Dr. Barnett is PHENOMENAL!!! In all my years of going to the eye doctor I have never experienced ANYTHING like I have at Metro Eyes! The entire staff is AMAZING!!! I strongly recommend them I plan on making her our family eye doctor! Seriously, check this place out!!!

BEWARE. I called to make an appointment for our 6 year son with an ophthalmologist - an actual M.D. rather than an optometrist. I explained to Diana what I was looking for and that I did not want to see an optometrist (with less training) because of certain eye concerns. She said she understood and suggested one of their doctors. I scheduled an appointment and then looked up the provider to see her credentials. She was actually an O.D. (optometrist) and not the ophthalmologist as Diana had stated. When I called back - she evasively told me Dr. Barnett took care of their optometry AND ophthalmology patients. I said that it appears Barnett is an O.D. which is an optometrist which is someone who has not been to actual medical school. She told me she was aware of that, but that this person saw both types of patients and then admitted she was not an ophthalmologist. It was blatant dishonesty from the scheduler. Completely deceptive until I pressed her to explain her statements. There is no way I could trust a practice that acts this way from the first call. I have family in this profession and I am not disrespecting optometrists in any fashion because they have an important role in eye care. Just please dont try to deceive customers because not all patients are ignorant to the medical designations in this field.

Needed my eye exam before heading back to college so I was referred to Metro Eyes by a good friend. Dr. Barnett and her staff are terrific. Contact lens prices are very affordable and I even bought a really nice pair of Fendi glasses. Beautiful store, awesome Doctor & Staff. I highly recommend the, for your eye care needs.
