I came in late in the day on a tow truck. I had gotten a nail in my tire and I needed it to be fixed. They were able to fix my tire very quickly and very reasonably priced! I was on my way in less than probably half hour. They even have a super cool original 1970s soda machine in there, that works and had nice cold drinks on a hot day. I am very happy with the service they gave me and the great customer service they offered, Steve was really nice. If I need new tires, even though I live an hour away, Ill be back!

Was recommended this place by a friend saying they were honest and did great work. So I figured I take a Chance. Lots of repair shops get a bad rep due to shady practices. This place is not one of them. They gave me a great price and did my alignment and tires with no appointment. I was in and out in no time. 3 other places gave me appointment dates days out. Will be taking my other vehicle here too from now on.

Topline were fantastic in every way. My car had a nail in the tire, so they had me drop the flat off while they patched it. The patch was done VERY quickly, even though I had just dropped in, and they mounted the tire back on for me. I interacted with three staff members and all three were very friendly, professional, and courteous. The price was also spot-on, and there was no attempt at all to say Oh we cant patch this, better buy a new one. Nope, it was an immediate Yeah this will be no problem to fix, well call you when its done!I just got home and went to put my donut and jack kit back together to put in the trunk storage space and when I popped the trunk, I found that theyd already done that for me! Its a small detail but it made me very happy.Id highly recommend them. Excellent service and work.

This is the only auto repair shop that I trust. They do great work and do not try to nickel and dime you into exorbitant fees. I have been their customer for over twenty years. I can recommend them without reservation.

Highly recommend! We had a flat on our horse trailer on our way to pick up a horse, and they not only had the tires we needed in stock, they put them on in less than a half hour and rotated the rest of the tires too. Amazing experience.

Knowledge and friendly staff and reasonable prices

Wonderful experience at Topline Tire! Needed the nitrogen topped off in my camper tires and this is the only place nearby that has a nitrogen machine. When I arrived, the guys could see I was a little uncomfortable backing the camper in. They quickly offered to maneuver it for me and topped off of my truck tires too. What nice gentlemen! Super friendly and helpful. Next time I need anything for my tires, this is the first place I will go!

They are the most professional, knowledgeable, kind and honest mechanics you would ever meet. Ive known some of them for over 30 years and the quality has never wavered. Whenever someone is having vehicle problems, I always encourage them to come here. I just wish every community could have a Topline like we do. Were blessed.

First experience was great with them but got worse as the next two encounters happened. I called on a Friday for an oil change and the employee said come tomorrow morning and we will get it done. I showed up 8am and the employee at the counter said can’t do your truck today we are booked all day. I looked around and not one person in waiting room, all the spaces in the lot where open with one car in the bay. Three employees in the office and none looked busy as they stood around. He said you can come Monday if you like. I said the fact is you told me to come sat morning and now you are pushing me off again. I went and paid $20 more at another local shop to get it done. I called to talk to the owner on a Wednesday and they claimed to take my information down and now a week later still no call. It’s sad because I support local business but not like this.

If it were possible to give this place ten stars, I would. Ron is an outstanding mechanic that is truthful, honest, and takes the time to explain what your car needs or what it doesnt need. Good and honest work here with great prices. No hidden fees as they are upfront about all costs. All other mechanics should take notes of how this place conducts business.

Made an appointment, but put down the wrong date and missed it. They were understanding and were able to fit me in to get my oil change done. Its been a few years since my last visit, due to a move, and Im glad to see they still have the same commitment to customer service as they did when I last visited. Highly recommend this shop!

I am really happy with my experience at Topline! I called them up to do a diagnostic. They told me how long they thought it would take to look at the car (they were really busy so they asked me if I could leave the car with them for the day), exactly what they thought was going on, and what would fix the problem. Everyone here is straight up and no nonsense, which I really liked. The guys in the shop were really friendly, and we were joking around the whole time. They told me the work would be finished by the end of the following day, and they had the car ready for me by 9:00 AM the very next morning. Id much rather people tell me realistic estimates for cost, diagnosis, and wait times. Top notch. I was really pleased with my experience, and I know anyone that goes here will be really pleased, too. They even recommended a car rental company so I didnt have to miss a beat! What a pleasure!!

Can you say honest and mechanic in the same sentence? Yes, if you are talking about Topline Tires in Zephyrhills. This shop is staffed with professionals who show integrity in every single thing that they do. They are slightly more expensive than the other places in town. However, the quality of their work is far superior to ALL of their competitors. They do not try to sell you what you dont need and they dont lie to you. Wow. Who thought you could say that about mechanics? Oh, yeah, they also sell tires. I have recommended Topline Tire to people who live as far away as Brandon (38 miles) because I can say with total conviction that they will not let you down. Ever.

