I would give 5 stars, but the price was very high to fix my brakes. Quote all the way around was $2,040!$1,300 just for the front pads, rotors, Caliper?, Some bearings, and brake fluid flush. I priced and purchased AC Delco front rotors online for $17 each.$2040 all the way around?I paid $5K for the truck.

I have always came here simply because its close to home. I get my work truck and both personal vehicles servicesd here. I wont be anymore. Last week i brought my work truck for a scheduled oil change. Called in advanced to gibe a heads up I was running late due to a life safety problem i had to repsond to. Upon arrival they tried telling me I would need to reschedule. I showed my butt and got it dome that day after waiting an hour. Today I called ahead and asked of I cam swing by for a battery test and possible replacement, they said yes come on in. I arrive to be told i would need to wait at least 2 hours just to have my battery tested. Thanks but, no thanks. Trashycustomer service!

I was on my way home from work and discovered a screw in my tire and loosing air…. I googled tires plus near me and it indicated5240 Gall Blvd Zephyrhills, Fl 33542 location was the closest and did not close until 7… I relaxed thinking great I have time…. I arrived at 5:45… the gentleman behind the counter comes out behind an office door and proceeds to tell me that “we close at 6, I did not think quick enough to ask about the google telling me 7 …. His quick response to not wanting to help me took me off guard…. So I left…in my dismay there were several places that advertised closing at 6 and were unwilling to help… then I went into Walmart who advertised they close at 7 but upon arrival the manager was informing myself and another family that they have new hours posted on the wall that they close at 6…. I left my key and truck with him in hopes they will patch my tire tomorrow on Saturday when I am at work …..I started the 30min walk back home when the manager called me back and one of his guys was staying to help the family before me and me out tonight…. I walked back and with in 30 minutes I was back on the road… I am very happy to find at an unexpected place and not find it at your location.

RIP OFF!!!!!!🤬😡. I went they to fix a almost brand new tire for my truck. Apparently they said the tire couldnt be fix.They never show me where it was damage. Here comes the rip off. They offer me to buy a new tire from them (brands that I dont like)with ridiculous prices. I ask them if they had the same brand my truck has.They said no, we dont carry that brand in stock. Told them to put my spare tire so I could get my destination and resolved my problem next day. They came back and said that my lug nuts wont fit for the rim spare tire. I said ok so swicth the spare tire to the factory rim. Now this is the funny part. It cant be done because the spare tire have difference number size and wont be able to fit the factory rim. Ask them again, Are you sure about that? They said yes we are sure.So they obligated me to buy a new tire from them😡. Paid them $150😡. I got home and checked my spare tire number. The result, spare tire is the same size from factory🤬.

Promises never pay extra i now buy my tires online from amazon and get the warranty with it and always honor it with no prorate at allI would bever buy tires here again they ask you would you like tires protection against anything oh we can replace the tires if anything happens i said great but what they dont tell you is the pro rate thing oh thats after. Dont buy any plan for tires here you will regret it is like trowing your extra money away.I already ordered my tires from someone else i will have them mounted balanced elsewhere as well.Theres a reason why I havent been to this store in 2 years Everytime i needed something fone never have the time now i found a shop that always has time or makes time.They are short hand it and their Techs are very slow

BEWARE/DISHONEST!Brought our tire to be fixed and dealt with Dixie. She said they looked at tire and told my husband that it could not be replaced because the sidewall was damaged . She further stated that the only tire they had was $130. We picked the tire up and went to Tire Kingdom. They looked at the tire and said that it was fixable, the sidewall was not damaged and are fixing it for $33.

What an awful experience. We had purchased our tires here back in May. We have a slow leak and brought it in for a tire patch on Tuesday, but they anticipated a long wait so we scheduled an appointment for this morning at 11. There were only 3 chairs in the tiny waiting area, all of which were full. So my husband and I walked down to the auto parts store. I was surprised when we returned at 11:25 and our car was still sitting. Still nowhere to sit. We stood in the heat in the parking lot until noon, still our car had not been touched. As a matter of fact, not a single car had moved. I’m pregnant and my back was beginning to hurt pretty badly, so finally my husband went inside to ask for our keys back. The gentleman behind the counter had to reach behind several other sets of keys ahead of ours so who knows how long we would have been waiting. Not even an attempt at a casual apology for the wait, but he had the nerve to reschedule. We will NOT be back. Warranty or not, I will go elsewhere and pay a small fortune before returning to this establishment. It would have been nice to be warned upon arrival that there was a longer wait time, but even then when you schedule an appointment for a 20-30 minute job there is no reason to sit and wait for several hours.

