washington to stop the tear. After a further examination at the Retina Group it was determined there was no tear but I am to watch for further dramatic floater changes and flashes to catch any retina damage early while it can be fixed. Very quick response to a troubling issue with my vision. The explanation of what was happening in my eye was clear and comforting.

Amazing experience from scheduling to eye exam to frame selection. I called in the morning to see if I could come in earlier and they were able to accommodate! I’ve seen Dr. Snively in the past and he was great! This time I had the opportunity to see Dr.A. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to the problems I was having. The issue with my last pair of glasses was confirmed to be exactly what she thought it was! Ramiro (I believe) helped me find some frames and I sincerely appreciated his thoughts and feedback on how each frame looked! Dr.A even stopped by as I was picking one out to check in. Vienna Eyecare Center has been helping our family with glasses for the past few years. However, we couldnt get in to see my sons regular Ophthalmologist and because we needed a new pair of glasses VEC made an appointment available the next day. I was impressed with the doctor, her ability to engage and elicit response from my son, and how quick and efficient she was with the procedures. Now I plan to continue with her for our regular care.

Ive been a patient at Vienna Eyecare for over 25 years and I highly recommend them for the whole family. The doctors and eye care professionals are all genuinely concerned about giving you the best service and best eye wear. I have a very strong astigmatism and I was told by other doctors that I couldnt wear contacts. Not only did Vienna Eyecare get me into contacts, Ive been successfully and comfortably wearing contacts for over 25 years. Great service, great selection and great results.

Efficient scheduling, great care, solid COVID practices, the entire team bends backwards and sideways to provide the most professional experience, and Dr. Snively’s sense of humor makes it really fun. We need to replace glasses for five family members every year. So, we signed up for an additional vision plan. The insurance and billing specialist supported our needs to run the eyewear through the additional reimbursement cycle. Our family highly recommends this practice.

Great experience overall. I recently discovered I needed glasses, so I looked online at offices all over Northern Virginia. I had a lot of difficulty making an appointment with a myriad of different places until I found this one. I filled out a simple form on their website and they immediately got back to me confirming a spot on my requested date. This was especially helpful since I was on a tight schedule. I went to get a vision test to and be fitted for some glasses and they took care of business pronto. The office is immaculate, the staff was straightforward and cordial, and the doctors made me feel at ease. Unlike Dr. Ardura, Dr Snively focused on my eyes and told me whats going on which makes sense. He rebuilt the trust.

They lied & hurt my eyes for $96.00. Because of the glasses, my right eye got hurt, my nose running, and my face is swollen.I was lied & told they have Ophtalmologist but it was just a sales person aka Optometrist.She immediatly said that I needed glasses before checking me which Ophtalmologists told me dont. I couldnt even got immediate appointment for their own greed mistake.The glasses do not help for computers, far sight, night time driving or for the sun. None as she said to me. She didnt even care about my eyes to see me in routine check up.I saw you had 4.9 but for me, you didnt care except your money, well, $96.00. Where is the Oath?

Doctors Ardura and Snively are fantastic!!! I highly recommend either of them for any of your eye care needs. They have been my regular vision doctors (I wear contacts) for years, but recently I have had a lot of other eye issues. They have gone above and beyond in helping to fix my problems.

This is a modern full-service eye care center and an excellent one.. Dr. Ardura and Dr. Snively are highly competent and professional, and the staff is friendly and experienced.. Very helpful and honest when it comes to picking out your frames and suggesting options and lenses. Selection is very good..As a full-service provider carrying quality frames and offering the best in lenses, you may be surprised what good glasses and lenses could cost today, especially if you have not had to buy glasses for a long time. I personally need progressives and gravitate towards the best lenses, so would expect their not gonna be cheap.. But hey, its your eyes right, and having been to other discount providers in the past, the level of care and experience is way higher here.. They do offer a wide selection and many more affordable options, and insurance helps if have that as well. I appreciate the quality and care they offer and have been a patient of theres for a number of years..

Well, I liked this place from the start as parking was a breeze, the receptionists were pleasant, the lady that did my prelim eye exam was stylish :) and efficient. Then I met Dr. Snively and was really pleased as he took plenty of time explaining what he was doing, what the results were, we shared a couple of jokes and then I was turned over to the young lady that would help me to choose frames etc. She was also great and showed me lots of options as well as giving me her opinion on what she thought suited me face. My glasses will be ready in a week and Im looking forward to picking them up. I found the whole experience quite refreshing and I left feeling as if I had received excellent and high quality care.

I thought I had an eye infection, NOPE! A piece of my daughters very blond hair was stuck in my eye and was very hard to see! It ended up scratching my eye. But they took it out very fast and painless. On medicated drops now and on the mend!Thanks so much!