No way, overpriced. I have researched 7 companies within 20 miles and they were the highest. Hint: look at all the tires you purchase, there is a date stamp, do not let any tire company sell you old tires and/or not new tires. We are driving friends and family and its time for all of us to stop getting ripped off.

They have definitely changed and not for the better. My husband took his work truck in and they charged us over $5,000.00 to replace the whole engine. We paid $4,000.00 when we found out that they didnt replace anything. Theyre a rip off. Charged me almost $200 for an oil change. Charged my brother in law $10,000 to replace spark plugs. I mean, really?!?!

I pulled in at 315 p.m. with a really bad tire that could not be repaired as it would of been dangerous. The young man was able to squeeze me in put a new tire on and i was back home by 345 p.m. I am a customer for life.

I was visiting Zepyrhills recently and just before leaving, learned I had a flat tire.Although the store had appointments book, they were quick to help get me back on the road within an hour.They were courteous and caring.And the price was much less than I would have expected to pay.There is a diner next door that is a tasty spot to wait while service is underway.Highly recommend

Rip off! Had thermostat changed. It fixed the problem for a while,but overheating came back. They claim the thermostat they installed was fine. It was the other one that needed to be replaced. There is only one thermostat for this car. When called out on it,their proof was a computer generated picture of 2 thermostats. Two Chevrolet dealerships and several websites confirm that its a one thermostat kind of car.

These guys are some of the best mechanics I have ever done business with. Always honest, dependable and timely.

Best people around fixed my truck when nobody else could

Wife and daughter had brought both of their trucks up for work to be done. My wife had tires put on and my daughter for an alignment on her truck. After driving my wifes truck, found that the tires had a bad vibration. Also looked at the printout of my daughters alignment and found that they didnt do the alignment fully. Brought my wifes truck back and had them rebalance the tires and explained my findings of my daughters truck. They rebalance the tires on my wifes truck and told me to call when we could bring my daughters back in. Took her truck in today to have the work done right and while explaining the manager comes out with an attitude. Saying I had no proof of the work not being done when I had it in black and white from them. Then when I was explaining what they could do to do the job properly, I was asked with an attitude if I was a mechanic in which I gladly replied that I was for over 20 yrs. His reply to that was that I should do it my damn self and turned and walked away from me. So what it boils down to is this place of buisness will take advantage of women and when confronted will disrespect you. I would give them a 0 star review if I could.

I resend my previous recommendation. They charged me $22 to diagnose a problem. I went to another shop who did not charge me to diagnose and found the problem. Topline wanted to charge me $500 plus and stated well start there and see if it works. Not good.

So I call to do a price check cause I own a 2013 Nissan Rogue and I had recently had services done via Ferman Nissan in Tampa off of Florida Ave. In lets just say they tried to get me for every penny.Replacing Rear wind shield wiper 16.00 Advance Auto Parts 10.99 self-install, Air filter 38.00 Auto Zone 11.99 self-install, Brake flush on 2013 dont know why? 120.00 reason I called, Cabin filter 89.95 Auto Zone 10.49 watch youtube seen how simple it was, and it takes less than five mins self-install, A/C Flush 105.00 Reason I called, Battery with battery service 3yr warranted 171.00 Auto Zone for 139 5yr warranted with free installation. I give you a break down so you can have a full scope of why it was important for this phone call to go so well. The dealer was living up to the norm ripping you off because you are not as versed in automotive understanding. With the same expectations, I call Topline who answered was a guy named John he was clear, straight to the point and honest and represented the brand in an unbelievably professional manner. I have kids, and a wife we work hard like everyone else does for their little pennies so to spend a little extra on a place that values your time and your day to day life is essential for being happy with a business that provides a needed services. I would recommend these guys great job John you rock!

After a longtime of never even looking at this place after what happened a long time ago say 5 years ago. Well things changed I went in had a cheaper quote than anyone around. After being refused service by a rival shop because my truck was too lifted and they where not confortable working on it. Well I told this place and they still got it done. Shout out to the mechanics in this shop for not reccomending me a 4800$ repair because everything that is wrong with one thing needed the other 10 things fixed when I knew what was wrong and knew they where trying to get me. Shout outs to you fellas for getting a job I expected to be a couple day thing in the shop done in less than 7 hours and for staying open over hours just to finish the job so it didnt sit for days. Id reccomend anyone here things change over time I guess. They have my business 100% for now on and anyone I know that needs work done will be referred here. Thanks for the outstanding service!
