So thankful for these guys! We were traveling through on the interstate when our check engine light started flashing. They fit us in right away and took very good care of us!! Highly recommend them. Honest and professional.

Good service, but after laying out over $800 for brakes, having to pay a 3% fee for using a credit card was very annoying. And not very good customer service.

My exhaust system fell apart and was dragging along behind my car on 65. I was directed to USA muffler, and they were great. They worked hard to find the cheapest fix for my problem, were able to fix it that same day, and even gave me a ride to lunch while I was waiting. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Id give no starts but thats not an option, while I will say they are knowledgeable Im their work the customer service is horrible. I called to pick up my truck and the man said hello 10 times and hung up the phone on me, and then they closed early so my truck got locked in the shop. I only have one truck and I have work but theyre inconsiderate of others.

This is the only place I take my car to. They give an honest diagnosis of the problem and will show you the problem and explain it in detail. All work is done professionally and I have never had a problem. I recommend them to all my female friends because they are mechanics you can trust.

I have been to many different mechanic shops, and this is by far the best one! Tom that works there is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have delt with in a long time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to repair their car. They do all types of work there. Just had my transmission replaced about 3 months ago. As a female I hate going to the car shop alone, because I dont know anything about cars. But when I go here I feel comfortable. I thought I needed front brakes for my car so I went in. They came back ten min later and said I didnt need brakes but I do need two front tires. They put everything back together and even offer to call around for tires for me. I left not paying a dime and they told me the truth. Females come here.

They did a great job on my oil change other shops refused to work on my oil due to a stripped oil Bolt they did it quick with no problem!!!!

They do more than brakes and mufflers they do timing belts engines trans tires limets now I should know Im a mechanic there

Can I give them no stars? They did fix the problem the car was brougt in for, but failed to mention they NOTICED BROKEN MOTOR MOUNTS and let me drive home with the engine doing a shimmy at each stop. Asked them how/why they could do this -- response was, you asked us to fix one problem and we did. ????? Seriously? You dont bother to mention something else that could kill me and my children driving home? STAY AWAY from this place. The $$$$ is their only consideration -- not your safety.

Service writer is top notch and seems to really care about your problem went there first for major eng. work the mechanic who worked on my veh. did an outstanding job and for far less than the dealer wanted.I must say they did a clean professional job. I have been back there since for oil changes . This has became my place for maintenance .
