I’ve come here for years and they always try to upsell something which I’m fine with. But my wife apparently went and someone came named Fritz had her get out of the car and convinced her to replace all of her fluids in the whole vehicle when she recently had them done. Same guy just tried to get me for a needing brake fluid on my one year old car with less than 10k miles on it. I’ve had a lot of great experiences here. But two times the same guy has tried to scam us. Like I said upsell is fine but don’t straight up lie about everything.

Really bad service, I took my mini cooper for an oil change, they didnt even replace the filter and I paid 98 dollars, what a ripped, ill never take my car there! Please be careful to take your car to a place like this.

Maybe Im out of touch since I usually get my oil changed at a local station and pay $60. But I was traveling on a Sunday and wanted to get my oil changed before driving and my place was closed. I went to Jiffy Lube on Galen St. and the staff was pleasant and the service quick but I was shocked at the $98 charge (synthetic) when I was handled the bill. Shame on me for not asking first but I had been to Jiffy in the past and dont remember it being so much. My invoice said I declined an interior vacuum and an exterior window wash. I called today to complain about the value and notes on the invoice. The woman said they do not do the vacuuming due to COVID. She had no reply about the windows. I called another local place, VIP, and they said the oil change would have been $74 there. Jiffy Lube: service good, value bad.

I was getting an oil change and first the woman was super rude by yelling at me for not pulling up all the way. Then when I was driving my car up, she yelled at me again for “almost hitting her with the car” even though she kept telling me to drive up more. She was cussing at her coworker the entire time I was there. Very unprofessional and rude.

I cannot believe the best customer service Ive ever received was during an oil change! I went to get a routine oil change a few weeks ago and Erikson went above and beyond. He topped off all my fluids, checked and aired up my tires and even zip tied my bumper to make it more secure (it had come unattached a off a few weeks before and I couldnt get it back on perfectly). He was super polite and professional. I was only disappointed in myself that I didnt have cash to leave him a tip; instead, I hope someone at Jiffy Lube sees this and knows how valuable he is to the company! Thanks for the service and Ill come out of my way to come back for my next oil change!

With my Jeep Liberty 2004,As soon as I came Jesus L. Or Fritz( didn’t get his name) but he Was very very friendly!! He assisted me inside the garage and told me where the coffee was and politely asked me to take a seat while I waited! I was initially there to get an oil change but they definitely checked my car and other needs of my car that needed to be met! Then one of the guys kindly asked for me to fill out my information very very generous! I definitely loved the atmosphere of the place and it was very very friendly and they were so polite! They took their time with my car which I do truly appreciate, and as soon as it was done Luis P was checking me out and he was so so so friendly!! So polite and Enjoyed talking with him! I truthfully recommend this shop for anything You will leave the place feeling good! And having a feeling that they really did there job and more! They are definitely trust worthy!! ❤️❤️❤️

The Jiffy lube in Watertown was clean and organized and had an enjoyable experience and will be back.

Visited Jiffy Lube for a inspection service for a rental vehicle, front desk Andre was extremely helpful and professional, I noticed they were a bit pricey but overall great place to get some basic repairs.

Quite fast and reasonable prices.

Did oil change and forgot to cap the oil and radiator. Lack of detail and attitude is disturbing as if I didnt hear a rattle I could have had a huge repair cost. When called to let them know I got zero empathy just, what would you like me to do that wasnt me.

I got an oil change from this Jiffy lube twice, and have gotten quick and great services thus far. Fritz, who is the manager, is nice and responsive to any questions you have. If you are looking for a quick,and good quality service, I recommend anyone around the area to come here.

Incredibly friendly, professional and detailed. Been going here for a few years because the customer service is excellent. They explain everything and ask you before doing any work that would cost extra.

Prepandemic this was where I typically went for an oil change. However in the midst of the pandemic, there were employees either wearing masks incorrectly or flat out not wearing one. An unmasked employee climbed inside of my car to drive it out post oil change, which prompted me to ask for disinfectant wipes to clean my drivers seat/steering wheel. He said they were out, but at least wiped it down with purell and added a discount on to my coupon. My next oil change will be somewhere else though

Oil change was quick. But drove away and engine light came on. Drove back talked to attended and before he even looked he told me it was like that when you drove in ahhh.....NO! Turned out they didnt put the oil dip stick back in correctly.

Great place with great service! I came in right after they closed the garage door and he saw I was a return customer opened the doors and took care of my car! I told I was going to New York and wanted an oil change since my car was 3,000 miles past due. The manager and staff took great care of me. Very nice, friendly, and down to earth!

