Called through AAA and was dispatched this so called towing company. They are a joke!!!!! Said they will tow my car but my wife and I had to find our own way home. Yet this driver is toting his wife around with him in the truck. So tired of trash tow companies giving the profession a bad name. I have the text conversation to prove this for when they try to say I’m lying. I guess this is why their fleet is all old beat up trash. Can’t wait to see a real company put them out of business. Will not renew AAA

Jesse called right after the other driver informed us he couldn’t make it. Both drivers were polite. Jesse estimated his time to pick up perfectly, providing the location he was coming from. He was right on time. He was friendly and professional. We even made a last minute change to where we were getting repair service on his recommendation.

If I could give this business a higher rating, I would!! I have never met someone who was so professional, prompt, and yet so friendly. He went well above and beyond the call of duty. I will definitely use them again and refer everyone I know to them!!!

I had called AAA to have my vehicle towed to my dealership to address a recall and a few things happened that o wasn’t too thrilled with. The driver arrived and immediately wanted to get in my vehicle before I could let him know the issue. Once I had shown him what was going on, he then got into my car without a mask or gloves and began to drive the car out of my driveway and over the brick that had been in place to prevent the car from rolling. Once he had stopped he opened the hood of my vehicle to start pulling on the transmission cables to show me the issue that I already knew about and had an appointment to have fixed. After tugging the cables a few times to shift the car, he let me know that I could just fix it myself with a plastic clip for $5 at the auto parts store, never mind that i let him know it was a recall and would be fixed for free. A couple times back and forth with this, we finally got the car to my dealership to be fixed by people who are aware of the recall and will fix it correctly.

Sam was our driver. We made the call through AAA and the driver immediately came. Because of COVID we had made arrangements to get picked up so the haul was unattended. Sam called us every step of the way. He asked questions and answered any we may have had. He was professional and friendly. We were very impressed as we have had a bad experience with another company before . Thank you Raphael Towing for sending us Sam. !!

The towing was fine.No estimate given for the repair. No affirmation given by us to do the repair. No work order at time of vehicle pick up to verify work completed or price of parts. Grease in vehicle after repair. Mechanic alleged to have done the work lied to me. Within 5 miles after pick up, engine lights came on and car ran rough. For the repair done, it couldnt have taken more than half an hour. When talking to my wife the price $300 just seemed to come out of thin air. I dont like price gouging.

STAY AWAY!! They stole the plate off our wrecked car and ended up getting a red light traffic ticket in it... When approached the office lady advised me her boss has our plate with him on vacation? We are currently Awaiting sheriffs department to figure out what the did with our plate that they STILL HAVE MY PLATE AND DRIVING AROUND illegally. Sketchy place ever!

Had a part replaced at this location. Kinda sketchy..but they did replace the part and it is still working ok.Update: 3 weeks later and everything is great. Increased rating to 4.

He doesnt have 24 hrs service and have no education when talking to customer

Was hit by one there tow trucks and the insurance info they gave was phony or lapsed. I have been out of work for 5 weeks now and its all there fault. Then I get a summons to traffic court the driver is fighting the ticket where he hit me. Terrible company

The towing company was fast and a good value in the towing. I had a dispute with the AAA on the charge for Motorhome tow and the owner talked with me and we worked out a fee that was fair without AAA. The driver was courteous, professional and a hard worker.
