I am a younger girl who went to get my oil changed expecting it to be no more than $50. I do not know much about cars but I know when I am being used because of my age and gender. The woman employee put $100 oil in a 2017 Nissan rouge which did not need $100 oil in it. She knew I didn’t know mich about oil and rang me up for the most expensive oil after the fact that she had put it in. I find it very sad when car places use people and charge them outrageous prices for some extra pocket change. If you go I suggest you are very stern when you say you want the cheapest oil or they will charge you. Will not be back and extremely disappointed.

My husband and I were on our way home from vacation and our diagnostic light came on for the transmission. We were greeted with very friendly and helpful gentlemen who checked the transmission for us. We needed to find a local Jeep dealership for assistance with the transmission. They helped us to locate the closest jeep dealership and we were on our way. I would highly recommend this business and if we were local would gladly have our oil changes done there. Yessssss I love it here.I had to get my daughter by a certain time and although they didn’t know this I was literally in and out in less than 30 minutes. They are so professional and nice the manager on duty today was Mr. Antonio he took care of me very well, one of the guys that worked on my car is named Terry. Ask for these guys when you come they are bomb I will be coming back even if I have to drive way across town.

I expected better based on my prior experiences with other locations.Two of the three services I asked for couldnt be completed due to claimed equipment issues. Meanwhile, complimentary services like the vacuum and window wash did not appear to be done despite claiming to have completed such. No big deal if its not done, but at least be honest about it.Otherwise they were fairly quick and courteous, promptly greeting me as I pulled in. The oil change was completed in approximately 25 minutes, which is always great.

Awesome experience with the team here! Every employee took time to talk with me about my service or about my day. They were all enthusiastic and worked together to get me in and out fast!

They were very friendly and fast! I felt that it was a little pricey at first but once I saw all of the inspections and extra mile tasks they did, it seemed more fair. They vacuumed, cleaned, inspected, and did way more than just an oil change. The best part is they didnt try squeezing more money out by making something up that didnt really need work. Highly recommend this location!

When I came into to get my oil changed and check engine light diagnosed, Andrew and Antonio went above and beyond to explain everything and service my vehicle and explain what needed to be done. Instead of charging me to change my headlight that was out, he investigated and saw that it was just a wire and fixed it with no charge!!! Awesome service and fantastic customer service!!! They were awesome alot of places wouldnt take us because we needed work done on a huge limo but they didnt think twice they even replaced the oil filter, vacuumed, cleaned windows, checked all the tires and battery all of that came free with our oil change! everything felt so personal was a great experience!

First off, Miguel is amazing! He was the first person who greeted me as soon as I pulled into the location. All I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation. Regardless of my needs he treated me as if I was family. Making sure that I was giving all the information about my vehicle but explaining it in a way that I would understand. Explaining the information verbally and visually. He had help from his coworker Shawn. How I know is also a huge help because he got us out at a timely manner. I really enjoyed this location and will return again. Antonio you have great guys working on your team!!!

They were awesome! I went in for an oil change and my air conditioner was making a loud noise they found no cabin filter. Everything was so affordable and they were so nice! I also liked the fact that they showed me the two things that needed fixing and I found them to be very genuine! If you want wonderful service at a great price go here!

I went to get an oil change about a month ago two days later my car is disabled. Had to pay someone to look at my car just to find out the battery was dead. But on my paperwork it clearly show they that it was good. Another time they didnt put air in my tires and this is another service that is included in my oil change. I dont not trust this location. Not completing the service your paying for. I spoke to a manager and was to to bring it back on both occasions. For what?? Do the job right the first time.

These guys were amazing! I come from NY and I have not seen service this good in all the state! After swearing off jiffy lube in NY These technicians have earned me back as a jiffy lube customer from this location. I have been here a few times and iwill continue coming here. There service has been consistent and I refuse to go anywhere else.

This is probably the best Jiffy Lube Ive been to. Huge props to Antonio and Charles - they did an amazing job and was able to do work 5x cheaper than other local places were quoting.Definitely go here if you dont want to get ripped off.

Terrible experience from the time I walked in. Too much goofing around. Waited 2 days and car still not fixed and unsure of issue. No response to give updates on status. I had to keep calling back up there to see if it was ready. Stick to just oil changes please! Only relief is I didn’t get charged.

