I am incredibly fortunate to have been able to go to this LensCrafters. The optometrist was so kind and helpful, and he listened to all of my problems.Amanda, the optician, is one of the best workers I have ever seen. She was so helpful during my visit and one can tell that she is an amazing employee. It was a joy to visit such a friendly office. I wish everyone there the best! :)

I absolutely love the staff at LensCrafters. Their customer service is tip notch. Whenever I roll in with my high prescription, they help me pick out the frames that will work best with my lenses. The staff is very friendly and very helpful when it comes to finding the best fit and style for my glasses. I have never had any problems or complaints when I have visited this store. From The General Manager, Ashton, Amanda, Katie, and Becca I always feel confident when I leave the store that my glasses will be spot on.

I had the best experience at Lens Crafters. The staff was so friendly, and helpful. Ashton and Amanda both greeted me immediately when I walked into the store. They answered all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect frame for my face. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, their customer service is top notch.

Best place in the town! They always take great care of me and my family. We have all bought glasses, contacts and sunglasses there for years! Ashton and her staff are knowledgable and patient and really have your best interest in mind!

Amanda at the Parkersburg, WV Grand Central Mall store is the caliber of employee upon which great business reputations are built. I found myself in the predicament of being out of state and having lost my glasses in an unfortunate aquatic accident. After showing her pictures of my contact prescription that my wife was able to text me from home, Amanda was kind enough to fit me with a trial pair of contacts so that I could safely make the drive back home. Lencrafters is lucky to have wonderful employees like Amanda.

Amanda at the Parkersburg, WV store is my she-ro. She was not only extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable but she went above and beyond to help find the exact pair of glasses and color I needed (replacement of a beloved pair I had broken that had fallen outside of the warranty). These glasses were so special to me and she went above and beyond to listen and respond with care and competence. Thanks SO much!I also greatly appreciate the precautions taken at this store to lessen potential exposure to COVID -19. I was informed upon coming in what to do if I wanted to try any glasses on and there was plenty of space to social distance plus plexiglass barriers at the desk when I paid.Highly recommend, and ask for Amanda (even though she politely told me that they don’t earn a commission for their work!)

Very personable staff. Changed my mind right before checking out and staff quite understanding. They were very easy to work with.

Wife had to have her lenses redone 5 times because they could not get them correct.