The guy Adams or Adam is very rude and never honors warranty system on alignment. Always tell me the shop is too busy but if you call back pretending to be someone else needing an alignment all of a sudden he has openings. Now I have to drive 20 minutes away to new tampa to have them do alignment. Need to do something tires plus about this guy, he is not a good person

Ripoffs dont go here they overcharge you and try to sell you down the river.....They have been reported and also did work without being authorized.....Coorporate will be in touch and they are not happy so enjoy your Jobs

Would put no stars if I could..was in town camping and had a tire on my travel trailer that had a broken belt..I asked if I could get someone to just swap out my spare for the tire..no mounting or balancing..and they said they couldnt get me in for 2 days..I should have known but thought Id give it a shot..last time I went to a tire plus for oil change and tire rotate it took 3 hours and came back with a bunch of upcharges..never again..took it to place down the street and the guy did it right away and didnt charge me..he asked me give the mechanic a tip..

Dont sell rims and only have two brands of tires

When my car broke down this was the best place for me to go to get my car fixed. They even have plans that can help you pay for your car. Staff was very friendly

Wonderful service. They work on your vehicle in the time they tell you. They dont fix or do anything without your permission. They also offered me the opportunity to fill out for a credit card and to my surprise I qualified. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are a great group of men

I am a regular customer. Pretty rude for one of the mechanics to lie to my face. I normally have a decent experience. The mechanic who changed my tires broke my sensor. They replaced it for free. My tire light was on. I brought my vehicle back, only to be told from said mechanic all my sensors are bad and that my dash light was on when I brought my vehicle the first time. That was a lie, the male manager even pulled out the paperwork and it did not list any dash lights were on. I went back the following day to get my vehicle fixed. The women manager had a huge attitude. She also assured me it stated in the paperwork my dash light was on. Again, that is a lie. A different mechanic, an older gentleman. He worked on my vehicle this time and said all the sensors were working and only needed to be reset. If it were that simple, why did the first mechanic lie and try to make me pay for new sensors? Pretty disappointed in my recent experience.

Went there for catalytic converters and my car came out with the brakes grinding. Funny that I had to replace the rotor and shoes in the same side they had to remove to do the catalytic converters. Coincidence? Maybe. But just real convenient.

I had all 4 of my tires replaced 2 years ago. They broke 2 of my wheel sensors during the job. They let me leave with the car hoping I wouldn’t notice a thumping noise. 2 years later I find out my tires are already in need of replacement because they sold me tires that were manufactured in 2008. ( all manufacturers are required to put a date on the tire) lesson learned!

Brought my scooter tire into the shop (just tire and rim), couldnt get the tire seated after trying myself. Receptionist/manager lady told one of the workers not to spend too much time trying to fix which seemed pretty rude being I am a potential paying customer. Horrible customer service by her part. Older blonde lady at the desk. Worker took tire to the back, came back in one minute and said tried to put air and it didnt work BUT if I took the tire off the rim and brought it back he could probably get it. I dont blame him, was the lady at the desks fault she basically told him not to service me. Nice way to lose business... Could of just said hey its going to take x amount of time or let me drop off and pick up later.I feel like a place like tires plus should be plenty equipped to take the tire off and put back on, would have paid the $.

MARIO was a super helpful guy and got my car battery ready for me quickly. My hands were full with kids and they very nicely walked it out and placed it in my car, while a lovely woman working there, Dixie, helped keep my kids entertained. It was a stressful day with a broken down car and they made it end on a good note. Much appreciated guys

Best experience Ive had at a tires plus. The Zephyrhills one stayed late by over an hour to finish my car. They are also are very nice and personable. Definetly recommend. Also better prices.

