The staff at this Target Optical are amazing! Trina and Diana were very kind and so helpful! Whole family got their glasses here and love it! Will continue to buy glasses here.

Ive been to many optical places, but this one is the best. Dr. Wei is absolutely amazing! She is professional and personable. I brought my daughter with me and Dr. Wei was even amazing to her. Allowing her to switch the lights off and on, remembering her name, and listening to my chatty baby about everything. She also did an amazing job at explaining things to me, and she didnt rush me through, like Ive had with other places. On the retail side, Trina Martin blew my mind! I always feel so overwhelmed trying to pick out a pair of glasses when there are so many options! She helped me pick a bunch out and did an elimination process that made it super easy to figure out which pair I truly loved! I walked away feeling like I had kind of been pampered! All in all it was a LOVELY experience. And my glasses were ready in a week!! Shortest wait time ever!! Highly recommended!

Ordered glasses from here, everyone was super nice and helpful, and Trina was fantastic -- she was very pleasant to work with, helpful, and patient (while I debated between several different frames and couldnt make up my mind).Prices are good and they have a very nice frame selection as well.

Had to make a return, but the manager (I believe her name is Trina) was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable. Although I wasnt happy with the lens quality, I was very happy with the customer service.

We live in the neighborhood and are very happy with our experience with Target Optical! I have insurance with Kaiser and can easily go to them, but the experience with Target Optical is on a different level. Really nice team here.

Dr. Wei was nothing short of phenomenal! I moved here from Louisiana but Target Optical has always been my choice. She is compassionate, patient, and very thorough! I recommend Dr. Wei to anyone looking for an amazing optometrist! Her staff was just as courteous and kind.

Walked in, no one greeted me, wander around for ten min since I didnt want to interrupt them helping other customers. Sit down waiting... Nothing. Phone rang rang and rang, but they never picked it up. Guess they ignore customers in person and over the phone. Finally left after fifteen min of no one acknowledging me.

The selection is great: one can find plenty of stylish frames from a bevy of brands (although, of course, its all owned by Luxottica (even Target Optics itself)).Prices are what youd expect. $100-$300 for plastic and metal frames alike.Service is inconsistent. Most whom Ive met are great and do their job wonderfully.A few, though, sure make it seem like its their first day on the job.

I used to go here for my vision exam, but wont be anymore. Whoever the staff are here are terrible. Apparently they were calling me to get some corrected info, but the number they call from is not listed one as Target Optical or current doctor. No clue who is calling. They never bothered to leave a message. However, I did later find out and tried to call back several times and even left a voice mail that it would help if they left me a VM. They ended up canceling my appointment. Terrible customer service.

Not family friendly. I patiently waited 10+ minutes to schedule an appointment for myself, with my 2 small children, and as my youngest started to cry from waiting so long, the older round gentleman with glasses and white hair in the front said that “he is disturbing everyone” then proceeded to tell me that he can’t make an appointment for me and I need to call or go online.....after I’ve been waiting the entire time. Very rude. The other 3 ladies looked shocked as well. This is not a family friendly establishment. I’m very disappointed in this treatment, especially at Target, in a place I come quite frequently for my home and family needs. Please do better.

Julie is amazing! She knows the ins and outs of insurance and takes care of everything. I had the best experience here and highly recommend.

Worst optical. I tried to get my prescription refilled but the lady told me she couldnt cause it was too close my renewal. Renewal isnt until late May! Will never recommend them to anyone