I am a regular at the Red Bank location and i had my oil changed on 8/8/2020, When i arrived, I was greeted by Michael D. He explained that there was a wait because they were shorthanded and he would understand if I did not want to wait. Needless to say I waited and they took care of my car quickly and efficiently. Fast forward to Monday 8/10/2020 I was running some errands in the Lake Murray Blvd location when my car started to jerk, I immediately pulled over in a panic and checked my oil and thought it was low, so i called the location in Red Bank and told them what i was experiencing. They asked my location and I told them where I was located and they immediately reached out to the the Lake Murray Location and told me that a manager was on his way to help. Within minutes Antonio came and checked my car and asked me if the check engine light came on, which it had not, he check the oil in my car and said its at the correct level and he took my car for a test drive, when he came back he said the check engine light came on as he was doing a test drive. He came equipped with his OBDII tester and told me what my issue was. He offered to take my car and fix the issue. I had to go back to work so I gave him my keys and got his number so that I can pick my car up after I got off work. JIFFY LUBE FIXED MY CAR!!!! I am so grateful to Michael D., Antonio and the other manager that cam out to help me in my time of need. Thank you so much and you will continue to get my business.

So, I went to get a oil change this morning and man listen. I knew my vehicle had issues, but not all the issues that was pointed out to me. I was in and out ! Which I needed because I had to get on the road, no one tried to get over on me because I was a woman, like at some of those other rinkey dink places . Jiffy lube is forever my go to place when living in the country . Moving here I was afraid I wouldn’t find the same hospitality, but These guys were fast and on it and extremely polite! This is def my new favorite jiffy lube highly recommended!!

I called and spoke with Miguel about replacing a burned out headlight. Not only were they very friendly about doing it even though it turned out to be pretty complicated and time consuming to get done, but they also did it for me as a courtesy even though I brought the bulb with me instead of buying it there (bought it cheaper off of Amazon). Very impressed with the customer service!

They were able to get me in and out quickly right before I had to leave on an “emergency” trip. I really appreciate how thorough they were and how they didn’t try to constantly pressure me into more expensive services.

The Jiffy Lube Team (Miguel, Jackie, TC, and all the others), went above and beyond to assist me, ( I was 250+ miles away from home), with the TLC that my car was in need of!!! After my 2001 c240 was towed into their facility, they listened to my concerns and went to work on settling and reassuring me that they would take care of my baby that day. They did just that!!! Even though there was more to be done than what I said, the team kept in touch by text. Talking to me from church (Miguel) and coming in on their day off ( Jackie); my car was ready to go and they saved me almost $500 because they went above and beyond to test and do what was necessary to get me back on the road. I wasn’t expecting such friendly professional service I guess I was expecting the same bad attitude and irritability I received at the Walmart service station in Harbison.Anyway my interaction with all 3 gentlemen was very pleasant. Everything was explained to me in a manner I could understand.All employees were patient and very courteous despite working in extreme temperatures I was in and out in a matter of 15 -20 minutes for an oil change . They will also offer over services based on your individual needs .

I have been to this Jiffy Lube numerous times and the service has always been excellent. They notify you of car makers recommendation and any issue they identify (wiper blades, etc). There is no hard sell pressure for these items.

Amazing, so very grateful to these guys! My 97 Toyota Avalons battery terminal ends needed to be replaced. I called around town; prices ranged from $48 to $70. Something told me to call the Jiffy Lube up the street and get an estimate. They said theyd do it for free, right now--even though they closed in an hour. So I went to the auto parts store, picked up the $6 part and headed over to Jiffy Lube. They fixed my car in less than 10 minutes free of charge. They were all very nice.I really appreciate this, being an 18 year old female with no male living at home to do things like this. I always worry about going to a shop and workers trying to get over on the girl who doesnt know cars. Not at Jiffy Lube! They saved me $70 and a headache--especially since I start my first semester in college next month; I dont have money or time for my car to not be working. Shout out to Antonio and the crew for hooking me up! Ill be back for my oil change!

Following she received a text message from a technician who used her information to solicit her for a date. That is a clear violation of her privacy and downright creepy. No woman should fear this. This is someone who would have her address and phone number, car information, etc. This needs to be handled and your employees trained on the importance of patient-technician privacy

This is the best location to get your car serviced. My disabled family memeber needed a tune up really fast because she was traveling and could not wait until the next day. They told her to come in and helped her and was extremely nice to us. I take my car there to get most of its needs and they are always honest and helpful. I feel safe and the entire staff there does a wonderful job!!! I recommend this location to anyone.