Went in for an oil change, and the service was quick and simple enough. The technician was also able to correctly point out to me that I needed to replace my rear brake pads for $360. I can do that myself, so I declined. They also mentioned to me that during the previous oil change, another Jiffy Lube technician had stripped a drain bolt, but that they would take care of it.The technician showed me that my transmission fluid level was low, and asked if I wanted a pricey service to refill it. I thanked them for informing me, but politely declined.Later I find that my dipstick was left hanging out in the engine bay, and each of my tires had been either over and under-inflated. Do the job right, or dont do it at all. This kind of clumsiness over simple, complimentary services makes me question the integrity of all of the work that I paid for.I will probably not be coming back here.

I’ve had all my oil changes here for the past three years. I pulled up today, and no one acknowledged my presence, asked what service I was looking for, or even let me know how the long wait would be. At least two employees looked directly at me sitting in my car and did nothing. I drove off about five minutes later. Needless to say, I will never use this Jiffy Lube EVER again.

Good service but a bit pricy

DO NOT go here if you care about your car. Went in today for a standard oil change. Went I get home, I see smoke coming from under the hood. They split oil all over the engine and somehow on the inside of the hood cover, and made absolutely no attempt to clean it up. I wish I could give zero stars. The owner should be ashamed of himself

I have visited this Jiffy Lube a few times now and I will keep going back. The people who work here are nice and seem to take pride in their jobs. They are clear in their recommendation and are not pushy. The last two times I stopped in, I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. The waiting area is clean with magazines, a TV and most importantly, a clean restroom.While I was there last time, they talked a customer out of an oil change (he was going on a long drive and was thinking it would be a good idea to change the oil just in case -- they informed him he had used full synthetic in his last oil change 1500 miles back and easily had 3500+ miles left before the oil would break down). That was a first for me -- a shop talking a customer OUT OF spending money unnecessarily.Based on experiences like this, I plan to keep going to this Jiffy Lube for oil changes.

Do not use this store for services other than oil change.If you do oil change, this store may be ok. But if you try to fix anything of your car, this store is terrible.I visited this store to fix the brake fluid issues on my car. Originally I planned the break fluid exchange, and the price called was about $70. It was ok.After 30 minutes of waiting, the mechanic said there is a leakage, so I should pay $50 to identify the leakage.After 1 hour, the mechanic said the master cylinder of the brake line has problem, so it needs to be fixed. He called $330 for this, and he said he will not gurantee the problem to be fixed even though the master cyliner is replaced. It sound very weird, but I said ok because he said I cannot drive my car due to saftey and should choose either fixing it or towing the car. Then I waited for 2 more hours.After 2 more hours, the mechanic said he changed the master cylinder, but need to repair the brake line too. I talked to him that he didn’t mention anything about the rust issue of the brake line before he changed the master cylinder, but his answer was the pressure generated by the new master cylinder push up the rust on the brake line and make a hole.It is much weird for sure, because it means he knew the rust on the brake line before changing the master cylinder, but he didn’t tell me in advance. It is very weird the mechanic never notice the consumer about the things that needs to be fixed in advance. He requested more money to fix the part of the brake line, and I didn’t want to tow my car from this store to my home, so talked to him to fix it. This time, I got his confirmation that there will be no more problem.Since it was late in the late evening before thanksgiving, I should wait until the day after thanksgiving. In the morning of the day after thanksgiving, the mechanic called me that he found another problem. He said there is leak at the other side of the brake line, so he need to replace the entire brake line. He called another $300 for this. It is now more than super-weird, because it just demonstrates that the mechanic did not know the leakage on the other end of the brake line at all. However, I talked him to go for fix it because I decided my mind to file a court claim to this shop at this time.After 1.5 hours of waiting, he called me again and said he cannot fix it, so I should tow my car. It is more than funny, as you can imagine. I had no choice but to tow the car, and pay $300 for cylinder replacement, which is absolutely no use because the problems I gave to this store is not solved at all.To sum up, this store may be either 1) do not have much experiences enough to expect the probable problems, so cannot give a reasonale information to the customer as other mechanics do, or 2) keep increasing the number of the problems and the list of the repair intentionally — It does not matter either way, because both will hugely increase your expenses from your wallet anyway.I also want to give a warning sign to you about how rude the mechanic is. During the store visit and phone calls, he was very rude and kept talking his argument repeatedly, and even I felt I was being threatened. This store experience ruins my 2 days during the thanksgiving. I strongly suggest not to use this store for more than oil change.P.S.: I posted my review about this store on Yelp yesterday, but I just found that my review on Yelp is deleted. This store seems deleting negative review on Yelp.

They over charged me for the oil change despite asking them specifically before hand. This makes it more expensive than the volkswagen dealer across the street. They didnt do any of the advertised cleaning or top off services.