Contacted for price about driver side cv axle replacement. Local mechanic shop ed’s told me it would cost 70% less then the price tires plus gave me.500$ quote at tires plus 1/3 of that at EDs.tires plus probably didn’t want the job and gave me a inflated rate. But when you add the fact they didn’t trust my mechanics opinion that cv needed replacing and wanted to charge me 10$ inspection fee as well. I would not trust this place.

I live in Zephyrhills and there is a shop here, but Tyrone location in St Petersburg is the best. You greeted immediately and can rest assured of great service and honest mechanics. The manager is Harry, a great businessman and ensures nothing but the best and no long waits. I was in the middle of my work day seeing patients when my tire went flat, from a nail, probably from all the construction. I do not live in Zephyrhills and had no one to come and get me for the 2+ hour wait to be seen. Instead they did a quick assessment and was able to change my tire and get me out of there within 30 minutes. I really appreciated the customer service they provided and the quick work done by George to get me back on the road!

Very rude and service as slow as you can imagine. Ive been going to tires plus for a long time because of the price and service. When I moved here from Tampa I thought this place would be the same but theyre not.

I bought my tires here & they honored my lifetime tire rotate & balance. That coverage is well worth it.

Great place. Came up with my tire off the car already to get patch on it they was super busy telling people to leave ther cars ther.. But he wrk me in and told me just to tip the guy who patch it for me.. And since they was nice enough to work me in and not turn me away i went ahead and paid the guy full price..

This is a horrible place they lie just want your money I took my car in and the man that worked on it looked like a drug addict. The only person who knows what the are doing is the man named George he was the only one who was honest and well mannered. The other two men are lazy and selfish I was told I had to pay for air and the bigger guy was just starting at me and making comments to his workers. Like I said I will only go back if that George guy is there if not Ill go to Midas or tire kingdom

If you live in or around Zephyrhills go go these guys for repair or tires they are honest and are good techs.

*Terrible workmanship, questionable pricing!* My wife and I took our car there last December for an oil issue. They told us that we needed a new oil pan gasket, for which they charged $600. 3 months later, it was leaking again. They fixed it for free, but a month after that, it was leaking once more. (Contrast this to some other work they wanted to do in the car -- at the cost of $1300! We found someone else to do the same work for $700, and its given us NO problems since.) Additionally, we asked them for a price on a door handle. At first they said $150, with the part being $60. (The owner scoffed at a $100 price he found. Outrageous! he said.) A week later we returned to do the work, but now were being quoted $285, because The part was almost $200. Whatever happened to $100 being outrageous?!

Great service with fair prices. Brought a tire in that had a screw in it. They could have charged me for an unnecessary repair as the screen turned out to be only about a quarter inch long, not penetrating the tread. No way for us to know that without taking a chance and taking it out.

He also told me he now has a certified technician, but for today I was only there for tires. They did a great job, gave me a couple quotes and I was in and out in about an hour. Went in for a tire repair and was told to make an appointment for the next day. Not sure if other cars can run on flat tires but if so, I bought the wrong car.

Well after getting an oil change on Xmas eve, planning on leaving Xmas night to go back to PA I got lucky to notice that my car with less than 10,000 miles was pouring oil out when running. Had to stay an extra day, lose a days pay since vacation was up and pay go back to find out that the guy essentially put the filter on wrong. If I had drove without seeing this I would have been seized up before I left the county. Got lucky I only drive 2 miles total after leaving there. In 2 miles it was down 3 quarts. Of course they fixed it and gave me my money back but it no where near makes up for the losses. Most expensive oil change I ever had.

Dropped the vehicle off at 9am for an alignment since it was pulling a bit. No call all day long but I thought maybe they forgot to call so I gave a ring at 3pm before they closed at 4. No we havent taken yours in. Were waiting on the alignment rep (lie) So I went 10 minutes before 4pm to check on it. I ask the man at the counter if he has a guess on how much longer and he said well hes test driving now again a second time... mind you that didnt answer my question. As I finally stand in queue for 25 minutes with 7 other people. (Why wouldnt you stager the customers completion times?) Finished time 4:35pm. On the drive home, It Still Pulls To The Side! NEVER will I EVER go to this place again. Biggest waste of time and so inconsiderate of customers. 9am-4:35pm. Get your act together.
